This is a great cleanser, it does very good Job of removing makeup, even eye makeup. You only need the smallest drop and it lathers nicely and cleans my whole face. It doesn't really have a scent just a really tiny 'clean' sort of smell but definitely not fragranced. It is gentle but still does a great job of cleansing, this is the best cleanser I have yet to come across I am planning on purchasing more from the kiehls line such as the moisturizer. All in all a fantastic product highly recommended for all skin types and the price might be a bit above average but it's totally worth it, you only need a pea size drop once or twice a day, and it seems like it never ends!. I will definitely repurchase this

A good cleanser cleans well (foundation and sunscreen) yet not strips skin. I've already used up one tube and repurchased second tube. Will continued to use.

This is my favorite cleanser ever. I have VERY dry skin and this does the trick without drying me out even more. I have used it for years and my skin has never been better.

Fantastic cleanser. Thoroughly cleanse without drying the face. Discovered that it also brightens the complexion if u spend a few more seconds massaging it on the face before rinsing. Will repurchase although the price is slightly steep..

I bought this because I loved Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream and serum. However, this cleanser overdried my skin and also left my face red and irritated. It is a shame because I wanted to like this.

I absolutely love this cleanser! I have been using it continuously for a couple of years now and will continue to. What I love most about it is that it is so gentle, yet it removes all make up, including water proof mascara, with ease.

This stuff is the bees knees! I have been breaking out badly for the last few months most likely due to the bb cream I was using as well as other products. My sister got me this for my birthday and my skin has been significantly calmer and smoother ever since. This cleanser is very gentle, fragrance free and has a creamy yet gel like consistency. You only need a very small amount, like a pea size, and it foams up and dissolves makeup beautifully. It hasn't been that long but i'm really hoping this is my new HG cleanser. Love it.

This is the best facial cleanser I have ever tried and I have tried way too many. My skin is combination, sensetive and acne prone (yay me!) Sticking with this bad boy from now on.

I really like this product. I have very dry skin, so as it's coming up to Winter in Australia I really need to focus on keeping my skin moisturised and I feel this really helps with that as it doesn't strip my skin of oils but does strip all the impurities. I think with a really good moisturiser, this would be the perfect solution for dry, sensitive skin, as it does leave my skin feeling a little bit tight, but no where near enough to make stop using it.

Great cleanser! Gets the job done without striping the skin (I have very dry skin). Nothing to complaint about except for the it contains paraben (which may or may not be important depending on user concern). I am trying to stay away from paraben containing products now, so once I am done with my current bottle, I won't repurchase.

My favorite cleanser! I don't know why I ever strayed. My skin is very reactive and sensitive. The wrong cleanser will wreck it. This cleanser is perfect. It doesn't strip my skin, but still leaves it feeling nice and clean. It works very well with my Clarisonic Mia, and a little goes a long way. It does nothing for my acne, but it doesn't aggravate it, and that's all I'm looking for in a cleanser. It's gentle, it cleans my face, and it doesn't cause break outs. I love it.

I was introduced to the Kiehls brand when someone gave me a gift bag of different sample sized things. I've never been one to try expensive brands because they haven't ever been remarkably better than other store brand stuff I've tried. This facial cleanser however, I absolutely love! You don't need much at all to wash your face. I probably use a drop the size of a quilting pin head. It seems expensive until you realize how little you need each time. My face always feels soft and clean after a wash. Never too dried out either. I have sensitive skin that is typically on the dry side. It's very gentle and I never have a problem with it removing my eye make up. I don't use waterproof mascara so not sure if it's any different with that.

I have been using this skincare line for about one month now. I haven't noticed a "huge" difference, as I have always used mild cleansers to begin with. The only thing that I do not like about this cleanser, is that it does not take off makeup very well (esp. eye makeup).
For a deeper cleanse, I will apply this cleanser to a washcloth or my Clarisonic.

I have not had any breakouts while using this line either...which is a HUGE deal for me! (knock on wood).

This is a very gentle/fragrance free cleanser which I love. I will continue to buy this again and again.

I absolutely love this cleanser! I use it with my clarisonic.
It makes my face feel incredibly smooth and clean without drying it out, doesn't break me out or irritate my skin at all.

Great cleanser! Bought this about 5 months ago, and Im still using it! It lasts for ages and you only need a little bit. Gets rid of all my makeup, foams up nicely, not really scented and doesn't sting if it gets in your eyes. Great packaging. Does what it supposed to do and doesn't dry out my face one bit. Will repurchase.

I love this cleanser it is great for when I am feeling lazy and dont want to get the muslin out for my Eve Lom, I love how a little goes a long way, it is gentle and cleans the skin beautifully. My skin really feels comforted after using it and not tight at all. I will definitely repurchase again.

I'm really liking the Ultra Facial line. After trying two products, the toner and this cleanser, I got a good impression on this line. The cleanser is super gentle and glides on the face nicely. It doesn't foam up easily so you'll have to put a little work into it. But once you get a nice lather, it goes on smoothly against the skin. Now, I don't know how well this removes makeup, as I don't rely on one cleanser to remove my makeup. This is always my second step in cleansing my face. I never see any residue on my cotton pad when I'm using a toner. There is little to no fragrance so that is a plus.

This is one of the only facial cleansers that I can use that won't either break me out or dry out my skin. It's pricey, but lasts forever so it's worth it.
