I love the faint citrus scent that comes with this super moisturizing sunscreen. It's not greasy like other sunscreens. For the price, it cannot be beat!

The cream has a nice sheen to it but it is a little thick for underneath makeup and it can be a tad oily. The fragrance is nice and not too powerful. I mainly buy the smaller jar when I travel so I would not choose this for my everyday SPF cream.

Not very moisturizing and it has not-so-good ingredients in it. Gave it to my mom.

I've actually purchased the mini version of this day cream twice. I find the size perfect for travel and that little sucker lasts for about a month, which is great. I use at TM with SPF, so it doesn't bother me it has no SPF included. I think it is a great cream and found that my face actually looked a little better when I used this everyday and paired it with the cleanser (nothing dramatic, I just noticed my skin was brighter). It has a pleasant orange-y smell and absorbs very easily into the skin...no greasy feeling post moisturizing. It is probably worth it to buy the large size but ouch!

This product comes in a tiny little .5 oz plastic jar, super cute. The cream itself has a nice, kind of citrusy scent to it. I find it quite moisturizing and my skin really has started looking better since using it.

Hmm, hard to believe this is the same product. I bought the travel kit including this and a toner and scrub and have not been impressed with any of them. This cream feels very heavy and leaves my face greasy and shiny, but still feeling tight and dry. On he other hand, I love the citrusy smell and the pale orange color. I've so far had pretty bad luck with the Lumene skin care products, but at least this hasn't broken me out like the sensitive skin cleanser did. On another hand, it has no SPF and I think most every DAY cream should have at least an SPF 15, although I guess that's bad for those whose skin breaks out because of spf sorts of ingredients.

I got a small travel size of this free. This light yellow coloured gel-cream has a rather strong citrusy smell. Having read about some people’s allergic reactions to the "Vit C" products, I have been wary of putting it on my face, and have used it on my neck only. I threw away the INCI before I thought of reviewing this, so I can’t say anything about the ingredients. It’s fairly lightweight in texture and does not feel very moisturising. I could feel my skin slightly tight, so this is definitely not for dry skin - more suitable for normal or combination. As a day cream it’s unsuitable because of its lack of spf. Who wants to wear two products when you can use only one? (OK, I wear moisturiser with spf and “real” spf product on top, but then I am very strict about that.) When are Lumene going to come up with a good day cream with SPF20 or higher???

I stumbled across this at my local Target in a cute little 15 ml/ 0.5 oz clear plastic jar with orange lid. I figured it was only $2.99 so it was worth a shot. Upon application, there is a slight tingling, probably from the lactic acid. It smells like oranges with a mix of something powdery, but the smell doesn't bother me. I've used this both day and night for the last week, and my skin is noticeably brighter and clearer, even though finals is approaching and it's almost that time of month. It wears wonderfully under both MMU and my current liquid foundation, Nars Oil-Free. No SPF and it does contains parabens and dimethicone, but otherwise I'm sold. I'm definitely looking into buying the full sized product! This is my first Lumene skincare product and I'm very pleased. For reference, I have combo skin.
UPDATE 4/29 - I finished my little sample jar of this and I am still singing its praises. After about 1.5 weeks of daily and nightly use, my skin is clearer than normal. I'm going to pick up some more of this ASAP!
