I found this in a discount store for $1, unfortunately the color was Navy and not Black like I thought, or else I would use this every day! I typically don't like felt tip liquid eyeliners but this is amazing, it goes on super smooth and evenly pigmented and the tip makes it easy to get a very thin, precise line. Not to mention the lasting power is amazing, although the packaging doesn't say "waterproof" anywhere, when I swatched it on the back of my hand it lasted through multiple hand washings. If I ever see this again I'll definitely buy more!

I got it on sale from walgreens, I've always wanted to try them but I hate to pay and get a hateful result. Thank goodness for the sales, I got the chance to try them. I got 2 colors, black and brown. I like the brush part, it's very easy to apply and very easy to use. I like the black color that I've got, somehow the brown seems all dried up or something, it doesn't go on smoothly, not much fluid coming out as I draw the line, must been in the box too long maybe? It lasted till the end of day, still in good condition, maybe when my black died it will just be like the brown one.

I got this for under 2 dollars at walgreens. They're having a huge sale.I usually use one of those automatic eyeliners, the ones that twist up.But liquid eyeliner looks better and lasts longer.I was going to get something similar to this, but it was covergirl.I saw this and it was pretty cheap,so I bought this along with some eyeshadow from Prestige.I got it in black brown, and its great. The color is good and it makes my eyes pop like I want them to.I think the "pen type" of eyeliner is a lot easier to use then the inkwell type ones.
I went and bought 3 more of these since they were on sale.I now have two blacks, one black-brown and a navy.Im really happy with the navy color!

Wow, I can't believe there aren't more reviews for this little drugstore gem! This is one of the few marker-type eyeliners I've been able to find. The markers are so much easier to use than brushes or 'inkwell' felt-tips (hello, L'Oreal Lineur Intense), I wonder why more companies don't make them.
First, let me state that I do not wear black eyeliner, and I don't paint my waterline. I can't tell you how black Prestige's black is, or whether this works on the waterline. I can tell you that I love their Slate color. It's a neutral dark gray, no shimmer or sparkle, that goes with lots of different looks. Awesome substitute for black, when you want a softer look or if (like me) you think black is too harsh for your complexion. This stuff lasts all day even on my uber-oily skin. In fact, if I'm careless about removing my makeup in the evening, I'll wake up with most of my eyeliner still on! Treat this like a waterproof eyeliner when it comes to taking it off.
The short, stubby 'pen' takes a little adjustment of one's grip, but the lovely felt tip more than makes up for that. Pointed finely enough to satisfy my desire for razor-thin eyeliner, yet flexible and soft enough that one could easily create a more dramatic look with a fraction more pressure. (And I do mean a fraction. I barely touch the marker tip to my skin in order to get that thin line.) The tip has stayed nice and wet so far with no shaking required; it's only been a couple weeks, so I'll update if it dries out prematurely. I store the eyeliner on its side in my traincase, not sure whether this makes a difference.
In addition to my beloved Slate, this eyeliner comes in Black, Black/Brown, Navy, and... was that last one Teal or Wine? Argh, I can't remember. No true brown, alas. :( I will have to keep hunting for my one true brown eyeliner, but I have found my gray eyeliner in Slate!

These are the eyeliners I have tried:
1. L'oreal Liquid Eyeliner (Black Mica)
2. Prestige Liquid Eyeliner
3. Maybeline Liquid EyeLiner
4. Anabelle Eye Pencil
and a whole loads more but these are the ones that have failed and thrown into the back of the make up drawer. I happened to have come across this one in London Drugs, I was just wasting time and just browsing around and was introduced to this one. The reason why I gave this one a chance was because of its felt tip. Went home to try to give it a shot since knowing it was felt tip it might be prone to being really dry and having to reaaply. I also noticed on the box that it didn't say "long staying or waterproof" so I almsot was sure that it was a failure.
SO VERY WRONG I WAS.
It stays like a tattoo (my oil cleansers have a heard time taking it off!!).
The ink is dark and takes only one application, no need to re apply to achieve desired color.
I believe this eyeliner may be it for me.
LOVE LOVE LOVE!
plus its dirt cheap :)

Watery and awful! which is too bad, b/c the packaging and felt tip is pretty good which had potential to be an easy liner...but - it's so watery you have to go over it multiple times and each time you do it it takes off chunks of what you put on with previous attempts. Color comes out like more of a watery gray too. Saw that the reviews for the normal liquid liner is supposed to be good though, so may have to try that!
