This is an AMAZING shadow quad!
Pros:
-Packaging is a bit bulky but feels sturdy
-Lots of product
-Easy to apply
-Coordinated colors that are not at all chalky and not too much glitter for that natural makeup look
-Lasts all day and more without creasing
-Non irritating on my sensitive eyes
Cons: NONE

The "lid" shade is the closest "my lid but better" shade I've found so far (NC30-35). It's very yellow-based and not too light -- perfect for me. It has a teeny bit of shimmer (nearly invisible though) to keep it from being too matte.
The brow shade is good for highlighting (if I highlighted), the crease shade is a little bit too orange for my taste, and the outer shade is a cool-ish dark brown.
I would re-purchase the lid shade as a single if it were available but not the whole palette.

I love this palette. The colors are great and work well together. While the packaging seems hefty, the hinge isn't that sturdy and the plastic has broken on at least one of mine. Still a great product, and I've already purchased a backup.

I use this palette every time I put makeup on. Regardless of the look I'm doing, I always need this palette to work it. It has four basic colors that everyone needs in one convenient package. Good for beginners and seasoned MUAs alike.

I am a big fan of Cargo. I actually find them to be a really underrated brand and this palette is no exception. This is perfect for an everyday neutral look. The colors are very flattering on almost anyone. I also like the fact that if you are a beginner in makeup, they have prompts on the eyeshadow to tell you where to place it. It has a decent size mirror, which is helpful if you wanted to take this with you in your purse or for travel.
The eye shadows have a wonderful smooth consistency. Very nice pigmentation as well. I think this is a wonderful palette for a neutral junkie, and it would also make a wonderful present for anyone that needs help with makeup. I tend to take this with me when I'm travelling, because it can be used for pretty much any occasion.

I have been fiending for this palette forever, many months dedicated to trying to swap for it – nothing! But I finally swapped with a lovely lady and finally, it was in my grubby hands. Then Sephora deeply discounted and discontinued it . . . dang why couldn’t they have done this months ago?! Just kidding, I am rather sad Sephora decided to discontinue this brand, but anyway!
I was thinking that the Deep palette would’ve been more apropos for me due to my tanned complexion (NC40), but was willing to work with this one because I desperately need a really really neutral palette for those “professional” or “subtle make-up days.” I generally wear neutral tones on my eyes, but always shimmery colors (love me MAC and LORAC!) and on the darker, more dramatic spectrum of neutrals.
The first time I wore this, I was quite dissatisfied. I wore it over Urban Decay Primer Potion and the colors were just very flat – basically true to their matte nature. I didn’t get much pigmentation and despite repeatedly swiping my eyelids, it was just too subtle an effect for me. Granted it was very “professional” looking, but no shimmer, no depth . . . not happy.
I have since wore it a couple of times over Urban Decay Sin Primer Potion – what a world of difference! Now yes, the shimmer in Sin kind of negated the mostly matte effect of this palette (save for the hint of microglitter pieces in the lid color) – but it just made the shadows glide on so much more easily and they were so much more build-able and blend-able. It was still a natural look, but it definitely brought an accent to my eyes – made them more bold, but not blatantly made out. The shimmer of UDPP in Sin wasn't really discernible unless I really squinted in the mirror . . . at most, it was a slight sheen.
I use the palette exactly as instructed on the eyeshadows and repeated application does allow the colors to be more intense over the right eyeshadow primer.
Overall I think I love this palette. It’s so plain, so neutral, but it’s something unlike my other very shimmery eyeshadows, so it’s a keeper!
The packaging is very durable and there's tons of product to last all of eternity!

I absolutely love this palette!! The colors work beautifully together. It takes just a couple minutes for your neutral eye to come together.
Ever since i got this palette (half off @sephora) I have been wearing it everyday. The quality is fantastic and it is my favorite neutral palette. I can even do this on the go. I would definitely repurchase!!

This is one of my new favorite products! I absolutely love this palette. The colors are gorgeous! I am a PPP with blue eyes and brown hair with blonde highlights so I was afraid this might be too warm for me but it looks awesome! The lid color and crease color have a slight sheen to them which I love! These eyeshadows have a great formula and they glide on. I put them on with a little Too Faced Shadow Insurance underneath and they last all day long! I honestly wasnt expecting much from this product, I liked the packaging and thought I would try it out and I am so happy I did, I would definitely buy this again and may try the cool palette as well! While I am not an eyeshadow beginner I could see where this product would be great for someone who isnt comfortable using eyeshadow yet, it tells you exactly where to apply so it is pretty much goof- proof! Now I want to try more Cargo products!

I said I would buy this again, but I'm a neutral junkie so I probably never will. That being said, I really love this palette. The lid color has the slightest beautiful shimmer, while the highlight cream color is matte (which I love). The two darkest colors are nice warm browns, but not **too** warm (if that makes sense). This palette is wearable and beautiful and I would definitely travel with it b/c the packaging is so sturdy and there is a huge mirror. I originally purchased the cool/neutral palette, and while I loved it too, I returned it for this one b/c I realized that I has 3!!! other palettes at home that were dupes of cool/neutral. I'm happy to have the warm palette and think I'll be purchasing more Cargo shadows in the future.
Ps. very close dupes to the Cargo cool/neutral palette:
mac: vanilla, malt, copperplate and brun
revlon colorstay nude elements (CS is more shimmery, definitely)
PF canyon classics (these are all matte, where the Cargo palette had a *tiny* sheen)

Are you an eyeshadow beginner? Do you have a fetish for neutral eyeshadow palettes? If so, you might enjoy this palette. I found only the bottom 2 shadows useful for me---the browbone and lid shades felt (and looked) chalky to me. The crease & outer corner shades work really well for me though. I am toying with the idea of getting the Dark palette. I like the big square palette (and it has a mirror), and there is a lot of product in here. I think that Stila eyeshadows are silkier and creamier than these, but it you're looking for a decent palette of neutrals, this one is worthy of consideration.
