Age: 19-24   Skin: Oily, Medium, Neutral   Hair: Black, Wavy, Coarse   Eyes: Green

I received a sample of this a few months ago, but didn't use it. My skin has been breaking out like crazy lately, so I turned to this. I even went back to Sephora and got a darker color because 106 is actually darker than 204, which the sales associate did not know. My skin is oily and extremely sensitive, especially lately. I'm also med-dark skintone, more olive than yellow. This covers well if used with a brush, and dabbing concealer over problem areas. I put Chanel's loose powder in #3 on top which is yellow and helps neutralize some of the pink in the 106 color. It keeps me less oily, but I do have to blot. I do have to admit that this can rub off on some areas, but I don't mind reapplying sometimes. But for $70 dollars, I'd expect a little better. I will say, however, that my skin doesn't break out (although I'll get a pimple or two if I sleep in it), and I love the fresh look this gives me. I truly enjoy using it, and the smell hasn't bothered me so far. I look forward to it, in fact. Hope this helps.

Grossly expensive ($70) and too occlusive for my skin. It actually makes me break out in whiteheads on my nose. It's probably great for someone who's not blemish-prone.

I love this baby, it physically hurt me to pay $$$$ for this product. First I got a sample from Sephora, hoped it would break me out lol. Knock on wood so far its looking good. After using this product I've never looked back. Feels like a moisturizer upon application, sinks in like one, doesn't leave me feeling coated. Nice glowy finish without looking tacky. Just finish off with the BenNye powder and I am all done. Would really like to take off 2 lippies for the price. Use half the size of a dime and I am guessing it would come a for a long time..it better lol!
For ref I am a NC40 with normal skin and was matched to the shade 204 and the color blends in perfectly.
These are the other TM"s that I have tried
MAC
Kiehls
Nars
OCC
Laura Mercier
Wet n Wild
Cover Girl
Bobbi Brown
Hard Candy

I FRIGGIN LOVE THIS THING LIKE ITS MY BABY (which i dont have lol)!!!! My holy grail HANDS DOWN! Perfect coverage for being so light weight. gives me a nice dewiness without looking shiny since I have oily skin. makes the redness from my acne disappear and i actually think it repairs my skin! my skin always feel sooo supple and moisturized during and after use! however, the only con is the stupid price tag! 70 bucks for 1.4 oz....i can't afford that unless I go on an only 1 ramen per week diet lol. Still love...picking up samples next time i go to sephora :)

Great TM, I broke out using LM, used BB TM before the new formula, and was on a hunt for my next best TM. This is little pricey. It gives light coverage, looks natural, does not change color, scent doesn't bother me at all. Overall a great product.

Me: slight oil on T-zone; dry on the rest. NC30 at the moment, I received 4 samples of all shades from Sephora.
#204 is the most natural looking, but #104 gives me a brighter look, all seamlessly natural.
#106 is red base, not considerate at the moment.
For some stupid reason, Sephora will not ship this to Canada, I had to order it thru NeimanMarcus, with all the shipping & tax, $87 !!!
To me it is more of a foundation, it does cover some flaws, but I have to add concealer for some areas, but then, so are some of my foundations.
This may not be suitable for oily & I won't apply this on my T-zone. Who say I have to use the same fdn. all over, I use mineral powder for the T-zone and made sure everything blends in together. It gives a moist satin matte look (hard to describe) but for winter, this moisturized well.

I love this!!
I for one am tired of products that claim to be TM or BB creams, but are just a light foundation. I know alot of people want a foundation quality to their TM's or BB's, but I do not really want that. I am looking for it to be exactly what its called, a moisturizer with a tint. So that I can apply as my daily moisturizer when not wearing makeup and still have alittle extra color.
I had given up on finding one. I have a MU table full of them, from drugstore cheapies to high end. There are some that arent bad products, just not what I am looking for.
Then I received a sample of this in my beauty test tube. When I first put it on my finger, it seemed to be a light foundation like the others, but when I applied it to my face, it felt more like a moisturizer going on. It is super moisturizing. I prob would not recommend for oily skin. But if you have dry to normal skin and are looking for a real moisturizer, this is it!!

I really, really wanted to like this product. I'm not one to return items unless it is really bad and unfortunately I had to return this tinted moisturizer.

I use the Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Refreshing Hydra-Gel Oil-Free for my combination/oily/acne-prone skin (I know, right? My skin is evil.)
Anyway, I was hoping to try something that could do two things in one, or three rather. Moisturizer, provide a bit of coverage and SPF.

