It broke me out a little, but other than that, this product was totally useless.

Part of the Anti-Dark Spot and Radiance Set, which is doing lovely things for my skin. It is a thick night moisturizing cream. Caudalie is pricey as hell, so I was hoping I wouldn't get hooked on these products. I've never used an entire skincare system before, but this one is working well for me. Will definitely repurchase.

I received this as part of the Vinoperfect kit. The products in the kit are wonderful and I immediately noticed an improvement in my skin. The texture is much smoother and firmer with a definite brightness. My only complaint is the packaging. The tubes appear quite generous, but this is very deceptive as they are less than 25% full. Rather a disappointment for the price.

this is yet another fairly average moisturizer - it does do its job in a decent manner yet other much creams can do a job just as good. Not really sure what it corrects though...but it does moisturize

I've been using a sample of this cream for one week to complement the Vinoperfect day cream, which I really love. Let me start off by saying that it does create a smoother, evened out complexion during nighttime, so when I wake up, I can see the difference on my overall skintone and on those little dark spots that I have once in a while (I don't have severe dark spots issues). This also means less foundation and less concealer = a fresher face. I also like the texture and finish, it is very moisturizing (I have sensitive dehydrated skin) without feeling greasy and it absorbs easily.
Now, the reason I'm giving this 3 lippies is that I'm pretty sure this does not get along well with my skin at the end of the day. In the last days, while I noticed improvements in terms of skin tone, evenness and moisturization, I also seem to have had a blackheads breakout. I mean, I have good skin in general, with a few blackheads on the T-zone, but my pores are usually small and the skin is never, ever greasy. So I've been having these zits and general greasiness during the day since I started using this. I'm pretty sure it's not because of the Day cream, which I've been using for 2 months now with excellent results. Frankly speaking, I also started using a new foundation a while ago (something like 2 weeks) so it might actually be its fault, but I'm not completely sure.
What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna switch back to my previous night cream while using this new foundation and see if the blackheads continue to appear. Then I'll update and make my mind about buying or not!
EDIT: just like I was suspecting, this cream broke me out. I switched back to my Weleda Skin Food (which, paradoxically, is way richer and oilier than this one) and bam! my pores cleared out in one night. Sorry Caudalie, I love your products but this one was just not for me.

I never bought this, as I know better than to buy products above $30 without sampling it first by now. I got a sample with Sephora and also with the Caudalie serum that I could never rave about enough, but it failed to impress. Even Merlots (which is $20) beat this out by a mile as it left my skin baby soft upon awaking. Clarins one is still my favorite though.
The moisture was alright (well, for $69 it better be! haha), but the results were less than stellar. Hardly, worth the price tag. This is 2010 and there are better things on the market. Maybe if you have wrinkles this will work for you as I don't, and maybe that's what everyone sees of this. I could never justify such a high pricetag with this though. I'm going to try the sample of the day one, and if it ceases to impress, I will move on from this brand, as I stick to my understanding that most skincare brands have only one excellent product, if any at all.

I'm sorry to be the only one giving this a bad review, but this cream did absolutely nothing for me. After 3 months of daily use, I saw absolutely no improvement. In fact, I woke up with blemishes and unhappy skin. This IS very moisturizing and I can see how it would be better for someone else (maybe someone older?) but I will definitely not be repurchasing this. However, I love the fact that it comes in a tube and not in a jar, and I liked the natural-y smell, too.

I have had skin attitude issues since I hit puberty and they're still tailing me as I am about to enter the dirty thirties.
During my quest to find the perfect suite of products that would be kind to my skin AND effective, I came across this gem of a night time moisturising cream. Is rich yet soaks right in and hydrates the skin, while keeping it firm.
Smells great too. It's a bit on the steeper side in terms of price but it's SO, SO worth it. I've been using it for ~ 2 years now and am a loyal fan! (coincedntally, I have tried other products from this line and wasn't as impressed).

I like the serum the best, but the night cream is a good complement and close second. The cream feels moisturizing and tightening at the same time. That probably isn't helpful, but it's true enough for me. This night cream and the serum are the two steps of several that I can follow regularly. The day cream is a little too heavy as a layer beneath my makeup. The mask is nice enough, but too expensive for the yield (if that makes sense). The night cream I like. I can see myself using this year-round.

Well, I went for broke on this and I am sold. Despite being rich, this sinks in and make my skin creamy and glowy. Not the least bit greasy. I am 53, with more or less normal skin (now!), used to be oily. I tried this in the dead of a bitter cold streak in New England. Very nice product. Faint but pleasant scent. The scent did not burn my eyes -- a nice plus.

