The 'it' Color by OPI is a beautiful darker yellow, with a hint of orange. The best way to describe it is Kraft dinner yellow. It's kind of intimidating but it looks wonderful on, if you're looking for something different. I took off one lippie because it is streaky, and I needed 3 coats to even it out! But I would definitely repurchase!

This is a great yellow colour, because it isn't the kind of light greenish yellow that makes you look like you have diseased nails. This colour is more of a bright, canary yellow. It has a cream finish and is wonderful to work with. Dries quickly too. Would definitely recommend.

Love this color! Wasn't used to the color initially but after wearing it for 2 days I thought this was one of the best colours I own. This is such a cheerful colour! I have got so many compliments from people, even from guys! Haha..I would say this will look good on people who are slightly tan with yellow undertone. Requires 3 coats for me.

The nail polish is good quality as most of OPI. But I got this at an OPI's mani's suggestion and so I review it as it was their suggestion for my skin type - fair. It looks weird. Even with a little tan looks weird. Only dark skin types can do yellow nail polish. They should not advertise it as a trend for everyone. I felt like a 5-year old who played with the kiddy markers on my nails.

i love this yellow on my nails. it's bright enough to make your nails stand out, but not too bright to where it would look weird and tacky. it's not streaky at all, and i get an opaque colour after two coats. recommended!

I....don't know about this. I know that when this came out, yellow nails were in style, but I tried this and it just makes my nails look like a severe case of...yellowed nails. You know how your nails get yellow sometimes after wearing dark colors for a long time? This reminds me of that, just in a more exaggerated way, especially when used on the toes. This shade is just not a win for me. I could see it looking better on someone with dark skin, but on people with light skin, it just makes you look jaundiced.

It's a great color, opaque after 2 coats. It's just the right yellow, not too bright, not too dull. It's a fun color to use for spring and summer.

Great color; goes on easily, but you need two coats. Great for summer. I get complimented on it a lot because it's an unusual color.

this color screams summer, i love it. just need 2 coats to get the perfect yellow i wanted & the handle this def. a huge plus 4 me.

An interesting color. It's a decidedly warm yellow with a touch of orange--like an egg yolk. It's so warm and yellow that it makes my skin, which has yellow-olive undertones, look faintly pinkish. I have a feeling this wouldn't be very flattering if you have strong pink undertones, though pale or dark neutral gals should be OK. It's an unusual color so of course I like it! Creme finish. Thin and streaky formula, though it looks OK with about three coats. I'd repurchase.

Yield to the fantastic The "It" Color. This is IT! I actually wear this color in the fall because it reminds me of school buses (crazy, huh?)... This is a great yellow that goes well with grays, tans, blues... You name it - great year around color.

This was my first bottle of OPI and I believe I made a good decision. I was on the search for a perfect bright nail polish and failed several times with bright pink and bright mango. I decided to give it one more try and bought this. It is absolutely gorgeous with my NC40 skin. My nails are rather soft and can prove any "chip-free" polish wrong by the end of the day, but this polish is simply fantastic.
Bottom line: the color is perfect (2 coats should be enough)!

I was a bit hesitant about getting this, but i figured what the heck..may as well. It applied like a dream..smooth and evenly. It almost seemed to have a "jelly-like" consistancy to it. I think it would look fab if i was a tad more tan. It would be perfect for summer. Right now on my asian MAC NC30-35 skin it was boarder-line mumified corpse nail...but i still like it enough to give it a 4 stars. Can't wait till summer!!

I actually paid full price on this one (8.50 USD) which is up a dollar...I really wanted to like this one because I really wanted it but on my tanned skin it has an orange tint...this is mustard colored on me...I kind of wanted a lemon yellow, not an orangy one...It is fine and nice and matte finish, it just isn't my fav OPI nail polish...I want to try to another fun summer color next Dating a Royal which looks like a fun summer blue....

Lovely, shiny, not quite "school bus" yellow!! Are school buses actually orange? I dunno.
This is a midtone, matte (meaning not frosty) yellow!! Great with a tan!
