I am reviewing the one from target. I got it a few days ago for about $8 and probably am going back for another bottle. I really love this on my 4a hair for doing a twist out on damp hair. I have used it on dry hair also and it was pretty good as well. Great hold with no frizzies. Love that I can just walk into the store and buy it as opposed to ordering online as you have to do for so many other natural hair products. My HG is Keracare Twist & Define cream but this one is a close second.

I ordered this recently directly from Curls. It had been d/c'd but they brought it back (at least temporarily) due to high demand from curlies (especially members). I figured I would try it due to the raves. I ended up getting a sample of the product included with my order, so I haven't opened my full-size bottle yet. I was expecting firmer hold (like Biosilk Rock Hard Gelee or Max Green Alchemy Sculpting Gel); CGG is more of a medium hold product for me. I think it's cool that it comes in a pump bottle, but since I haven't used mine yet, I don't know if the pump clogs.

It has an artificial type of glue smell to it. Very annoying to smell everytime you apply it to your hair. And, it leaves your curls feeling and looking as hard as a brick. Terrible product! An absolute WASTE OF MONEY (just like the rest of the CURLS line)!!!
