I bought this in a set with the cheekie brush as I read alot of good reviews on how easy it is to apply the cheekie with the brush. The brush is cute and chubby with short and neat bristles. However, I think I have not gotten the hang on how to use the brush to apply the cheekie :( The cheekie did not apply evenly if I used the brush. However, applying with my fingers gives a more even application. I really like the colour Peachie on my cheeks, it's a fresh peachy color that makes me look really healthy :) I applied it on my cheeks after liquid foundation followed by powder and It lasted for a good 8 hours on my cheeks! :) I may buy the Cheekie palette next :)

Peachie is very pretty sheer coral red. I love the convenience of lip and cheek stains, so I'm always on the lookout for products that really work for lips and cheeks. For me, this one doesn't. The consistency of the cream is very similar to that of a lipstick, and, on my cheeks, it performs the same way lipsticks do when I try to use them as blush. Cheekie looks pretty when first applied, but, within minutes it fades, and in an hour or two, it disappears. I've tried it with primers, powders, liquid and mousse foundation, and alone. It lasts longest if applied on bare clean skin, and its color stays truest this way as well. As far as lip color, again, it looks very pretty when first applied, but it fades very quickly. It doesn't leave any stain behind, so my lips look boring within an hour. Applying lip gloss on top helps a bit, but not much. The formula for this blush is mostly castor oil, wax, and lanolin, and this type of formula never does much for me.
Ingredients: Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, Octyl Dodecanol, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Lanolin Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter, Tricaprylin, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Beeswax, Microcrystalline Wax, Camellia Sinensis Seed Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E Acetate), Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Bht.

I haven't been this excited about a cheek color since NARS' Orgasm! If that color works for you, you'll love this! I find it goes on best with the Cheekie brush which is simply a very densely packed straight top brush. And a little dab will do you! It is a gel creme. If that works for you, this is a super product. And it works well for your lips - but doesn't last long.

This formulation is comedogenic.....broke me out after just one use. I've posted the ingredients above. YMMV. Obviously, I will not be repurchasing. If you want something very similar with NO breakouts or clogs, try Bonne Belle's gel blush in peach.

Product - Peachie is a rich, deep peachy coral color in the pot. No shimmer. Rich buttery texture. Not sticky or greasy. Blends nicely on the cheeks (with fingers or brush), and works well on lips also. Lovely with my AAB/NC25 coloring, goes on a true peach on my cheeks, and peach with hint of coral on lips.
Comparisons - Similar shade to BB Pot Rouge in Calypso Coral, except this is a teeny bit darker and teeny bit redder.
Packaging - Overall, the product is very similar to BB pot rouges, except the packaging: clear pot with black lid, like BB, but taller and narrower. If you apply with your fingertips, it will get harder to get to the product as you get closer to the bottom of the pot. Packaging is sturdy and handy if you carry stuff in your bag for touch-ups.
Overall - Great product, but the pot should be wider and more finger-friendly.
UPDATE - I finally caved and got the Julie Hewett Chubby Cheekie brush... it works great and is perfectly sized to use with the Cheekie pot. I am not going to bump my packaging rating from 4 to 5 lippies though, since I don't think one should have to buy a special brush to use any product.

This is my favourite blusher!!!
I got this from the skin boutique in Singapore. They carry many Julie hewett's product. I was initially skeptical about it because it's my first non powder based blusher. After trying on it once, i never stop. It's my daily blusher because it goes very well with my skin tone and it matches almost all my kind of makeup-warm/cool tone. It is not very orange-the right shade of peach. It makes me look very healthy. I can go makeup-less but i feel really naked without this blusher. The colour stays on very well-way better than all my powder blusher. I usually dont have to reapply. Most importantly, it is not sticky or oily.
It can be used on lips but i personally thinks that it works better on my cheeks. They have a brush that you can purchase to apply it but i am sticking to my fingers for the moment. I guess it depends on which one works best for you. Oh yah, it comes in a pot, seems like it will never finish! If you love peachy shade of blusher-go get THIS! I love it!
