It's okay. It's really more of a corrector for circles. That being said I generally correct, apply foundation, and then matching concealer...or use this, then concealer, and then mineral powder. I wouldn't say I'd choose this over bobbi brown correctors or vice versa. I always use my Clinique dark circle corrector (it's a love/hate) as a base to keep it from creasing so I can't comment on use without an under eye primer. I suppose since I'm still looking for a different one says a lot about how I feel about it.

I use this for my under eye circles in conjunction with the peach colour in the MUFE concealer pallette. I put this over the top of the MUFE as it is a better colour for counteracting the blue/black colour of the dark circles. The reason I use the MUFE underneath is that this salmon concealer is not very thick and therefore doesn't give the greatest coverage. So I need to use the thicker concealer underneath which stays in place better. This is easy to apply but as mentioned it doesn't give the greatest coverage on its own. The colour however is perfect.

FORGET the neg comments, it's all in the application dears. This is the BOMB for dark circles, and I've used BB corrector for years, it's drying, etc. Eve Pearl is a superior product if you use Goss's method to set: use a setting spray by spraying a brush and lying it across your undereye with the concealer below. Invest in setting spray, he and I both use Skindivinia, as do most professionals, and it's cheap, too. Why people insist on powder instead of this which makes my fdtn last ten hours w/o wrinkle enhancement is a complete mystery to me. You have to order from online, as do you have to order the Eve Pearl. But can you imagine how I feel after 40 years of heriditary very bad dark circles that are now banished with this gem and Goss's method? No amount of money makes it costly.

I was so excited to finally get this product after hearing so many people say it was the best concealer they'd ever tried. I have large, very dark blue/purple bags that are the bane of my existence and have tried everything to get rid of them.

This product was UNBELIEVABLY disappointing. There's not one good part of it. It's insanely shiny, slippery, and creases like nuts. It looks like you've put orange olive oil under your eyes, and there's a white shimmer cast to it. Doesn't cover significantly well and seriously creases worse than any other concealer I've ever used. I tried putting it under a foundation, but that spread the olive oil/lard looking shininess to the rest of my face. Powdering the spot worsens the creasing and worsens the white shimmer cast, and doesn't change the orange tone. The color concealing part of it doesn't work better than any other good drug store/high end concealer.

Don't listen to all the gurus telling you it's the best product ever! Save your money!

*EDIT* I did find a way of applying it that makes it better, just taking a tiny amount of product and blending it into your skin. I dab my finger in the product lightly two times and apply, and it doesn't look so shiny and have such a prominent white cast. However, it is definitely still an orange colour and needs a second concealer over it, still creases like NUTS and only lasts maybe 2 hours when applied this way. Every time I went to the bathroom at work it was completely gone when I looked in the mirror and had to reapply. I would still say save your money and buy another one (the L'Oreal true match crayon is unbelievably good, check the reviews).

I have this in the dual / salmon/light corrector. It is fabulous.. Very creamy so I do have to powder lightly to set it.. Overall, my skin is dry so concealors or correctors that are moisturizing are a win/win for me. I love this stuff. Expensive but much better than Bobbi Brown's.. Pigment is much better and it doesn't seem to settle in to the lines around my eyes like Bobbi Brown's does.. I will definetly repurchase with this being mainly my fall / winter concealer/corrector..

I have tried to get this to work for me but all it does is accentuate my fine lines all around my under-eye area. I look older and more tired after using it. Color me puzzled.

I like this concealer. It is only one I have used that does not cause grey circles or crease in the little lines around my eyes. However, if you are looking for full coverage this product (colour light) may not be the best solution for you.

To start off I ordered this tan/med on Sunday, and didnt get it till Thursday more then the two day delivery time and they charged 11.70 for freight. The product only enhanced my dark circles so I tried to use the Bobby brown bisque corrector first and then apply eves concealer which only seemed to take off bobby browns corrector. The product is too light no coverage at all better off buying something at a drugstore that would cover better. Waste of money and then to return it what a laugh they wait 45 days and then give you a store credit. It was only 37.50 what I m going to spend another 11.50 for freight forget it going to throw it away. Dont waste your time or money, Im going to try Kat Von D next

I heard about this from Wayne Goss on YouTube and am very happy with this product. It's very sheer and you only need the smallest amount; it works beautifully for me. It's rather expensive for such a small amount but, like I said, it works beautifully for me. I've purchased twice; once through EP's site and once on EBay, which is slightly less expensive. I gave my first pot to my father in an attempt to cover his deep red bruises caused by blood thinners. It left a greyish cast so I'm going to try something else for him. i recommend going to EP's website - lots of excellent, helpful makeup information in addition to her products. Her YT videos are great - she's very generous in sharing information and seems to be a very nice person.

