This stuff isn't all that cheap but you can snatch it up on sales. I have dry, mature skin and I'm always looking for something to help out. This ain't it.
Just too greasy for daytime wear. Doesn't sink in enough and makes a poor canvas for any makeup. I love the night cream and eyecream in this line, however, and will use this day cream up as night cream.
EDIT: Well, now it's winter and I have started to use this day cream and its wonderful! I was using too much before. Now I just put a small dab in the palm of my hand, warm it with my hands and then pat the palms of my hands over my face, patting it in. I leave it while I brush my teeth and then makeup goes on smoothly. However, the SPF is relatively useless considering the small amount needed BUT it makes my face glow - will continue to buy after all.

While I LOVE the Avon Age Repair Night Cream this day cream is over-the-top greasy and heavy. VERY strong fragrance even for Avon and leaves my face looking oily and greasy all day. Only using on my hands and chest to use up. This is a NO.

I get very confused by Avon's products. If I buy something I like and look for it again I rarely find it - it seems to have morphed into something else! I thought this might be the equivalent of the Anew Ultimate Day transforming lift cream that I had previously used and liked but I was disappointed. It's nothing like it.
It comes in a terrific heavy gold pot which I love - but it's downhill all the way from there. It has quite a strong smell. I prefer my creams, especially day creams, to be unperfumed. Not only that but the fragrance to me has a whiff of honey about it and I loathe honey! The cream is way too rich for a day cream. You have to be very careful how much you apply otherwise it leaves a greasy film.
But no worries - it will probably be discontinued by the time I've finished the pot!