If your skin is like mine at all-do not, I repeat, DO NOT purchase this product.
For the first 20 mins, this sat on my skin beautifully-made me look healthy and nourished...then 40 mins-1 hour later...it sank in my skin like a moisturizer should but left weird discoloration. I bought the lightest color 102 and it was a perfect match...except after about an hour it oxidized to a mild brown color and accentuated my hyperpigementation and acne scars. What's worse is I started to get little bumps...almost white heads all over. I thought I was imagining all this weird discoloration/white head ordeal so I gave it another two days worth of testing. By day 3, when I got home from work, I couldn't wash my face fast enough. It managed to make my skin more oily and brown? Gross.

For women with dry or normal skin, this maybe for you.
But anyone looking to have a little coverage and moisture plus SPF...this is not for you.
My T-zone is oily but can get dried out, just like the rest of my face. So I am just going to have to accept that I cannot buy "Combo" products.
Everything will have to be steps-Cleanse, serum, moisturizer, then makeup....

Hope this helps others who are looking to purchase this.
It will not hide any scarring or discoloration. It does oxidize best after about an hour, so I would suggest you get a sample if you are interested. 70 dollars is quite the investment, so my opinion going in was, "This better be some miracle sh**." And at 70 dollars, I don't think you should expect any less.

For Oily/combination/acne-prone women, move on. This one is not worth testing.

:(

NC25 Chinese w/ acne discolorations, large pores.

102 Fair is not a bad match for my yellow toned w/ red acne discolorations (104 oxidized orange on me). If I had smoother skin (ie. w/out my large large pores), then I would consider using this product long term. Medium coverage max.

The PERFECT tinted moisturizer! A beautiful color that works well with my very light skin. Great coverage and helps even out my many skin flaws. And a little goes a long way. I love this product!

This is the only liquid foundation I will use since it's so light, provides good coverage, and offers SPF protection too. When I do use it, I will brush on a thin layer of face powder to help set it. I have oily skin but it doesn't make my skin more oily. To use this TM, I dot it around my face and use a synthetic brush for blending. Sometimes I will use my fingers to blend it. A little bit goes a long way which is good since it's kind of expensive.

this is quite pricey, but really is as amazing as they say. it looks so natural because it just melts onto your skin, it is so lightweight! it evens out my skintone and overall texture. the color matches perfectly as well! the only problem i have with it is the smell. i can't really describe it, but i would have to say it's like a perfume my mother would wear x10. it really is overwhelming, but just ignore it because this product is great!

Favorite tinted moisturizer. It's a real moisturizer and a hint of foundation. Have used Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer before this and while I love both the oil free and oil based versions, this is even better. A bit lighter, a great moisturizer and wears well. It doesn't sip into fines lines like Laura Mercier can, even with primer under. Would be great if it came in more colors but I was able to get a close enough match since it is so sheer.

This has become my HG tinted moisturizer. I have super dry skin and this really does the moisturizing part of the TM. Coverage is VERY light but it evens out the skin tone and truly adds that extra bit of moisture to my skin. I have tried almost all famous TMs out there including Laura Mercier, Stila, Bobbi Brown and numerous BB creams. I also love the Bobbi Brown but it has bit more coverage than AP. Now I use Bobbi Brown when i need bit more coverage and normally just this one because it just feels so good on the skin. it doesn't oxidize which was problem for me with the Laura Mercier. I will definitey buy again although it's quite expensive. It is so worth it thoug. My skin looks naturally bright and healthy!!!

MMMMmmmmm, LOVE this. (except for the scent) I got a tube sample from an SA who insisted i try it. What a lovely texture. It melts into my skin and makes my pores seem to disappear. It definitely leaves a nice glow as well. The SPF isn't stable of course, but just don't plan on wearing it as your only SPF. It has the same scent as most of the AP line, which may be overwhelming for some, but i got used to it after a while. Full size is $70 for 1.7 oz, which is quite a bit, but if you love it, it's well worth it, it would probably last about 3-4 months. But the major caveat is the scent. this is a seriously highly fragrant product. If you averse to strong fragrance in your skincare, pass on this.

The colors run LIGHT! I got a 'deep', the 3rd darkest color out of 4, and it is slightly too light for my nc30 skin. Yikes. But it is a lovely neutral color, not the least bit pink. Oh, it is also oil-free, which is nice. Hopefully the next color down, 'dark', is a better fit for me. Available at BG and NM. Also Amore Pacific Boutiques.

*update, color "deep" is too dark for my nc30/c3 skin color. just fyi. just a tad, i could get away with it, but i don't want to. Update #2. They changed the name of the colors, but they are still the same 4 colors i mention.
