The most beautiful color, light sparkle and great texture!!! Perfect balance between warm/cold! It doesn't make my fair skin look "pink" at all (in spite of the redness on my cheeks) but actually accentuate a pretty yellow undertone/glow in my fair skin!
Bobbi,- please, please make this LE lipcolor a part of your permanent collection!!!!

Yes...I would buy this lipstick again...if I could!
Like everyone else...I puchased this with the Cocoa Mauve set at Nordstrom, and I wasn't all that impressed with it at first, but then I found myself reaching for it all the time.
It's just the right shade, has just the right amount of soft shimmer (just a touch), is slightly sheer (I like that), and it isn't brown. Browns look terrible on me. I suppose it's kind of a cross between Blue Raspberry, Pale Mauve, and something else that's really good, but that she doesn't make. It's so pretty, and like a lot of great stuff BB carries...it was LE! (and worse yet...in an expensive set), and now...I'm getting that last little bit out with my lipstick brush again!
It seems that every time I buy something from BB that I really love...it's either LE or she discontinues it! And then...there are some truly awful shades that every one hates that have been on there forever. WUWT?

Ok so intinally I thought this was too light for my NC25 complexion, but it really warmed up to me. I do have to apply is heavy compared to other creamy BB lippies. Beautiful high gloss shine with a berry mauve lip. Very natural & young looking, not serious at all~ Fun color, no real pink it in on me, more mauve like.

I had a "makeover" at my local mall and that MA applied creamy lip color in nectar. I was really suprised at the color, feel, etc. I was in love! I have been on a quest for more colors. So far I realy like Uber Pink ( nice bright moist pink color) Twilight ( brown/mauve shimmer) Blush (natural lip color with shine) Raisinberry (plummy brown) Rose brown (exactly that rose with brown undertones) The only color I didnt really care for was Heather Mauve rusty brown color. Overall want them all!

I got this Bobbi Brown Creamy Lip Color in the fall 2008 mauve kit at Nordstrom. It is one of three lip products I own from Bobbi Brown because she so likes to brown up those lips! This color is purplish berry in a cool tone which is, of course, another LE for me. There is very little of the beigey/brown undertone to it and the effect is soft, almost matte, and very feminine. I use it often when I wear a smokey eye or darker eyeshadows because it so perfectly complements those hues. The texture is creamy and there is a good amount of product in the tube. I have no complaints about this lip color except it's no longer available. Since it was part of a kit, it was a good value. I'd buy the same color/tone/shade in the lipstick form if she would only come out with it.

This is literally the perfect color for me and I wish it was a permanent color and not one that only came in a kit. I got the chocolate mauve kit and loved this lip color so much that I bought several additional ones from ebay just to have it on hand. This is the absolutel perfect MLBB lip, not too cool or too warm. Just a half a shade darker than my medium pigmented lips. It is moisturizing and can be worn alone by just doing a swipe across your lips which brightens your face a little whether you are wearing additional makeup or not without giving you that too pink brightness that some of Bobbi's products have. It is perfect for plane trips when regular lip gloss is a no go, but it also great over lip stick if I happen to go that route or with just gloss on top of it. Very versatile color that way. I really can't say enough about it. Mauve itself is not always the best color for me, a little too much purple, but the berry balances it out and somehow makes it into something that is just a nice everyday color that doesn't jump out at you, but that you could certainly wear either with casual makeup or with a more polished look. I constantly check to see if it will be added to the permanent collection. No such luck yet.

I bought this in a set at Nordstrom after seeing it on display. It is the perfect shade for me. It's very soft and sheer looking. Just right for my pale complexion, and very work-appropriate.

Berry Mauve is a beautiful pink brown with just the slightest hint of shimmer. It is part of Nordstrom's Bobbi Brown exclusive set called Chocolate mauve. This lipstick nails the pinky brown color that we are searching for. Its really great texture and the staying power is good. Worth it to get the set for this lipstick.
