I dont know what it is about L'oreal products, but they (makeup, hair products, hair dye) just dont work well on me. I tried this because it was on sale at my local pharmacy. I was looking for a deep conditioner that would hopefully make my dry ends less damaged and my hair healthier.
At first, it seemed to work OK, it made my hair a bit softer, I didnt use it everyday, just once a week. It didnt weigh my hair down. Then it started to lose its affect after only a few times. My hair just felt drier, so I stopped using it, and now I have a ton of it just sitting in my bathroom, waste of money!! at least it was on sale.
There are better products out there, dont waste your money on this, it also smells weird. The only up side is that it comes in a bowl container, so it easy to get the product, and it would probably last you forever, too bad it doesnt work!
Please dont waste your money on this, try organix, morroccan oil penetrating oil. it works much much better!

I used this product for the first time today.
I shampooed my hair, then grabbed a towel and patted it down to get rid of most of the water. Applied a handful of this product and massaged it into my hair all over, focusing on my ends, and then a wrapped my hair up in a bun and put a shower cap on. Left it on for 5-10 mins. When I was rinsing it out, my hair felt amaaaaaazing. My hair has never felt that soft before everrrr with any other high end or lower end product. When I got out of the shower and quickly towel dried my hair, my hair smelt amazinggg and it felt really soft. Then I blow dried and straightened, and thats when it changed for me. Once I blow dried, the smell completely dissapeared from my hair. Completely. But it was still really soft. Then I straightened my hair, and it was no longer soft. It just felt like it always does.
This product is basically the same thing as a regular conditioner. Nothing special. I also agree with some of the other people that are saying it leaves a residue, except its not a bad residue. After I blow dried, I felt my hair and it felt as if I had put a serum in my hair. That being said, I really dont think that anyone should put any product in their hair after using this mask, or else it would probably really weigh down your hair and make it feel gross. If I were to recommend this product to someone, it would be for someone who doesnt heat style their hair. I'm gonna finish the tub, but won't repurchase again.

I love this conditioner. I purchased the Kerastase Volumactive range and the conditioner is absolute rubbish. So I went out to buy a cheaper brand and came across this. I love anything with Royal Jelly as I am also using Nectar Thermique so I try to keep everyone consistant where I can. I actually have very straight/oily at the roots hair. But my hair is so long, so I need something very moisturising on the ends. So this is perfect. I use this only on the mid lengths focusing on the ends.
The smell is abit strong but my hair feels so soft after it's been rinsed. I use this every other day. Packaging is abit annoying, I've always preferred tubes. Will definitely repurchase.

Love this product. Have thick highlighted hair and use it every time i wash it (2 or 3 times a week). Would recommend for people with thick hair that has a tendancy to dry out. Was using Sebastian hairmask so appreciating the price of this!

I bought this without paying much attention to the fact that it is for dry hair and I have oily hair. But will finish it with pleasure, it does what it has to do: makes my hair very soft, feels like it has got a 'boost'.
Nice smell and great texture, as all the L'Oréal masques have as far as I know.

I leave this product in my hair all night when I use it and just wash it out the next day, for some reason it makes me feel like I'm 'healing' my hair a lot more (even though this probably isn't true, haha). I've washed it out after a few minutes once and felt like it weighted down my hair (though it did seem less dry). I recommend trying it and seeing how you feel using it, I use it once a week but bought another masque from the elvive line, a repairing masque.

This was another attempt on my part to replace my Bumble and Bumble (way overpriced) deep conditioner with a cheaper brand; fail, again. Plus, for drugstore quality, this is also overpriced: about € 9.
The best thing about this product is the scent. L' Oreal gave this particular line a very yummy honey/floral scent which makes the product smell good enough to eat. The consistency is also nice; very thick but a little jelly-like; think panacotta cream. Coats hair nicely.
Now as far as performance goes, this leaves a lot to be desired. I can feel my hair soft and silky as I wash this off, however the effect doesn't last once it's dry. I get more or less my usual, dry-ish ends maybe a tiny bit softer. Any effect this has goes away completely by the next day.
All in all a pleasant mask to use, but not a very effective one. I have very thin hair that tends to be satisfyingly soft, but gets very very dry on the ends. This mask is not really making any difference. Trying to use it up and going back to shelling out $$$ for Bumble and Bumble *sigh*.

I think this is a nice hair masque and the smell is great. However, I don't' think it works much better than the regular conditioner in this series. I probably would buy again though.

This mask works very well for spoilt and dry hair. In addition it smells very well. It is better even if it combines with other products of the range as shampoo or elixil by night. My hair is curled and I never had better that now, I recommend. I live in Spain and here the range of elvive renutrition with royal jelly is very wide and gives wonderful results. Nevertheless only I can do my opinion of the capillary mask.

Won't buy this again, although I tried alllll L'oreal's drugstore haircare range. This royal-jelly edition is a newbie, so I tore off a sachet of this product frm a local mag. It's horrid. Left my hair (fine with frizzy ends frm perming) ..rigid & 'crispy'. The exact aftermath after a bad chemistry with any haircare products. So it does nothing, other than worsening it. Cldnt believe this.

When I bought this mask I didn't know it was for dry hair, I just likeв the honey component. My hair is oily, but it still works fine for me. It has a good thick texture, a nice honey smell, a pretty yellow color. Leaves the hair silky and doesn't make it heavier. But it doesn't have any wow-effects. It's a nice product, which I enjoy, but I don't think I'll re-purchase it.

I really enjoy this product. I love the honey scent and it leaves my hair very soft. It does not weigh my hair down at all, just leaves it soft and smelling great. I have chin length, thick, wavy hair, and I deep condition weekly. I am also looking forward to trying some of the other products in this line.

This treatment is part of L'Oreal's new Elvive Re-Nutrition range for dry hair. From what I can gather, this is the UK/European equivalent of the Hydra-Gloss range in the US, as both contain Royal Jelly as the "standout" ingredient.
I was really excited to try this new treatment after seeing a lot of advertising for the range, and its promises of giving dry hair back its bounce and manageability, but after using it 3 or 4 times now with the same results, I'm pretty disappointed. Just to note, I have fine, below shoulder length hair that is prone to dryness due to several years of highlighting.
The product itself is a very thick, rich feeling masque contained in a tub, which is applied after shampooing. It goes onto wet hair nicely and combs through well, then after leaving on for a few minutes, it rinses out easily, leaving hair feeling silky while it's still wet. However, as my hair dries, the silky feeling of it seems to fade and when it is completely dry it feels a little waxy/build-up-y. It's certainly not as bad a residue feeling as a lot of products, but I'm still not too keen, as I like (and expect) my hair to feel smooth and shiny after a treatment.
On another note, the product itself is a bright yellow colour (I would expect this is to emphasise the point it contains Royal Jelly) that also turns the water bright yellow when rinsing. It has a strong sweet honey-ish scent that lasts throughout the day after using too.
I think I will use up what I have left of this masque, but I can't see myself re-purchasing, as it didn't really do a great deal for my hair at all. There are plenty of other, better treatments out there.
