I love the shade and shimmer, but I cant wear it alone as I have quite pigmented lips. I use this over my neutral and pink lipsticks and it makes my lips look gorgeous. Sometimes I will only use it on the centre of my lips for more pop and that works well too. I probably wo'nt repurchase as I can get the same effect with cheaper products...but it is pretty! and it is MAC, so always nice to have in my collection.

This gloss was just too sheer for my pigmented lips =o( ....On its own, it looks pretty clear with gold shimmers, however i must say when I add this on top of a pinky nude color it looks great. I wont buy this again because I think there are other baby pink glosses that are better.

I bought this on a whim at my CCO today because I loved the color and I figured I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere else. Now that I am home and I've been experiementing with it, I'm super glad I bought it. This is the perfect warm baby pink color with just a touch of golden pink shimmer. It's neutral while still being girly! (The picture shown above is actually a little darker than the actual color.) The scent of this is another plus --it's like a vanilla extract/cookie dough scent which is actually quite lovely. The consistancy is a little on the thick side, so it's a little more opaque than the sheer look of most MAC lip products. I think that I'm going to buy a backup just in case, becuase I have a feeling I'm going to be wearing this a lot. Perfect for anyone who is looking to for a simple and sweet gloss that will go with anythings --it is sweet enough for a date and neutral enough for school/work.
Will buy again if it is still available!

This lipglass is pure love. I didn't realize how much I loved it until I finished it :( This is simply the most wearable lipglass for every look and over any lipstick. I miss it a lot!

The Cult of Cherry Collection is my favorite collection from MAC ever. This lipglass gives me a perfect polished and awake look without adding much color :) I wish I could find this at my CCO's since I'm running out

This is from the Cult of Cherry Collection 2008, I reallly am happy I was able to find this at a CCO, they were all sold out everywhere when they first launched during the summer.I like that it can go with any color lipstick or by itself, very nice over all, Hopefully Mac will repromote it someday, and hopefully my one lipgloss will last that long, I havent seen any similar color yet.

overall rating: 4 because it's a really good lipglass, it goes with any look that i want to do that day. Its really good for lightening up any of my dark pinks so they're more wearable. but its not a five because i think the color isn't that unique... its just like every other baby pink out there. It's nice but it isn't a "WOW it's such an amazing lipglass!" sort of thing... Also, i can't really wear this on its own i HAVE to wear a lipstick underneath to amp up the color. It;s just so sheer on it's own that it looks like my own lip color and i like color on my lips..
Price=3 because it's pretty reasonable. I think prices at mac (considering it's "high end") is pretty good compared to all the other crazy expensive brands out there. this product lasted me a looong time (about 4 months because i alternate lipglosses).
Packagin quality= 5 because it's pretty good, i don't think there is anything wrong with the doe foot applicator. I never have a problem applying this product.
Would i buy this again? yes i would, because it goes with so many of my lipsticks and it is such a good everyday lipglass. But it's not an amazing one however, and if i saw any other lipglass next to this i would probably opt for the lipglass next to this one... it's good but meh.

I wanted a pretty (warm-toned) baby pink lipgloss. Have you noticed almost all of MAC's pink lipglasses have a purple undertone? Anyway I thought this would be perfect, but it's SEE THROUGH w/ a hint of shimmer. Waste of money. :(

Hey all!
I love this lipglass, I got it for my birthday about 40days ago, it's so awesome, it smells gorgeous, vanilla of course, MAC's signature scent but it's so amazing, it's a lovely light pink, soft baby pink with a tiny bit of rasberry in it and gold reflects!
Beautiful!
I would definitely buy again, but my MAC has run out of these!
xx

