This polish is absolutely breathtaking. I would have given this polish a perfect score if I did not have to deal with the hot topic bottles! They are cute but so impractical! I actually moved this color into a spare bottle and voila! I love this polish! Its sheer so it takes 3 coats but it does not give VNL and it stays on your nail. It does not need a top coat and it does not stain your nails. Its great!

I love blue nail polish, and this one is especially wonderful with all the fine glitter in it. Two coats is opaque, and it's only $2.99! I had to deduct a lippie because of the packaging: 1) THEY DON'T NAME THEIR POLISHES! This is so weak. They don't even number them. 2) The mouth of the bottle is too wide. I do my nails while I'm in bed watching TV. It's how I justify wasting time. I'm only watching TV because I'm waiting for my nails to dry, and I'm doing my nails because I'm productive and saving tons of cash by being a DIYer. See? Anyway, being a spaz, it's not unheard of for me to drop a bottle while I'm doing my nails. Most of the time it's no big whoop. I pick up the bottle before more than a couple of drops spill. Except for these HT polishes. The mouth is so wide half the contents is seeping into my chemise before I can right the bottle. 3) The brushes suck!!! Half of them are bent and frayed when I open the bottle for the first time. Other than that, I have no problems with the polishes.

I got this along with the purple irridescent glitter for about $3 each. The color in the bottle is GORGEOUS, and it's really nice on the nail, too. It goes on a little sheer, almost jelly-ish, so I did apply 3 coats, but it would look great layered over one of the many beautiful navy blues or deep purples that are so popular now. It is very glitter, but not overpoweringly so and the purple flash is obvious but not visible in all light. The thing I HATE about Hot Topic nail polish is how wide the opening is. The nail polish seems to get thick really fast because the opening is so large. I do love the skull on the bottle though. Very nice polish for $3.
