What brought my attention to this color is the fact that it is purple but has a wonderful blue shine. I love this color so much. It is like I can't stop looking at it.
When I applied the first coat I thought it was way to sheer, then I applied the second coat which was better but still to sheer. Finally the third coat covered my nail and the color on the nails looked just like the color in the bottle. So if you want to achieve the whole coverage then do 3 coats.
I always wait 30 minutes between each coat. I know, it is not a time saver but I found out that is the best way.

The bottle I got does not look like the one in the photo for this review. It's part of the brand new line. It reminds me of RBL's Scrangie.
I really love the color, but it's too sheer. I layered one coat over one coat of ChG's Grape Juice, and it's pretty awesome: deepish purple jelly with a light blue shimmery flash. NICE. Plus I got it on sale at Rite Aid for only $1.99. I definitely need a backup of this. The bottle is small, only .34 oz.

Confetti is such a unique polish - a clear base with tiny sparkling strands of aqua blue and fuchsia. It really does look like colorful tinsel like Ghoulina said in her review.
Confetti can look good on it's own but it takes 4 to 5 coats to get it close to being opaque. Definitely remember to allow dry time between coats or the brush will push the sparkles from the previous coat/s and make a lumpy mess. :p Personally, I think Confetti looks best when used on top of other polishes - it sparkles and shines even more with a nice base color. I used a top coat to ensure a smooth surface & protect the sparkles.
The bottle is smaller than most nail polishes and contains .3 oz (OPI and Essie are .5 oz) but the price is right so I didn't mind. This is a really fun little polish that is truly unique - definitely worth checking out, especially if you love sparkles! :)

This polish is really fun! It's clear with what looks like teeny tiny bits of blue & pink tinsel inside! It gives a really cool shimmery sparkle effect and looks awesome layered over Jesse's Girl "Blue Moon" polish ^_^ Like the other polishes from this line, it dries really quickly - which I love!