Hi, my name is April, and I have dark circles....

I believe I've tried what amounts to a small mountain of concealers in the hopes of finding one that would remedy the dark circles, serve as a decent overall spot concealer in a pinch, and not make my face feel "caked" with makesup. So far, this is the one.

I do not wear foundation, rather tinted moisturizer, and really just need that added coverage in the under eye area. I find that this spreads evenly, does not feel dry and cakey and remains in tact over the work day. I have also used it lightly on the bridge of my nose and chin with no issue.

It's not cheap, but I can find it in most beauty supply stores in L.A. (the ones geared towards professional movie/t.v. makeup artists) and therefore have not had to deal with the additional shipping cost.

So after searching high and low for a salmon concealer, I stumbled across Eve Pearl and read numerous reviews about same. As I live in Canada the shipping cost would be at least $20 dollars (that's half the price of the product already) so luckily, I had a friend that was on route to visit anyways so I was able to ship it to her as it was free shipping in the US if you spend over $65 and she brought it to me on her visit to Canada.

First off, the area I'm covering isn't small, it's the blueish greyish tone, its pretty much the whole right cheek from inner corner eye to the whole cheek area. The product was a lot smaller than I had imagined. The consistancy was creamy and slippery. After many attempts of applying it different ways (fingers, sponge, brush) I found that using the sponge in a dabbing motion would make the product stick more firmly and the product wouldn't move around too much, but even so, it still did move around as I continued on to make sure I get every inch covered completely before moving onto the next step, after that, I would set it with powder. But even so, because of the creamy consistancy, the product would still move so you can see the blue seeping through underneith and hence more covering up is needed. Once I was able to somewhat set it with the powder, I would wait a good couple minutes to make sure it set properly and then moved onto using my usual MUFE Full Cover concealer on top to even out the colour. Again, because of the consistancy, it would move around and I would have to work slow to try to cover it all over again. Sometimes you can still see the grey/greeny shadow underneith if it isn't done right the first time around. I have managed to perfect coverage probably a couple times.

So now time, I don't have a lot of time in the mornings for that so thats one of the downside. The longevity is standard compared to any regular concealer life, but again, is it doesn't stay put. I found that after a few hours it tended to get oily the product would slide around, again I believe its because of the consistancy of the product also and also doesn't help that my face is oily also, so by mid noon, I can see some of the blue seeping from underneith and blotting the product is lifted and/or moved around. Blotting would sometimes help, but also move the product or lift the product off.

Would I buy this product again? Maybe if the formula wasn't too creamy and slippery, if they their forumla was more dense, and the longevity is better. After a week of using it, I went through a lot of product so for the price, it was expensive if you were to use quite abit of it everyday.

I had hoped that this would be the ONE as it has worked for so many others. But sadly, it did not work for me. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect salmon concealer. Any suggestions on what I can try next, would be greatly appreciated!

Purchased Salmon trio in L/M/D shades for my kit - product blends like a dream and covers beautifully. I always set concealers with powder, never had any problems with creasing. Will definitely purchase again and will be picking up for my personal concealer.

I have purchased this in Tan after seeing numerous tutorials and reading impressive reviews. To be honest my under eye dark circle isn't that raccooned.I can always get away with just any Mac concealer to do the job, without any color corrector beneath. After giving birth to my 1st son, my dark circles kinda zombified and I thought I needed something extra to cover it.
First of all, the flipcase of this product is so flimsy.2nd, I applied it with my finger, and it just didn't blend into my skin.I thought its sheer and added 2nd application, this time wt brush. It was bit better and I set with powder and went out.Within 1 hour, it creases like nobody's business and turned orange! Omg, it wasn't even hot and I wore this in winter, and it creases??I immediately returned and got refunded, back to my to go Mac Select coverup concealer!

