Smells like lemon scented detergent.
There is the nice fresh lemon scent..........but here is the synthetic detergent lemon scent.

Smell aside, the gloss is not too sticky and lasts as long as I would expect a lip gloss to last. (which is not longer than 3 hrs even if you don't eat or drink)

Color is a light jelly orange/apricot. Does not show up well on my quite pigmented lips.
So when I put this on, my lips looks glossy and slightly darker.

I really love this lip gloss the name is right on the a bright apricot color.I like this because it can either be super sheer or full on color and it looks nice either way.These are also not sticky which is awesome!
I love that this doesn't have shimmer.If you do want shimmer the color peach is very similar but peach actually has shimmer
The product had a doe foot applicator that is slightly bent making this really easy to apply without smudges.
For 2 dollars you get a smaller amount of product to see what looks good on you and not so I love this line of lip gloss.

Nice coral shade, translucent w no shimmer. Packaging was fine, w an angled doe foot applicator, smells faintly of Bazooka bubblegum w/c i dont mind, and doesn't linger too long once applied. Orangey reddish tint goes very well w my fair asian N5 to Mac Lightful 35 alone or on top of rosey nude lipliner. Pairs beautifully w NYX Mosaic blush in Dare and Love. great summer look!

I like this. It's not the most extraordinary lipgloss I've ever used, but it does beat out most drugstore brands and for a buck you can't really go wrong. I like to put this on when I'm going to uni or anywhere that doesn't really require me to go all-out with my makeup. I do think it's quite pigmented; nothing like MAC's lipglasses mind you, but better than most other brands of lipgloss which only add a slight amount of colour, if any (I have quite red lips). I wouldn't repurchase simply because I'd go for another colour next time.

This is not a bad gloss at all. The colour is an orangey coral, it is not super opaque but it does give a decent dose of colour. It's a pretty small amount of product, only 0.085 oz, but I suppose for $2 online it's not exactly going to break the bank. The smell is pretty strong at first, orange but a very fake orange like orange scented erasers or orange sherbet, it fades pretty quickly though so that's good. I like the pretty tube.
I put will not buy again just because I think I like my revlon coral reef super lustrous better, but there is nothing at all wrong with this one. Definitely great for a budget buy.

Looks neon orange in the tube, but on the lips it looks like you just got done eating a cherry popsicle. i like the stained look that it gives you. Nice color for summer.

Nyx Round lipgloss in Apricot
This, to me looks like an orangey red lipgloss with no shimmer and the colour in the tube really is different from the colour it gives to my lips. I am not a red lipstick girl, and I don't like red lipsticks on me at all. I usually pair this with nyx round lipstick in femme, which is an orangey red lipstick and it pairs so beautifully together. I personally don't like to use it it on its own but I'm sure you can, and it gives you a glossy lip with red tint. A lot of people complain about the smell, but it honestly does not bother me. In fact, I read so many reviews online saying it smells and taste disgusting, that as soon as I got them in the mail,the first thing I did was smell them rather than check out the colour. But it honestly does not bother me,and to all those saying it taste horrible, you are not supposed to eat your lipgloss! If you happen to dislike the smell, the fragrance is really not that strong f and it does not last on your lips. The packaging is really cute and I have not had any problems with the stopper as some people have said. The tip applicator is bent for easy application. I personally think that the mega shine lipglosses really are better in quality and the scent is more yummy, but both are very very good.

This is one of the best lipglosses NYX carries. On me it comes out a neon peach pink sheer gloss. Love it! I pair it with Frosted Red- best lipgloss combo, atleast on me. I'm NC 20 with naturally red pigmented lips. The smell is kinda annoying- hope they change it in the near future- I think they were trying to make it smell like its a fresh and clean scent but it comes off more like I juste cleaned my floor with pinesol smell. Packagings cute and easy to use. Will buy again when I run out.

This does turn out kind of orangey-reddish on my lips, which I suppose will be fine for certain makeup. Not really a colour I like though. However, when I pat in a bit of concealer on my lips before applying this gloss (just a sheer layer), it makes my lips look absolutely amazing. It makes my lips look completely soft, delicate, and just the right shade of gorgeous. It does become a hassle to reapply because of the concealer though. I wish it had a more milky base to it.


I haven't had any problems with the packaging, and it looks great to me for a product that is so cheap. No problems with the stopper either. Maybe I got lucky. It does smell faintly like dishwashing liquid, but the smell doesn't linger, and I don't find it offensive in any way.


I won't be repurchasing mainly because I don't have a habit of repurchasing lipglosses. I never finish them anyway.

Pretty very sheer color.Glossy sheer pink on lips ,but orange- coral in tube. It smells like soap to me ,but I guess its supposed to be fruity,lol. Not goopy or sticky .Slanted doe foot applicator. I wouldn't buy again, because its nothing special and that soapy scent lingers a bit too long for me. Inexpensive pick me up ,I bought on ebay for 4 bucks including shipping and handling ,not bad.
