We'll Always Have Paris is a beautiful eggplant color. Its in a matte finish. I bought it to wear in the winter, but it looks nice if I don't want to go for a straight up black nail. Its a beautifully unique color, I do not have a color similar to this in my collection.

This is a very deep sensual cool leaning burgundy devoid of shimmer. If you are a cool toned PPP this will flatter your undertones beautifully. I have to disagree with other reviewers who claim this looks nearly black. It does not. I do find this does oxidize a bit after a few days but that is alleviated with judicious use of a quality top coat. As with nearly all the OPI polishes I have worn this wears for at least 5-7 days without incident. I have to add that I'm rather hard on my polishes and this stood up well. I simply love this color and consider this to be very classic therefore if your looking for a super trendy color or a color that will be attention getting for IMO all the wrong reasons then don't wear this. If your looking for a classic elegant timeless cool burgundy with berry undertones look no further. If your wanting a sexy alternative to black this will work well.

I am in love, love, LOVE with this product! The color isn't unique, but unique to my stash. It does seem brown sometimes but today in the bright afternoon sun, it was the most beautiful blackened, creamy plum. I purchased this for fall/winter wear but it's surprisingly refreshing in the middle of spring. It'll do your tanned hands right, please believe it. The other plus is the easy application (2 coats, could do 3 but it's fine @ 2) and the great wear. So far it has resisted chips & the dreaded Seche Vite shrinkage. I've had it on for two days and just refreshed it with Sally Hansen No-Chip top coat (my favorite refresher) and it looks fantastic-- smooth & glossy.

Loving this color, I wore it on my toes most of the summer and it looked great. Also wear it on my hands sometimes during the winter. In the sunlight it definitely shows as a deep plum/reddish color. In lowlight it's closer to black, but you can tell it's definitely not black. Flattering on my cool skintone, will repurchase!

Update** as of spring 2012 this color is discontinued :( this color is more red than purple but still in the plum family. very pretty and applies great. recommended if you want to venture into the darker shades opi offers but not wanting to go as dark as they get. great cream forumla as well.

Nice color, but the nail polish is too thick. It leaves streaks on the 1st layer, the 2nd doesn't dry not even after 1 day. I use the rapid dry spray, but it doesn't help!!
I noticed this even when I used it for the first time, so I can't say that maybe it got a little dry in the bottle, it was brand new!!
I also have OPI on Collins Ave., which is far better!! I never had this problem, even after using it(the same bottle) the 2nd summer.

My perfect nail polish for the autumn/winter seasons! A glossy plum cream, the finish is fabulous, and the brush that comes with opi polishes is one of the best I've used! Love it!

This color is pure perfection! I have MANY different dark purple-ish OPI nail colors, but this one would have to be one of my top favorites of those colors. It's the perfect consistency and goes on nails like a dream. I wear this color all year 'round and it is one of my "go-to" colors. I love it!

In the fall/winter months, I'm definitely all about the dark polishes. I collect them like it's my job. I was surprised during a recent Ulta trip that I didn't have "We'll Always Have Paris," so I picked one up.
I really like the color ... it's so pretty. But, I did find the polish to go on kind of streaky, honestly. So I wonder if maybe I got a bad bottle or something? I dunno.
But overall, a great color from OPI that I know I'll use a ton in fall and winter.

I hardly ever paint my nails because I destroy them at work. I never paint them myself and I've only gotten two manicures in the past 4 years.
I took some tips from a former-nail-tech friend and attempted a manicure on my own with We'll Always Have Paris. I'm really happy with how they turned out and they lasted 6 days, no chips, with no topcoat. (I know, I know, I need to go buy a topcoat). That's definitely a record for me, professional manicures included.
I'm really happy with this color. Still a nice dark trendy color without reading as black from a distance. It covered well with just two coats. I always shied away from darker colors because they usually go on really streaky but this was nice and smooth.
I'll definitely invest in some more OPI and a good topcoat and make an effort to do my nails more often.

Right now this is my favourite OPI colour. Well, this and "You Don't Know Jacques." It's a nice dark plummy purple. As another reviewer said, it's similar to "Lincoln Park After Dark" but the colour is lighter and more lively. I have LPAD and I find it too dark for me.
Yellow-toned girls will love this colour, it truly does pop. It's very sophisticated and stylish!

Amazing color! It is a perfect plumy shade for fall or winter. It isn't too dark that it's goth, which is nice because I can wear it to work. Great consistency. I think it looks especially nice on lighter skin tones. Very classy color with a bit of an edge =)

This is my favorite OPI nail color. My fiancé's mom bought it for me, and I love it. I like dark nail colors in general, but this one is perfect because it's very classy with a great burgundy/purple color. I've been wearing it for almost a year now on and off. I actually prefer it on my toes more so than on my fingers. I will always keep buying this color!

Whata TERRIFIC deep, rich, cool-toned reddish/wine-ish/maroonish/plum-ish pedicure sahde. So deep, many flashes of shine. LOVELY. Great for a pedicure - it is a bit dark for my PPP tips. Love it for a pedi.

Something about the color of this polish just 'pops' on my skin tone - the perfect deep, vampy wine color (with a slight hint of purple). I've had this color on my feet for almost a week and I don't want to take it off! A rarity because I usually get bored with my nail polish quickly. It's just such a classy color. The formula is smooth and two coats is perfect, and it is very chip resistant on me. This is quickly becoming my favorite nail polish, and I would definitely repurchase if and when I run out.

I am always messing with my nails so I don't know why I've never wrote reviews for the polishes I use, however I'm going to start to (did my first one the other day).
I love this color for fall/winter. However, it's not a color I'd choose for spring/summer. Although, my fiance argued with me that it was black, It's actually dark dark purple. And it's trendy without being too "goth" or looking too young-trendy (I'm 35). I went back to it a couple of times during the winter months. I got tons of compliments on it. But like one reviewer said, I'd recommend getting it done at a salon, it really is a difficult color to do yourself.

It's close to Lincoln Park AFter Dark, but with a tad more purple to it, making it look just enough NOT like black. I love this polish. If you like dark, but want a hint of a purple/burgandy, you'll love this one.
Impossible to do yourself, I always get it done by a manicurist. It can be hard to cover the whole nail without some patches or streaks. When done right, it's gorgeous.

I love this color. So nice, so pigmented (see there : stay on for a few days -instead of one or two days- without chipping). It is a very dark (almost black) plum. PLUM and not violet nor purple. It is very chic and stands out.

I have this on my tips as I type and I love this shade! It is a very vampy deep burgundy/brown/purple creme. I know others has implicated this color tends to look black on their tips, but I think this has to do with how thickly you apply each coat of polish.
No shimmer in the polish, which I love! This color is very shinny and have nice contrast against my fair skin. Creme's seem to be in and I am very glad to have this change of pace from shimmers. This is a vampy shade, but very classy and glamorous.