This is hands down the best I have tried. I am medium-fair skin tone with yellow undertone and medium dark under circles. I tried the BB corrector which I was liking initially but found out its way too heavy for the delicate under eye area. Plus it settles and looks like you've put something out there (unsuccessfully).
I found out about this on one of my youtube prowls and it was highly praised by Makeupgeek....I was on the fence about it for a long time and I tried (to try) the Maybelline age something (the latest one) and that was not bad too. Considering the price I'd say its way better than BB.
So finally I gave in and ordered the EP one. It was love at first application. Its extremely light, gives a smooth almost non existent finish and makes it look like you have naturally bright eyes and no dark circles. I also ordered the foundation, and thats awesome too.
Would I buy this again? In a heartbeat.

Unfortunately the celebrated Eve Pearl Salmon Concealer did not work out for me. I got it in Light, which was still a bit too deep for me. If I didn't blend it well and/or layered it on too thickly, the color stood out too much, and if I did blend it so the color was tolerable, then I lost the concealer effect. Also, the light powdery texture was mousselike and dry, and I prefer a moist and dewy texture. By comparison, the Josie Maran Argan Concealer Duo incorporates the salmon color concept, and I found that by blending the 2 colors, I got exactly the color and texture I wanted. Your preferences for color and texture may be different from mine.

I purchased this concealer on sale through youtube guru makeupgeek's online makeup store. Prior to the sale, I never thought I would try this because it is expensive. I am so happy that I did because it is like an eraser for my dark circles and blemishes. I purchased deep and dark.

It is very creamy, yet very pigmented. Its creaminess is misleading because you think it has no lasting power. But, it lasts for me with setting powder. So, using a concealer brush, I put a very small amount on the tip of the brush and smooth on my undereye circles. Next, I fingertip-blend and set with powder. If you don't set with powder, this will settle into lines. I also dab onto blemishes and finger-tip blend before putting on foundation. I've tried it before and after, but before seems to seamlessly blend better yet the coverage remains.

I love the end result because my skin looks perfect as if airbrushed without the telltale signs of concealer showing through. However, will only repurchase if I find it on sale again because the more affordable MAC Studio Sculpt is a less expensive alternative/back-up.

I have olive complexion, around NC35-40. I got the concealer in Tan/Dark and initially I thought both were too dark for me but I found out that if I use the tan concealer first, and then apply foundation, it conceals pretty well. The peach/orange in the Eve Pearl concealer neutralizes my super dark circles. I also apply another concealer (Maybelline Age Rewind Eraser in light) on top of my foundation for extra full coverage - it also helps brighten up the eye area. I would not buy the product again, however, because for me the price is too high. That's my only reason, I'm kind of a budget buyer. I will opt out for the NYX Orange Concealer Jar instead as its orange color also helps neutralizes my dark circles.

I have had this product in my makeup kit for a few years, having bought it at a makeup show. Never thought it was exceptional in concealing blue undereye circles, so didn't use it much. While at IMATs a few months ago, I was told to try the medium trio, which in the palette looks very very dark. Tried it on a client who had really purple discoloration under her eyes, and to my horror, the product went on.....salmon colored. In a panic, I blended the lighter color on top and ...voila...the circles were VASTLY lightened. This is a product that works incredibly well, if it is custom blended. I've used it a few times since, and I think that for people with moderate to severe undereye discoloration is great. I will always have it around, even if I don't use it on everyone, including myself. For those who just need a bit of concealing, I like Cle de Peau or Laura Mercier.

Best undereye concealer I've ever come across! I've used this on a few makeup gigs and it works beautifully at cancelling out dark undereye circles. I love how creamy and blendable it is and the coverage is nothing short of amazing. Staying power is great when set with a powder (a very light dusting of BeneFit Powderflage or MUFE HD powder work great) and I love how it doesn't give you that cakey look like so many other concealers. A definite repurchase for myself and my kit.

I bought this product after reading rave reviews about it here on MUA and hearing it recommended by a makeup artist on Youtube. I had never tried a concealer specifically for the undereyes so I was intrigued. This did blend naturally under my eyes and really make my dark circles look invisible. At first. However, I noticed that this product just did not STAY. It sat on top of my eye and any time I blinked it would get into the tiny lines under my eyes which made me look years older. Then when I'd try to wipe those away half the concealer came off. Maybe if I set it with a powder or something it would have stayed but with all the technology companies are working with today I really don't believe I should have to set concealer with another product -- it shouldn't be hard to make a concealer that is able to stay on its own. I bought BB's corrector on a whim while I still had some of this left and it worked so much better in terms of staying power and overall texture that I immediately threw the EP away. A shame because it did look good at first.
