I don't know how this worked for people, but everyone's skin is different so it makes sense in a weird way. Anyways, this did not work for me at all.

There's not many beads in there, so for me it's not really good to exfoliate dead skin. It did nothing for my acne, if not making it worse. My skin got irritated, was red, and got really dry. I used it twice a day for a bit, then switched to once daily.

The only positives I can think of are the scent, and packaging is good.

After it seemed like I tried everything to clear up all the tiny little bumps all along my forehead I decided to pick this up. I've used it twice a day and then Neutrogena's gentle foaming cleanser. This stuff worked miracles!! I've been using it for about a week and I have only a few breakouts on my forehead! Compared to everything else I've tried, I'd say this works really well.

Picked up a double pack of this at Sam's club for cheap. Can't remember the price but it was reasonable and had a couple of dollars off at the time, hence the reason I bough it. I usually prefer a foamy wash compared to a cream cleanser so this was a pro for me. I don't suffer from a lot of acne or have oily skin so it may not have been fully beneficial for my skin type, but I liked it well enough. Enjoyed the smell of the grapefruit and the beads were decent compared to others I have used. However, did not find that they were overly great at helping rid myself of some dry flaking skin around my nose area. Packaging was simple. I liked the clear container to see what it looked like and also how much I had left. I fund the cap good as it really helped to get out every last drop, not like others where the product builds up and when you get the cap off there is tons in there that would go to waste. When I got the cap off to use up what was left there was very little, which is a bonus for me, as I hate waste in cosmetics and toiletries. Would probably but it again if it was on sale, but usually like to try others that I haven't tried before when I run out of cleansers. Liked it enough, but didn't overly love it enough to make it a "must have".

I first started using this scrub in middle school. I had started breaking out on my forehead and chin and started using this twice a day. My skin cleared up in a week and looked better than ever! My classmates even commented on my glowing skin, and this was when I was too young to be wearing makeup! I continued using this through highschool and had perfect skin all the way up to my senior year.

Now people say that the plastic micro beads tear up your face and should never be used. But Neutrogena is a dermatologist recommended brand and I trust the word of doctors much more than that of random people on the internet. What I've learned exfoliating scrubs is that you gotta be hella gentle with your face. I used to scrub my face like I was punishing it resulting in a blotchy red face. Now I know to take my time and scrub very softly for a longer period of time. This scrub has helped me completely diminish any pimples and greatly reduce any pigmentation from acne scars. Also, it smells super awesome. Sweet and citrusy, a great way to wake up in the morning.

This stuff is the greatest! However it seems this product will be discontinued due to the recent ban on Polyethylene so I plan on looking into the non scrub versions of this wash.

I have oily skin, specifically in my nose. I believe the face scrub does the trick. I usually use it at night. I have yet to see difference but it could be because I only used it for 3 nights in a roll.

This grapefruit scrub is excellent to get rid of dead skin on the face. It really brightens your face each time you use it without redness or overdrying your skin. I noticed after a few uses of this product my face is more even toned, acne marks are slowly fading, and I get less breakouts. I use this twice (morning and night) You'd think a scrub would dry out your face but not this one. (You get flaky dry skin when you still have dead skin left on your face, but this grapefruit scrub takes care of that) I bought a small one from rite aid for around $8 and saw the bigger one in Walmart a few days ago for the same price. So buy from there it's cheaper. I like the smell and texture of it. Tiny and gentle beads that clean ur skin from impurities. If you're like me, tired from a long days work, you should seriously give this a try, it really helps you look radiant and fresh. Good Luck!!!

I don't understand why it has so many bad reviews , this product is very good . I put it on twice a day , moring and night . You have to moisturize your face afterwards , DO NOT use another product while using this , it will dry out ur sink and mess it up causing bad skin

I'm surprised with all the bad reviews it has got. I have got really really sensitive skin and anything can set it off and this hasn't irritated or dried out my skin I don't mind the smell it glides on nicely and it does make your face look more brighter and fresher but it doesn't exactly target acne but it is a nice foam wash over all but you have to make sure you moisturise after you use it otherwise you will have really dry skin but overall can't complain

I have purchased this product 3 times now.
I quite like it. I have oily, olive skin. I have clogged pores pretty much all the time around my chin and cheeks. This wash has helped - i still have many clogs, but they don't become infected or become large white-heads. Over-all I like it and have gone back to it several times. I really like the salicilyc acid in this, I believe that's why it's effective.

PROS:
- microbeads do a good job at cleansing and are gentle

CONS:
- if you plan to use this for acne, it won't anything
- it will dry out your skin
