For reference: my hair is fine & frizzy, with oily roots and dry/damaged ends. I'm trying to avoid sulfates (to be gentler on my hair) and silicones (because they leave me with a greasy scalp). Which led me to this sulfate-free shampoo. Avocado oil doesn't scare me off--although I have oily skin, I know from experience that it doesn't clog my pores. This is fantastic stuff! Smells great (citrusy), lathers well, leaves my hair bouncy (even the next morning) and shiny (!) and seems to leave my scalp clean yet balanced (harsh shampoos can cause rebound oiliness). I'm using this without a conditioner because of my oily scalp, and my hair doesn't seem to need conditioner or product of any kind. My hair feels softer, too--I keep running my hands through it, LOL!

I love this shampoo! It was an impulse buy--I needed some shampoo & this was $1.50 at Big Lots, so I gave it a try. I am so glad I did! It is really thick, and it does not create a lot of lather, but it works so well. I usually have to wash my hair every day, but I washed with this on Friday & haven't needed to wash it again. It is not dirty-looking, or oily/limp. It looks smooth, and clean, and very shiny.

I grabbed this shampoo at Rite Aid since it was free with rebate. When I went back to a different store to get a conditioner, they had a much bigger display, and each variety of shampoo and conditioner also has a deep conditioner, too. Anyway, I thought this would be a good shampoo to weigh down my hair a bit. My hair is baby-fine, but I have absolute loads of it. In the past year, I've gone from elbow-length to chin length, and I don't have the weight anymore that held it all down. I'm also "blessed" with these wild uber-curly individual hairs, especially in the back of my head, that hide underneath the smooth hair and make it poofy. I am really pleased with the results! This shampoo smells really clean and kind of citrusy--even lasts after conditioning, and my hair has really been well-behaved and smooth. I had my doubts, but this lathers well for being so thick, and it easy to distribute; it almost detangles while I'm rinsing it. Great results and excellent ingredients so I'm one happy girl.

Wow, this stuff is pretty good considering the fact that it is Sulfate and Paraben free, has organic ingredients, no dyes or fake fragrances. I bought it mainly because I wanted to try out a new shampoo that was less harmful to the environment, and luckily I found this at my local Meijier. At full retail it goes for $5.99 but I got it on sale for $4. The avocado oils in this work really well to control frizz, almost too well. I'm tempted to say that if you have fine hair, don't use this as it may be too heavy, but if your hair is thick and coarse I would recommend giving this a try. I'm very happy with it. UPDATE: I still love this stuff! In fact, I'm going to China for a year and I'll be bringing along a full size of this S&C, it's so great. I really just wish it was easier to find! If you go on their website www.realsolutionshair.com it'll tell you where it's located, but I've only found it in one store (Meijier)