Actual Product Pic:
My $0.02:
Pigmentation & Color (Plus Swatches! :D):
This color is described as a Sheer light pink with multi-dimensional pearl on the website, which I felt was rather accurate. This lipglass is indeed rather sheer as i cannot see the color once it's on my lips. It has pretty Silver and Gold shimmers to keep it from looking too flat!
Swatch from the Mac Website:
Actual Color:
On my rather pigmented lips:
The Applicator & Packaging:
As I have mentioned before, I love sponge tipped applicators because of the great control they offer! :D
This lipglass comes in a usual clear vial with a black cap. I'm a personal believer of special collections should have special packaging so i'm a little bummed. Hmph!
Texture & Taste:
As with all MAC Lipglass, this applies on smoothly! :) This tastes / smells pretty neutral, no nasty plasticky smell! YAY! This one, however, dries my lips out a little so next time i'm sure to apply some lipbalm underneath!
Time Test:
This lipglass lasted about 4-5 hours on my lips (with a meal in between), which is pretty good!!
Price & Availability:
This product is priced at RM60 / US$14 for a 4.8 g 0.17 oz tube – the same price as the usual (permanent) lipglasses. This is LE though, so grab one while you can! Available at all MAC counters / Pro Stores / Maccosmetics.com
Usage:
This lipglass is extremely versatile!! I can use it on its own for a MLBB look, or paired over lippie for the extra bling and shine :) this lipglass will not fail to perform!
Possible Dupes:
I've heard about how this lippie resemble the Sugar Trance lipglass from the Fafi collection, and the Ensign lustreglass from the Naughty Nauticals collection. I happened to have both so i whipped them out for a comparison!
As you can see, the Sugar Trance lipglass is a rather close match to this lipglass! The Ensign lustreglass, however, is a little darker.
Comparing the Sugar Trance and the Cherry Blossom lipglasses side by side:
They look virtually the same, with Sugar Trance being perhaps half a shade lighter than this lipglass!! This lipglass is definitely less frosty than Sugar Trance, so it makes a better nude shade (a very pretty one for me too!)!
Comparing all 3 glosses:
Ensign looks totally different from this lipglass, so go ahead and purchase it! haha! :D
In a Nutshell:
A versatile lipglass that goes with everything! It looks especially nice when used alone! :D
Likes: Universally flattering, fool-proof sponge applicator
Gripes: Slightly drying
Repurchase: In a heartbeat!
Rating: 4.5 Stars! Near HG Stuff!

This showed up as just a clear gloss with sparkle. As with all MAC l/g the texture is nice and the scent/flavor is lovely, but I really didn't see any color at all, just a little sparkle, I was not impressed. I returned this.

Unlike many lip colors from the Cult of Cherry collection, Cherry Blossom is very sheer. It showed up as clear with some sparkles on my pigmented lips (I am NW15). It reminded me of Early Bloomer on my lips, and I was hoping it would be as pigmented as Heartfelt Pink. I am returning it.

On my lips this shade is a sheer light baby pink with shimmer. I'm NC20 and this shade looks more on the warm side to me. I like this lipglass for a very natural look. The pink color is very subtle and the shimmer is not over the top. It leaves my lips with a nice shine. Looks great with a darker eyes and Blooming blush from this collection. I would repurchase!

Did you LOVE Nymphette but were too cool toned to wear it? Cherry Blossom is for you. It is a sheer, delicate creamy rose pink that is neutral to cool and flecked with gold shimmer. If you want color payoff this is not for you - this tints my lips with a bit of milky (yet sheer) baby pink and gold. I am a brunette (fair, cool toned) with slightly pigmented lips so this does not wash me out at all, but if you are super pale and blonde this may not be for you. This color is not super unique or different, but it is quite nice and a good staple to add to my stash. I uploaded a picture to the review photos at the top so that you can see - it is true color, no flash.

I ♥ MAC products and am especially fond of their lip products, but Cherry Blossom is just an average Lipglass to me. On my pigmented bare lips, it is basically colorless. It just gives a light shine and makes my lips sticky. Pretty name, pretty pink color in the tube, and pretty over pink lipsticks... but that's where it ends. This is not a must-have Lipglass to me, as there are way too many lipglosses out there that can deliver the same results as this one.

The only points I might remove on this one from MAC's new Cult of Cherry collection might be for lack of originality...it looks a bit like Nymphette....or Enchantress, or Pink Meringue, or any number of light pink/golden shimmer glosses out there...but somehow MAC always finds a way to improve upon things and I really prefer this Lipglass to any of those similar shades...it's a sheer, light pink with subtle pale golden shimmer. not a brash, over the top shimmer, just a pretty, almost milky-sheer shade. looks fabulous paired with Lightly Ripe lustre lipstick (also from Cult of Cherry) and Blooming Blush...

MAC is again catering to my love of pale lipglasses. Cherry Blossom, while by no means opaque, has enough color and shimmer to pale up my lips and make them look plump and sparkly. This gloss is probably meant to tone down some of the darker lipsticks in the collection, but I think it looks gorgeous on its own, or over a pale lipstick (it looks great over Angel and Lovelorn!).
