You definitely get what you paid for with this product. It's your typical dollar quality lip balm.
Sheer with minimal color. Becomes drying after some time.

I like these lip balms. I bought two on impulse at Rite Aid because they looked cool, and for only $0.99 I couldn't pass it up. They're pretty nice, actually. They're good for underneath lip gloss because they are sheer. They don't provide anything but a little shine on their own. The biggest plus is that they taste great! If you have very dry lips, they probably wouldn't be very good because they aren't medicated. I normally will wear Carmex instead because I'm prone to chapped lips, but if you just want a fun lip balm or something for under lip gloss, definitely check them out.
*I ended up buying more (5 other flavors). Unfortunately, they are discontinued now, so they only cost 25 cents at Rite Aid now. I keep all of them in my purse. Get them while you still can!

I bought this in Cosmo Tini for 99 cents. It is light pink. Its tastes good and the smell isn’t to strong. It gives my lips a sheen & it last a long time. It also enhances my lips natural pink color. It is not very moisturizing but want flavored lip balm is. I will repurchase it.

It has cute packaging & names. Plus its a cheap lip balm in a small easy to carry little jar in fun colors. But I do not like things with such a strong fragrance.Pigmentation is poor. I have 2 now & will use em up probably for something else. Nothing special so I will not be buying it again. Next I will probably buy the NYC ones in the cute tins!

This are a great cheap fix. I've had Island Mojo, Strawberry Daiquiri, Berry Fizz, Mango Margarita, Pina Colada (which burned my lips, I think it was an allergic reaction), and just got a couple others to try. I've loved them all and would buy them again if I didn't have a ton of other lip balms.

Soooo cute! So I paid 99 cents for this product, and if you're a makeup girl, sometimes you just need to buy a little something to get your fix. So I purchased this at CVS in the flavor Mango Margarita...mmm. I love mango. Some girls may not like that its a balm in a pot, but I personally like that. For a buck, this balm does what it needs to do, it keeps my lips moisturized and it taste great.

i just read on a "whats your pet peeve" poll, that people hate when someone mentions they dislike a product cause it caused an allergic reaction in them, thereby bringing down the ratings of a product. i feel differently. i always say upfront that i have highly sensitive/reactive skin when reviewing items. i find when i read a post where someone else says basically, "hey everyone else here may have had great results with this, but it caused me to have an allergic reaction on my very sensitive skin," i pause before using that products and with good reason. this is the only item from w&w that has ever been a problem for me. it stung my lips and caused them to itch a ton. i tried it again, not a fluke, caused me little bumps. clearly i liked the shine with hint of color and flavor idea, the texture too was good, but i just couldn't use this.
i love most everything i have bought from w&w, in fact remember when they had the duo e/s, for ex, a matte black and turquoise one, circa 1989! i used their cream blush stick till they did away with it (best ever!) and the only ls i ever loved and miss after being discontinued, was the great 547A! so take it for what its worth, if you are also uber sensitive, this might not be for you either.

I like this cheap lipbalm/gloss. I have the Cosmotini one and love it. It actually kept my lips moist and prevented them from getting chapped in the cold, windy weather when I was training. I also loved the flavor and sometimes its nice to get away from the boring stuff like cherry, vanilla and mint flavored balms. This was a nice change for me. Now if only I can get it where I am right now.

I have two of this product. One is in Mango Margarita and the other one is in Mai Tai. I bought these thinking that they would be like lip glosses, as the display read, but when I got home, I saw that they weren't glossy at all. They are very moisturizing, though, and they do provide just a tiny hint of color, so I think of them as more of tinted lip balms. They are good presents for young girls just beginning with makeup. Amazing stocking stuffers! They are only a dollar each! I got them for half off at my local Walgreens store, so for me, they were only fifty cents! The packaging is so cute and the two that I have both taste and smell good. I would recommend this product to a friend and I am probably going to put a few of these in stockings this year.

I was hoping for a really pigmented gloss when I purchased the Mango Margarita...but it was just plain old clear gloss. The smell wasn't THAT good, but it looked cute. And it was cheap, which was why I bought it in the first place. I'll still use it as a base with my other lip colors. Won't be repurchasing when it runs out though.

These seem similar in concept to those MAC pot balms... I can't remember the actual name. And also to the new HIP Jelly Balms that come in a pot. I picked up two shades at Rite Aid. Pina Colada is an off-white color in the pot and basically goes on clear with perhaps just a tad of color that tones down my natural lip color. The scent is pretty strong, but tastey and for .99 cents I don't think you can find anything too much better. I also picked up Tahitian Punch which is a nice plum-berry color in the pot and smells like some sort of tropical berry skittles flavor :) So yeah, they are worth the .99 just for the fun and flavors. They both tingle on my lips (the only con for me) and make me a little numb after first applying but that goes away within a couple of minutes. The moisture is also decent. Not to heavy, pretty light, and also easy to spread and get out of the pot. The texture is somewhat like vasaline, perhaps just a bit thicker.
Edit: I forgot to mention how the balms have a really sweet taste. After only a few application over the course of today it was too cloying. Between the super sweet taste and smell I just can't handle it. Yuck.

These are brand new potted lip balms scented like cocktails. I bought it in Fuzzy Navel and Strawberry Daiquiri for $0.99 each (super cheap!) They are decent as a balm. Goes on clear and does not give a lot of shine but is moisturizing. The texture is waxy and has a similar feel on the lips to Rosebud Salve. The fragrance is very light and waxy....smells like a cheap drugstore candle. I gave away the Strawberry Daiquiri one to a friend b/c the smell was too plastic for me and did not smell at all like a strawberry or a daiquiri for that matter. The Fuzzy Navel one smells better, more like its supposed to smell; like peach. It is still pretty plastic smelling too though. Does leave a very faint sweet taste on the lips. For 0.99 you can't beat it...perfect to keep at your desk at work. They come in a lot of different flavors and I will be trying Electric Pink Lemonade and Mango Margarita the next time. The flavors they offer are:
Mango Margarita
Mai Tai
Cosmo-tini
Island Mojo
Bahama Mama
Pina Colada
Jungle Juice
Fuzzy Navel
Strawberry Daiquiri
Electric Lemonade
Berry Fizz
Tahitian Punch
**UPDATE** I can't wear the Fuzzy Navel one now either b/c the smell gives me a headache. These actually are not good l/b or l/g at all and I won't be repurchasing, even if they are .99.
