I wish this worked! As soon as I apply it I feel like my underarms start to feel really moist. I notice I have less perspiration if I don't use it. I trialed it for two weeks but this is not one I would rely on for a day at work! Same as mentioned below- it has a strong tea tree oil smell which I like but the fact that it increases my perspiration means it is not completely effective at preventing the smell.. I don't normally sweat very much but when using this I have had wet underarms on t-shirts which I never really get. Back to the Mitchum until I find a natural alternative that really works...

This product didn't work well for me. The tea tree smell was strong but it didn't last. All I could smell later in the day was my underarm odor and feeling slightly warm. My crystal roll doesn't do that. Disappointing.

This is by far one of the best deodorants that i've tried. It's only a deodorant however, which i prefer. It truly stop your armpits from getting smelly, but I do find myself having to reapply during hot summer months, but again I don't mind considering how well this works compared to other products on the market.
You can buy for $4-$6 for 60ml. I love the packaging, its easy to read and nicely set out.

I utterly love this deodorant... it really is the only one that doesn't have aluminium AND still works. I believe a lot of other 'aluminium free' deodorants still have something called alum salts which are essentially the same thing as aluminium in that it stops you from perspiring. This product doesn't actually stop you from perspiring as far as I know, but I am not a big sweater anyway, so that one is hard for me to tell. But even so I do sweat, I am human and this is absolutely amazingly fantastic because it seems that the tea tree and other botanical ingredients really kill off any bacteria that might cause odor. The smell is quite strong but you do get used to it, it is a fairly strong herbal smell but I am much happier with that than using aluminium under my arms everyday. I have used this for years and never found another one as good. I can wear it all day in the middle of a steaming hot summer and I still smell like roses at the end of the day...lol. No, really I don't get any body odor at all with this. It's brilliant and safe. I use it quite liberally under my arms I do think a good liberal application makes it work the best. Then I just let it dry off and put my top on. Even though I wasn't wild about the smell, (it's ok though) I have had someone comment that I was wearing a nice perfume, which kind of made me laugh because it was just the deodorant as I don't wear perfume ever. I think it mellows out after being on your skin for a while too and it's not a fake perfume smell, it is natural herb smell, I prefer this to fake perfume which gives me a headache and makes me feel sick. My bottle says Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Deodorant...it doesn't seem to say antiperspirant but I am pretty sure I am talking about the right product. So top marks for this, to my knowledge, being the only deodorant on the market that doesn't contain any aluminium in any form and still does an amazing job of combating body odour and wetness. I have copied the ingredient in abbreviated form (therefore not the long herb name, just the short ones) into the ingredients list at the top of the page for anyone who is interested.

Also this is what Thursday's say about their deodorant:

* Contains 95% Certified Organic Ingredients
* Certified by the USDA and the Organic Food Chain
* Contains 100% pure Tea Tree Oil
* Contains 100% naturally derived ingredients
* Aluminium free
* Low-irritant

This is the best aluminium free deoderant I have ever tried. I have it in the floral sport formula. While the scent isnt the nicest out there, its pleasant enough and is more than compensated by the fact that this deoderant actually works and lasts all day without needing to reapply. I'm not sure that its claim to being anti-perspirant when aluminium free is actually correct - I thought the aluminium was what actually blocked your pores and stopped sweat coming out? But in any event for aluminium free this is a winner.
