On my nc25 asian skin, this lipstick comes out a lovely dark berry pink. The application is very smooth and creamy without being too thick. It does have a slight lolly grape scent but I don't mind which is saying something as usually I use scented products a maximum of five times before the smell gets to me. My friend who loved the colour on me tried it herself and it came out as more of a wine red on her (nc15-20) but still looked amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a versatile bold lipstick that isn't red. You can very easily wear it out in the day time as well, as long as eye makeup minimal.
I got mine on eBay as one of those "pick your 6" colour sales as I am from Australia and we can't find nyx products anywhere here.
hint: matches perfectly with nyx slim lip pencil in bloom, or burgundy if you wish to go a tad darker in shade.
Would look great on any skin tones!

This is a deep pinkish-red that is slightly more on the pink side. I think it looks most flattering on paler skin. If you want something bolder then your usual nude or everyday mauvy type lipstick yet feel red lipstick doesn't suit you, this might be the one to get. It's really tough for me to find a bolder lipstick that doesn't make me look like a clown and this one really suited my pale eurasian skin pretty well. I love smell, just like a cherry lolly, you almost want to eat it!

It is a bit muted darker creme pink with no shimmer or sparkle. On PPP me it is a somewhat retro elegant color that makes me look a bit haggard. But it will probably be beautiful on somebody else. The quality of the lipstick formula is very, very good.

On my dark pink pigmented lips, Midnight Dinner is a muted medium-deep pinky-red creme. This is an extremely flattering shade that would look good on just about anyone, particularly neutral/cool-toned girls. This is red for people who can't do red. Black Label Lipsticks have full-on color, but are the first lipsticks I've used that don't dry out my lips at all. There's a slight grape scent as I apply, but no taste or scent on the lips. The packaging is a very cute black sparkly rounded-off square tube, black lace patterned and with a "sample" of the color encased in clear plastic at the base. US$7 @ nyxcosmetics.com.
