this is my 1st chanel lipgloss, i am such a chanel addict.. i love DiorAddict lipglosses still, but this is chanel, and i can't resist chanel! it is not sticky, i love the small brush it comes with (hate the doefoot types of applicators) - but basically, this gives a nice sheen, not much color payoff on my pigmented lips, but just the way i like it. my col commented that she liked how my lips look one day, and that was my 1st day trying this gloss out. i prob wont repurchase becos i never finish my glosses, and i have so many more glosses lying ard! but it is a lovely product!

Love this color!!!! In bare lips, it looks like a shiny baby pink with shimmer (not frosty at all). it doesn't on thick or sticky. Love wearing it either on bare lips or over pink lipsticks. Def will repurchase! :)

I am not a lipgloss person, I usually just where a foundation base and some blistex. However I got his lipgloss as a present and I love it!!
-Cute colour, comes out almost nude with some shimmer.
-High glossy look
-Packaging is typical chanel, high quality and chic.
-Last for a while
It is a must have for my handbag for a night out!

I loved this shade in the Cristalle format and was so pleased when they released it as an Aqualumiere. I have always got such lovely compliments when I wear this shade it is my perfect polished nude. I have a friend who always says "you're wearing that lovely Chanel Gloss again aren't you?". The consistency on the Aqualumieres is perfect, shiny, not sticky and really moisturising (more so than a lot of balms I've tried! It's lasting power isn't as good as stickier glosses but I hate being sticky so prefer this. I have 3 of these glosses now including Diamond Rose and Freeze and want to get Candy Glow next for the summer.

I absoluetly adore the colour and feel of this gloss. It makes my lips feel like silk and is so smooth and gorgeous. I've never had a gloss that feels as amazing as this does on my lips. I also love the pale pink colour and the subtle gold shimmer. It looks gorgeous without being over the top.
However, the lasting power is shocking. It doesn't last longer than 20 minutes on me and I just have to keep reapplying it constantly. For this price I expect it to last a little longer.
I try to use it sparingly because I do love the product, but I will definitely not be repurchasing at this price. I'm really disappointed because it's otherwise perfect.
I sort of wish I'd never tried it... If I was earning more and could afford to replace it all the time, I'd definitely keep buying it.

I love Bon Bon, I used the Cristalle version as well. To me this is the most easiest and fool proof gloss for a natural, polished sophisticated look. You can apply this with your eyes closed! It is a pale pink color with gold shimmer. The color is not really unique, but this is my most reached for gloss. I do like this formula, it is smoother and more moisturizing then the Cristalle but this one seems to wear off faster. The gloss is not sticky at all and it has a luxurious lacquer shine finish. It is the most comfortable and pleasant gloss on my lips. All in all, I really love this gloss, and I see myself repurchasing it over and over again. The only drawback is the price, which is about $31 (CND).

Chanel's Bon Bon Lip Gloss is one of my favorites! beautiful Peachy Pink color. This is Chanel's most popular color out of the Aqualumiere Collection. I would buy this again.

I really love Aqualumiere lipglosses, but not this one. Bon Bon is a pale pink with a lot of gold microshimmer in the tube. On my unpigmented lips, it's just a clear shine with a hint of gold. Looks like nothing! This is a sheerer version of Chanel's Sundress glossimer (light pink with gold), if that's even possible. I suppose this color could be used to tone down darker lipsticks a bit, but I still don't think it's worth the money. Sundress glossimer is longer-lasting, just a shiny, and it has more pigment. Bon Bon still gets a 3 for the Aqualumiere formula: very shiny, with a smooth, balmy texture. NC 35- 40.

Lovely gloss, lovely color, perfect finish!
I love Aqualumiere glosses more than I did Cristalle, they have better consistency and give more beautiful finish.
Will buy again for sure :)

This is my all time favourite Chanel gloss.. well the shade is, but I prefer it in the Cristalle gloss format.
I'm a little confused as to why they'd release the same shade in two types of glosses, I find it kind of odd. It's #12 in the Cristalle gloss collection, and #73 in Aqualumiere. Both are called Bonbon. Maybe they're discontinuing the Cristalle gloss? Anyway, like I said, it's my favorite Chanel shade so no complaints here.
The Aqualumiere version seems to have more of the gold shimmer throughout, whereas with the Cristalle gloss you get more of the colour that you see in the tube, and the gold is barely there. Also the texture of Aqualumiere is a bit creamier.. it almost feels as if you applied some balm to your lips.. it's a nice feeling, but unfortunately this dramatically cuts down its staying power. I don't even think it lasts half an hour on my lips.
Unlike most people, I'm a big fan of the super sticky glosses (ie. MAC Lipglass) because they actually last! I honestly can't be bothered to reapply my gloss 20 times a day... it's just not gonna happen. And with the Aqualumieres, this is what you'll have to do (unless you can resist licking your lips, which I seem to do a lot of).
I picked up this gloss in all 8 shades, but seeing as it's not very long wearing, I'll probably give a few tubes away.
But I'm definitely hanging on to Bonbon, Candy Glow, Diamond Rose and Party Red because I like the colours. All are very sheer, so colour payoff is what you're looking for, you'll have to layer them with l/s, or skip them all together.

I was a bit skeptical of this, thinking, what would be better than glossimers?? Well, these are pretty darn good. They're not too sticky, not too thick, and the finish is shiny, but not tacky... Sort of like Tarte glosses, but with better lasting power. It has a brush applicator for precise application. The Bonbon color is a light opalescent pink with gold pearl. Very pretty, and not at all porn star looking. There is no scent or taste, and I would repurchase if I ran out. Also looking forward to trying other colors.
