I have always loved Dior lipsticks and this formula is no exception. Very pigmented and creamy. I have Dior lipsticks that I have had for YEARS that have not gone bad and that are still creamy, useful and smell great. They are just the best quality. And for me, one of the things I love about them is the smell and taste - I hate a lipstick that has neither, which is why I never use Clinique or other brands that are bland. Dior not cheap but are well worth the money. I have several of this formula and just purchased the new purple one #786 Mauve Mystere. Not for the faint of heart, but wow what a cool color. Has more true purpley/mauve than any other lipstick I have found, even Mac's Rebel. Very "up to date" fun color - I have it on today!

I thought Chanel's Coco Rouge lipsticks were good until I found this. This is by far the best lipstick out there in the market (to me). It hydrates and doesn't dry out my lips, is very pigmented, creamy, long lasting, and smells good too. The packaging is gorgeous as always (I always loved Dior packaging esp the Dior Addict l/s ones). It costs $36 Cdn (before taxes) and yes, I will definitely continue to buy these. I already have 2 colours - Zinnia Red and Rouge Blossom.
Rouge Blossom = warm red i.e. has orange tones
Zinnia Red = cool red i.e. has berry tones
I am currently using Rouge Blossom and for work I blot it and apply a pink l/g on top. I simply am in LOVE!! These two colours are to die for - Dior, please NEVER discontinue these!

I purchased this in Actress Chestnut.
I LOVE the colour, however the staying power is virtually non existent. This is the only colour I have found that is close to my original lip colour so I'm on the lookout for a long lasting alternative. Otherwise I'll continue purchasing!

I’m surprised to see all these great reviews on this lipstick, as I was very disappointed. It made my lips really dry and the colour doesn’t stay on longer than an hour. Not to mention the price (I paid $35 CAD).

I always thought Dior lipsticks were no better than the rest but I was wrong - this is the best lippie I've ever tried! It's not sticky, moisturizes and it stays on. Sheer perfection. I took off one lippie for the price as it's quite steep...

This really is a perfect lipstick. It's deliciously creamy and very smooth on the lips; not drying at all. I have it in 766 Fuschia Star (THE best fuschia IMO!). It lasts forever and smells really good too.

Dior lipsticks are my absolute favorite. They stand out in texture and formula among the competition. I normally purchase the high shines but this really impressed me with an extremely creamy and shiny consistency...I also like how there is still a hint of color left on the lips even after this wears off a bit. They have a color for everyone, no matter what your tatse is. The case is chic as always...Really like this formula...

I have this in AVA PINK 547. I like this lipstick because it is so moisturising. My lips feel soft even after the lipstick is removed. This lipstick is light, creamy and has no strong fragrance to it. Nice, elegant dark blue packaging.

I can only agree with Jojoba below. These are wonderful lipsticks!
They're intensely pigmented, creamy, long lasting lipsticks. Well, this is of course rather different from a lip gloss and so some people who love light weight, sheer, glittering or shiny colour may not find their HG here.
No shimmer nor glitter (I own 6 shades, I have: 066 Diorama, 526 Action Red, 999 Celebrity Red; 434 Interview Pink, 296 Box Office Beige, 631 Pink Fiction) and none of them has any! Just plain, velvety rich colour; it is a real charming product, in the most elegant declination of the lipstick itself.
EDIT March 17th: As I have been asked by a kind MUAer the difference between 2 shades (Action Red & Celebrity red) I attach here my comment so that it can be of help to other MUAers!
_________
The two shades (Action Red & Celebrity Red) are substantially different, althought they are both reds, and both very nicely pigmented.
The 999 Rouge Vedette (or Celebrity Red in English) is the one Monica Bellucci was (is) wearing in the ads for this lipstick. It's a very 'diva' red, important, suits both blondes (for a "Marylin" effect!) or brunettes (for a Monica Bellucci effect!!). The secret of this shade is a hint of blue pigments - that go of course unseen - in the formula, pigments that make your teeth whiter than white! (a Dior Beauty Artist revealed me that secret, after I was wondering what made my smile so bright while wearing that shade!)
Action Red (no. 526) is a red-orangeish shade. I would say it's closer to the brick-brown family than to the red one. It's less 'impacting', more suitable for day wear. The best results are on tanned complexions (or on olive skin tones); in fact on me (I am very fair) it's OK, but not "stunning" as the other (Celebrity red). And it does not have that trick of the blue stuff making your teeth white...
I like best the 999; it's a truly red-red with a real glamorous effect. In any case the quality of those lipsticks (for all the line) is the best on the market!

I really like this lipstick. I have this in Bronze Couture #512. I'm posting here as there is no place to post for this color. Bronze Couture is a golden/bronzy beige, nice for warm complexions. There is a mild scent, but not offensive to me and no detectable flavor. This formula is not too heavy. I hate when I feel a heavy layer of lipstick on my lips. This is not like that. For me, it's very comfortable, and looks great. I also have several of the dior addict lippies and I like this one as much as the addict ones.
Beautiful, elegant packaging, nice formula, lasts long enough (a couple of hours, but don't go by me, all lipsticks wear off fast on me). Many colors to choose from. I would repurchase. Lovely lippie!

I have this Interview Pink which is a soft cool pinky beige. This is a superb formula - lightweight and yet long lasting and the color is a perfect neutral nude pink. It doesn't bleed and is moisturizing enough that I don't use a lip balm underneath. I will be buying more colors in this formulation and will definitely repurchase Interview Pink as I know I will go through this tube quickly.
