I got this product in natural nymph. And first off it looked like I put concealer on my lips. It made my lips look really dry. So I gave it to my sister and it made her lips look dry too. So I decided to just go and buy it in a different color. And I got it in pouty petal this time to see if it was just the shade this time. And it end being a better choice. It didn't make my lips look dry and it looked smoother on my lips.

I bought these two on a whim because ELF was doing a free shipping event for a purchase of $25 and over. So I decided to try these out. I got Rosy Raisin and Rosy Tan. Both very similar except Rosy Raisin tends to be more of a light sheerer nude pink while Rosy Tan tends to be more brownish and a darker nude pink. I love these both but find myself wearing Rosy Tan more!


Pros:
Beautiful colors
Great color pay off
Stains even after you wipe it off before you eat and etc
Long wearing (3-4 hours +)
Amazing texture (very creamy and feels like a lip balm)


Cons:
Not true to color on website, must look at swatches online
Can settle into creases
Rosy Raisin is sheerer but Rosy Tan is more opaque (inconsistent?)
The shape of the bullet is weird

i have this lipstick in rustic brick, which is a brownish color a bit too dark for everyday wear for my skin tone, and rosy tan, which is a wonderful color (for me, it's like a your-lips-but-better shade). it feels really smooth and buttery, but it definitely settled into the cracks of my lips. an okay product.

I have this in ripe rose and it is such a wearable shade of red. I had one other shade which I ended up giving to someone as it has shimmer but this one is great. It literally feels like a lip balm. I want to try few other shades from this line.I got this at 50% discount, so for $2.50 it is a steal. Love elf in general.

I have this in Rustic Brick and it's the perfect warm, sort of -reddish brown colour for me. I even stocked up and bought two extras of these, just in case - and I never do that with products.

I love these lipsticks! It stays on for a long time and the colors of this line are amazing! I have too many of these and they're great for everyday looks! They're not flaring bright or too sheer. My favorite one is Rosy Tan and Rosy Raisin. Totally recommend these if you're looking for a cheap lipstick that's really good!

This is a great lipstick. I have it in Rich Raspberry , which looks a lot different online, but is still a great color. I always tend to wear reds and pinks, and this color turned out to be more of a berry color but i love it! I always use it and it feels so smooth on my lips. I am definitely looking forward to trying more colors out :)

I freaking love this lip stick. I have it in Runway Pink and its just a perfect, natural pink for everyday :) The packaging is very sleek and chic, which I love, and the texture is smooth and hydrating. Great lip stick for $5

I love this entire lipstick line. I have woefully dry, peeling, cracked lips and these do NOT settle in the lines. Not only that, they feel great--like a smooth and thin lip balm. They have no taste, no smell and the packaging is sturdy. They have good pigmentation, do not feather around my lip lines, and are reasonably priced. I really see no cons to it whatsoever. These are simply amazing.

I cannot remember what colour my lipstick has, as it's for the moment in a whole other country, but I know for sure that there soon will be another order for ELF's lipsticks. I have yet to experience anything bad with them - they moisture well, give nice colour and lasts a while. With lasts a while, I mean both on lips and as sticks. On the lips, it will last a few hours before you want to re-apply it again but since it's so moisturing and nice to wear, you won't hear any complaints about that part from me.

I bought two of the mineral lipsticks in Runway Pink and Beautiful Berry. The Runway Pink color seems true to the online swatch but the Beautiful Berry is way darker than the swatch! Overall I think the mineral lipsticks are a good price and feel smooth on the lips. Just don't trust the online swatch too much!

I baught nicely nude. Doesn't match swatch on the website, however it is a very nice colour. Goes on nicely and makes lips incredibly smooth, If you like light pinkish colours, then definitely try out this shade!

I have Runway Pink and Fiery Fuchsia. They aren't as moisturizing as I expected after hearing some reviews... but they work fine if I pat them onto my lips after lip balm. I like Runway Pink, but Fiery Fuchsia is just too dark for me! I would buy these again in the lighter shades, if I ever want more lip sticks, but other than that, I don't really have a need or want for them right now..

I own this in Runway Pink. On E.L.F's website, it does appear to be a very light, almost petal pink shade. In person, it's coloring is a bit different. It actually has a slighter darker shade of pink to it instead. However, I was perfectly okay with such. It still is a beautiful, very wearable shade of pink that I feel should agree with most skintones.

Also, it works great worn alone or layered with gloss (to really make your lips look extra pouty). Even though I am not a huge lipstick wearer, I do like wearing this lipstick for special occasions. It can be paired with a smokey eye or with a neutral one instead. And, still will complete your makeup look beautifully.

I have these in Natural nymph, Runway pink and Cool coral. I don't really like the color selection, I prefer pinks and most of these colors are red shades. They have no smell or taste. I've seen people describe them as drying but on my lips they are really moisturizing. Too bad the color doesn't last more than two or three hours. The packaging is quite good too.

Lovely lipsticks! Have a good number of the shades. They are all soft and creamy and quite pigmented not too sheer. They feel lovely on the lips too. In my opinion they do not last too long, I find myself retouching the colour often. The packaging is very sleek and professional looking and compares well to other drugstore brands I'd say. Over all I think they are v. decent lip colours, I particularly like the creme ones such as Runway Pink, Natural Nymph and Bare Brown ;) I hope that they will add more shades to the range! Def. worth buying!!

I have the rustic brick, I got in the bridal kit. I think its a good everyday color and the texture is exquisite for a $3 lipstick. My only grip its not longwearing, i would have definitely gotten alot more colors.

I was pleasantly surprised by this lipstick. I ordered Cool Coral, and by the swatch on the website, I thought it would be much lighter than it was when I actually opened it up. I thought it was too dark and more orange than I expected, so I stashed it away in a drawer. About 2 months later, I decided to wear it on a whim, and it actually looked great! It wasn't pure orange, as I thought, and it also looked much lighter on my lips. The only downside is it only lasted about 3 hours before I had to reapply, and lipsticks generally last 6+ hours on me. I am also happy that it didn't dry out my lips at all, because I already have very dry lips. I would definitely repurchase this and I'd also like to try out some other colors!
