I really like this, my pores seemed to be really large for the first 2 weeks of use, within a month my pores were much smaller, my skin was alot more smooth and clear, only drawback is the price.

My favorite serum! I've used this for two years now, and it has helped my skin so much. I had really bad hormonal acne when I was younger, and it left me with A LOT of red scars. They have not totally disappeared, but they are so much lighter and almost invisible. I noticed a difference after 3 weeks or so.
It keeps other breakouts under control, does not dry my skin, and makes my skin look more radiant and even. If I skip this for a while, my skin looks far more dull. This is also great for those of you with blackheads :) Don't mind the price, if you use this, you will save SO much money on makeup.

This treatment product is a type of glycolic acid but does not irritate or sting. I use it all over my face before anything else. It has some exfoliating benefits and doesn't seem to do anything bad, so I've used it for over a year now.

I use this during the day, under my moisturizer. I alternate it with the Vit-A-Cleaing conmplex, which I use at night because it contains retinol. These two products have finally got my acne/keritosis pilaris/combo skin under control. Just when I was about to give up I found this line! I have tried sample sizes of their other products and I really like them all. Only gripe is it's pricey...but you get what you pay for.

I have used the 'sensitive' version of this serum. According to Paula Begoun the ph of 4.4 in this product means the AHAs in this lotion can not exfoliate properly. Trust me, it exfoliates. I actually ended up with a mild chemical burn after using this. It contains 12% glycolic acid, which was obviously too strong for my wimpy skin. No serious damage, but nevertheless a painful experience. I have given it 2 stars, because the product does do what it's supposed to do, but I can't recommend it to anyone with very sensitive skin. If you do want to try it, be careful and perhaps do a patch test first.

I use the sensitive skin formula of this product. It is fantastic - refreshes my sensitive, rosacea skin without any irritation. It really is the only thing I can use long term. I stray but always come back to this. It does make my skin smoother, fresher looking - makeup goes on better - without peeling.

I have the sensitive skin version of this product which was recommended to me by one of the beauticians at a local salon. I was already using the MD formulations cleanser but am really impressed by how quickly this treatment serum has made a visible difference to my skin. Clearer, better texture, less bumps, less flaky patches, makeup goes on more easily. It also seems to be easier to get impurities to surface after using a warm cloth.

Together with the Decleor moisturiser that I was advised to apply after the serum, I have actually noticed an improvement in the expression lines that were starting to appear on my forehead.

It's not cheap but you don't need to use a lot of product. Nothing really wrong with the packaging per se - it is sturdy, hygenic & has a pleasantly minimalistic design but I took two lippies off because I hate having to screw the rather awkward top back on every morning and the bottle doesn't make it easy to dispense small quantities of the serum.

Very please with this. After only 4 days my skin texture is better and looks very clear. Smoe fine lines have reduced and pores are minimized. It is more expensive then the other products but you need such a small amount I imagine it will last quite a while. I will definately re-purchase.

This SAVED my skin. I had hormonal breakouts from birth control and nothing worked. i was getting depressed too.
Then a blogger recomended this for me (thank you christina) and after only two days i could see a big differense in my skin. My pimples where shrinking and my acne scars looked less red. After 1 week using it along with moisturizer from md and the cleanser, i have not gotten any moore acne, its clearing up and im soo happy, even my scars are less noticable :D I recomend everyone to try this. you wont regret it im telling you. Use it only with other products from md formulations for best results.

IŽ ve used this for quite some time now, and must say I am very satisfied, it evens out my skin tone, takes care of dry patches. Only downside is that it itches at first, and makes you break out before it improves your skin. But definitely worth the money, and I will buy it again!

I was looking for a serum but I've got oily skin and anti-aging is not my biggest concern, and most serums target that problem. This was one that did not so I gave it a shot. This promised to refine pores and promote cell turnover. I use it faithfully every morning and I really do see a difference. My skin seems clearer - and I have deeply imbedded clogged pores - and is absolutely softer. I often see no results at all when I use a skin product so that's saying something for me. It's worth the $50 as a special treatment - I won't be buying anything else in that capacity - and will definitely buy it again.