I'm writing this for Nigh Infusion Cream/Tisane de Nuit (couldn't find the proper place to start a new review!!)
I LOVE this night cream. It's one of the very very few products I purchased again, although the price is indecent (specially here in Korea.)
My skin is really sensitive and this cream really calms it down big time. It goes on smooth, smells fantastic (but the fragrance is not irritating at all,) not too greasy yet moisturizing. And I wake up with a nice rested complexion. I use it during winter here, as it's cold and dry and the indoor heating is drying.
The packaging is a bit too 'minimal' for a product of this price range: a simple plastic tube (containing only *gasp* 30 ml), but again it's really convenient to tote around and can't be broken!!! (Love the Chanel jars but they are so not convenient!)
Overall I'd say it's a product I'd repurchase (on sale) but might consider switching to the legendary La Mer Creme since it's just a bit more expensive and I'm curious to try it.

after the first week of using this product, i definitely noticed lightening and i think it helps to prevent also. after several months of use, i can't say this is best for drastic results, but then again, i have some old, deep marks that may take a very long time to go away with something stronger. i think this is good if you have minor hyperpigmentation and are looking for brightening, rather than serious skin whitening. this is a good choice if you have sensitive skin that can't tolerate other actives. the active lightening ingredients in this are AHAs which gently exfoliate. AHAs are also good for anti-aging and mild acne. i have very acne-prone/sensitive/combination skin and this has never broken me out. in fact, i see only positive, visible results when using this cream. when i wake up, my skin looks healthy and glowing! i've noticed that my skin seems firmer, too. it's moisturizing but not greasy and drier skin may need more moisture. i love the texture - the cream melts when it touches the skin and spreads easily. only a tiny amount is needed. the smell is mild. as with all Caudalie products, this has grape extract which is full of antioxidants so that's a bonus. with all of the benefits, this cream is an excellent all-around preventative anti-aging and brightening night cream. it's well worth the money and i've already purchased a backup of it.

Just got this with the Day Perfecting Cream SPF15, barely been a week, so I'm not sure how well it's working. It's pricey for sure, but if it does what it claims and lgihtens up some post acne marks and dark spots, I'm game. I use it right after I apply toner, a pea sized amount, and it has a nice consistency and spreads out nicely. I like the smell and gives you a nice refreshing tingle upon initial application. So far so good, will update in a few weeks, let's see how it goes...
Update: didn't do much to lighten up scars or any noticable improvements to complexion, may be better for anti-aging and moisture.

I just love this moisturizer. I got this at 50% off at the Bath and Body Works sale. And after using retinol my skin had some dry patches and would make my makeup look awful. After using this a few nights my skin was soft and smooth and felt amazing. No more dry patches and it seems to make my skin look very glowy in the morning. I went back to BBW and at 50% off got a few more tubes.

I've been using the Caudalie Vinoperfect Night Correcting Cream for about 2 weeks now and I love it. I have VERY dry and sensitve skin and this cream was gentle yet effective. It didn't make my face burn or get red, like most creams do. It is a bit pricey.. it's 68.00 at sephora. But I think it's worth it. The dark sports that I have are also dry and I found that this cream doesn't do much for the dryness off these spots, although it did moisturize the rest of my face. After just a couple of days I could see a difference in the color of the dark areas and I found that they even became easier to conceal. Another plus is that it didn't break me out at all. I will definitly be repurchasing once I'm done with this tube. Oh and yes it is in a tube!! Like someone else said.. No sticking your fingers into a jar.

I've been using this at night for a year. One tube goes a long way...and YES TUBE! No gross finger digging into a jar! It helped and healed my complexion a lot. It totally even out my skin tone because before I had blotchy discoloration going on on my face. It does not clog my pores, does not go on too thick or greasy. And I just love it. It is sooo natural too! Totally worth the price (ranges $65) and totally worth the try!

Description from Sephora: Act at the very source of dark spot formation within the melanocyte layer of the skin. Here, VINIFERINE controls tyrosinase, which is responsible for the unorganized, overproduction of melanin which results in the appearance of dark spots, discolorations, pregnancy mask, age spots, etc. This luxurious cream helps to reduce existing dark spots and prevent the appearance of new ones. Overnight it gently, yet effectively, accelerate skin's natural exfoliation, eliminating the melanin-loaded dead-cells (the areas where dark spots exist) to reveal smooth, luminous skin. Wake up to skin that is more uniform, smoother in textures, nourished, and radiant ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My experience: I bought this product thanks to lovely samples of the Day cream version of this. I was in Hawaii and my face was broken out into heat rash and was red, swollen and hives. When I returned to L.A. weather, the rash suddenly became dry and scaly. I sought out help with Caudalie's VinoPerfect Night Cream every night and so far the dryness is less, the redness is reduced dramatically, and the hives are gone. All I know is that this helped maintain the moisture level and restored my complexion back to beautiful. My face so far looks even, no random blotchy look, no overly oily areas, or dry patches. For $65 a tube, I think it's worth it. Like most Caudalie products, it's trustworthy for any types of skin. And results are always a fast sign.
