I should have realized when the second ingredient on the list was cetyl alcohol that it would be heavy and waxy on my fine,color treated hair. It wasn't expensive but I wouldn't bother with this one again. My hair felt like it had a coating on it a day after shampooing.

I forgot to pack shampoo and conditioner on a recent trip and found a small bottle of this at Walgreens for 1.99. There is a cone, but far on the list, and I used it with Naked Naturals Awaphui and Lavender shampoo (because it's sulfate-free and I don't use 'em!)
I have 2a/m/i hendigoed hair, so I need something that protects color too.
This is not very moisturizing, but it does the trick in a pinch. You can squeeze a pea size amount in your hand and use it as a leave-in as well. It rinsed clean, but like some others, my hair felt a tad dry. Moderate detangling, but I have used better. The smell is divine-a sweet fruit scent, that does linger.
Would I rec'md? Only for chicas who don't need a ton of moisture, and not for long term use.

I was given this as a birthday gift. So far, I really like it. I wash my hair everyday and most conditioners don't really cut it as far as keeping it feeling soft, or detangled. This seems to work.plus as an added bonus, it keeps my hair from looking frizzed.
I got my hair cut and colored 21 days ago, and so far the color still looks great and my hair is still soft!!!

So very disappointed in this. I absolutely love the smell but right when I apply it to my hair, I can feel it drying it out. Rinses out ok, but doesn't detangle AT ALL. My hair is a wet rat's nest when I use this. The only good thing is the smell stays all day long, but am disappointed because I bought a huge jug of this and have been using it on my legs as a conditioning shaving lotion instead.

Although this conditioner smells wonderful, it is not thick enough. It isn't really runny, but when I apply it to my hair it just doesn't moisturize well. The Color Care shampoo is really great, too bad the conditioner isn't as nice. Maybe it will get reformulated.
