got this and a few other NYX prods ive been aching to try when CherryC went on 50% sale. Dare is a lovely mosaic of oranges, pinks and tans, when swirled toegther (i cant imagine why anyone would bother to stick to just 1 color in the mosaic) it results in a lovely golden peach glow on my N5 fair asian skin. dont let the bright color in the pan throw you off, its v blendable and the shimmer that seems to bother anyone else, i've actually never noticed lol. wonderful on a bit of a tan (or a faux one) to set off summer's coral lip trends. Ive hit pan, and intend to keep in stock!

Bought this for 50% off at Rexall.
I use this by swirling the peaches and the pinks all together, I don't really selective choose the colors.
It turns into a nice peachy pink, leaning much more towards the golden peaches. Compared to MAC's springsheen, and peachykeen, if there was an order from gold to pink, it'd be NYX Dare, Springsheen, then Peachykeen.
I like the fact that it's easy to throw on. The shimmer isn't overwhelming on my NC25 skin. It's a nice look that I can wear for anyday.
However! I find that the staying power isn't as good as my higher end blushes.
I don't mind reapplying this shade though, as the packaging is convenient. I will see if it's just this shade or the formula! Will edit on this.

I really like this particular color from the NYX mosaic powders. It was the first color I bought and since I liked it so much I tried 2 more colors which I also ended up liking. But Dare is the most unique color I have tried so far...

I am NC 45 and this barely shows up. It works great as a highlighter so I use it as a highlighter instead of a blush. It wouldnt buy it again tho. It looked really pretty in the pan I was expecting a pretty peachy pink but instead I got a bright shimmer.

I purchased this product because of the great reviews on MUA, but I guess I am in the minority on this one. Dare was WAY too shimmery and the color barely registered on my NC42 skin. I ended up just using this as a highlighter every once in a while on top of my cheek bones.

This is a beautiful warm colored blush. I was looking for a lovely peach-ish blush that looked natural. So glad I found this little gem. Has a mild shimmer, but nothing too obnoxious. I can wear to work without looking like a disco ball. Similar to my old BE true I used to use, but waaay less shimmer. Another satisfied NYX customer!!

As a blush I like this one, it looks quite good on my light/medium warm skin tone. What I like about it even more than just a good value blusher is that it doubles quite well as an eyeshadow palette with the different shades working very well together.

This is a very pretty and decent blush in terms of packaging, quality and colour, of course. The packaging and the "mosaic" concept was the first thing that caught my eye (I'm a sucker for awesome packagings XD) The NYX mosaic blushes come in variety of colour combinations. There are a few rosy/pink combinations and even a combination meant for highlighting purposes. The shades which comprised the mosaic pattern for "Dare" ranges from subtle peachy pinks and corals to coppery golds. The colours appear darker on the pan which may serve as a little deceiving! Colour descriptions in clockwise order towards the centre shade from the dark coral shade at the top left of the pan: a pretty coral/peach colour (metallic and dominated by flecks of shimmer), a very subtle neutral, peachy pink, a sheer copper gold, shimmery gold and finally, an angelic light peach. All shades are sheer, metallic and contains fine shimmers. I appreciate the sheer-factor of this blush, which tells me that it is buildable and doesnt risk the "monkey-buttocks" (blush overload) incident - not a pretty sight. This blush would be most ideal for summer because it literally makes your complexion GLOW with its little flecks of light-reflecting shimmer. The two golden shades may also double as a light bronzer.

very pretty colour. gives a slight flushed peach look. its buildable which is something i like. i find it quite interesting that the come in a blocked of shape. that means this can double as an e/s which also mean this little compact has endless possiblities. as e/s the colours are easy to blend and will stay on for a long time (12-18) hrs. with a good base. i use ubpp. <3 great find!

this is an aesome blush! gives you this amazing glow. took me a lot to try it because the pink looks really bright and pinky blushes dont suit me. but there is enough going on with other colors in this one - looks like a great glow- at a little price!
I think this is a great dupe for Benefit's Sugarbomb. It's a nice golden/pinky/slightly peachy glowy color.

I love NYX for bringing this blush out! The stayingpower really is amazing, It is not matte, but gives a subtle glow. Absolute HG blush for me after using it everyday for three weeks now. Love it! :-D

I bought both Date and Rosey on the weekend to give NYX a try. I am a MAC lover but was very impressed with both of these colors. The Dare is slightly browner and the Rosey more pink so it depends on the look you want. I tried the Dare first and the staying power was amazing.

Dare gives your skin a nice, natural glow like your not even wearing blush. Great for a sunny day in the summer time! Shows up as a soft pink color on my NC44 skin tone. I was hesitant at first glance but had to try it for myself and I am so glad I did. I usually wear it when I go to work and would recommend it for those of you who want a nice subtle blush look. Love the packaging because it's very simple. All you need is a few swipes on the appes of your cheeks and your good to go!

This is surprisingly similar to MAC's springsheen, which is actually a shimmery peachy colour. Now I have two, how will I ever finish?lol. Well I like to use this as a highlighter because I don't think its pigmented enough for blush unless the shimmery cheeks look is what your're going for.

A fantastic blush, soft bronzer & soft highlighter. On me, NC 15-20, blond & blue eyes, the shimmer is soft and nearly indiscernible. I also own NARS Torrid, and side by side the peach color in this blush nearly identical; when applied it gives the same kind of pretty coral-pink glow as Torrid, tho Dare also has a small bit of tan in it -- it's a mosaic cake of peach & golden-brown, but the peach is much more evident on my brush. Since I'm pale I like the bronze element; it's not as OTT as Torrid can be if used too heavily. Another total winner from NYX.

This is a pretty color on the pan, and I like the concept of the mosaic blushes, but on me it´s just shimmer and not a lot of color, I´m trying to make it work, but once I finish it I probably won´t buy this color again.

Like the reviewer below, I apply this with a stippling/highlighting/skunk brush (which gives a light, airy application, mostly used for heavily-pigmented powders). Dare's shade is just a touch too orange for my taste, but overall, it's very flattering. It'll run you about $6.50 on cherryculture.com, which I find a reasonable price for such a vibrant product. Another great product from NYX!

I have very neutral toned skin somewhere between fair & light shades and on me this blush is *perfection*. I can use either a skunk brush or a more dense brush easily with the only difference being desired application. It's fairly pigmented and still gorgeous when I have a tan! The colors all swirl together to become a golden pink with just a bit of subtle shimmer when applied, but no glitter whatsoever. I find this shade to be extremely close to NARS Orgasm, but without the glitter overload that my mild acne cheek scarring cannot handle. A warm golden peachy pink that would work for just about anyone, very neutral! This has become my go-to blush for all neutral and warm EOTDs, but I do prefer to use other shades when doing *very* cool toned eyes such as cool purples or cool pinks. Gorgeous with a smokey eye, neutral eye, bronze/golden eye, almost everything! LOL I love this blush more than I ever thought possible for a blush of all things. I will certainly re-buy though the container will last me a looong time even with my near daily use.

So cheap and so good. I love NYX blushes. This one is the most versatile and my favorite blush. It's a mosaic with a bronze color, a gold, an ivory, a peach and a pink. When swirled together it gives the healthiest soft peachy flush on my cheeks. It has shimmer, but it's finely milled so it's glowy. For only $6? I'll rebuy

I bought this off Cherryculture.com and it has soon become my go-to blush. I am Indian with a light-medium warm complexion and find that this looks fairly natural on me. I sometimes layer it a little with Orgasm on my cheeks for shimmer. Good stuff and so cheap!
Oh... be careful with this, dropped it and some of it broke in the pan, but only around the top so still usable.
