Doesn't have that fake, sweet, annoying "chocolate" smell. This smells literally like hot chocolate, I'm very pleased with my purchase and it left my skin smooth.
I love the Giovanni Hot Chocolate Sugar Scrub. It's expensive $8.53 (260g) from iherb dot com, but very beneficial and natural. I can't buy it in my country, I ordered it online. I have a coupon code for this site if you want order the first time: VIK284 and you have 5$ off.

One of the best real chocolate products I have used. I even have a chocolate soap which I'm almost out of:( Hunt for that next but 1st on to the scrub. It's really good it warms on contact not hot just warm it's really relaxing and the smell with the real pieces of chocolate really make my shower a more enjoyable time than it already is. I luv my showers and with this scrub my skin feels so soft and smells so good.

I first wash with my salux and because it's a sugar scrub I can use it after I shave because the salux pretty much eliminates bumps. So the scrub can really get in and moisturize my skin. The container is pretty big so it's misleading in that sense cause you don't get that huge jar filled up. You do get enough but I save mine more for pampering and use my treehut daily because I don't want to run out. My Target is hit and miss with this product so I'll probably stick to Ulta on this one.

I really recommend it though because your skin feels so smooth, you smell great, and it's the best part of the shower because it's just so yummy!

This is the best scrub I've ever tried. It exfoliates well, gives moisture, and best of all, it smells wonderful. If you're a chocoholic, this is the best thing that will ever happened to you. It smells so wonderful, that I sometimes just open it to smell it.

The container can fool you, as it looks like it contains more than it actually does, but price-wise, it's a good deal.

Omg, I just love this so much! I bought it on iherb for almost nothing, and was so surprised when I tried it and found out about the great value. It warms up when you scrub it into your skin, making it perfect for hot baths in the winter, and it smells like real chocolate. My brother is a sugar hound, and when he goes into the shower he usually opens this up just to get a whiff of the smell. I also love how this scrubs really well and makes dead skin cells disappear, while at the same time it leaves your skin feeling moist and soft. That is quite rare for a body scrub after my experience.

The only bad thing is the packaging, which is kind of heavy and thick, and tricks you into thinking it contains more product than it really has. But for the price that's not really a problem.

I am going to try the mint version too, which is said to smell like Mojitos and has a cooling effect. Perfect for the summer!

Has a nice sweet smell(which I like) I love how this scrub is not oily and does not leave the tub like a ice skating ring!!!! It exfoliates well and is a nautral product which I love about this line however for the price it runs out fast! I will buy again and use less frequent:-)

This is my new favorite scrub. I can't get enough of the smell! It's gentle, yet effective on my sensitive skin. It's natural and scores well on cosmeticsdatabase.com. Exactly what I was looking for.

Smells like chocolate (so heavenly) and does warm up a bit upon contact with skin. The sugar grains are effective and did not make my skin itch.

I LOVE this stuff. LOVE.

The smell is amazing and makes the whole shower smell delicious. Also, it doesn't stick to the skin long enough to make you sick of it.. which is nice.

The container is nice and because it is somewhat twisted/curvy it makes it easier to open and close/hold with wet hands.. which saves my toes from being crushed in the shower!!

It is super grainy (which I love.. I hate non grainy SCRUB! what is that?!) and has just enough oil in it to absorb into the skin without making you or your tub feel slimy and gross!

I can't get over the smell though.. so good. It smells just like real hot chocolate.. not the fake nasty chocolate scent that sometimes comes with chocolate scented product. I am on my second container.

I got one at Target and the other at Ulta.

I adore this product. It smells so so so delicious that I feel like I'm giving my skin a treat when I use it. Plus, it's very well blended so it actually doesn't feel oily (even though it does still moisturize beautifully). It is HELLA expensive, though. You get a much smaller amount of product for your money than you do with most other scrubs. This is a luxury product for me - I only buy it when it's on sale, or I'm feeling a need for a pick me up. I definitely does make for a happy shower, though. :)

Nice product! Smells delicious and I like the tub as it has a widemouth and is easy to get the product out. The granules don't last all that long but, on the plus side, are easy to wash off. I hate having residual scrub stuck to me. I purchased mine online for around $9.00 which I felt was a steal because it was at Target for $17.00 at one point.

This is a lovely procuct. It feels and smells good. I do have a few gripes with it, though. First, for $17CAD it is quite expensive for a 260 jar. Second, the sugar melts away before I can really scrub it into my skin. I discovered a beautiful, very similar scrub by Tree Hut for $6CAD that comes in a larger jar, has fewer ingredients, AND doesn't evaporate as quickly! It is still a quality product, though.

This scrub is my hg. I've used so many scrubs but rarely repeat buy. This stuff is always on my list when I run out. The warming is nice but I wish it lasted a little longer. The texture is amazing and it doesn't desolve instantly like salt or suger scrubs so you can really get the job done with this stuff. I will buy this until I can no longer find it. I hope I never see that day!

Great scrub. I love how it warms on contact and does not leave behind a greasy or oily residue. The smell is just devine - it smells like real cocoa beans and hot chocolate. I am very happy to have found this because B&BW used to carry the Simplicity line and they had a creamy scrub that I loved but was discontinued. I loved the smell and have not been able to find it's duplicate until I found Giovanni's Hot Chocolate Scrub.
I wish it was a bit more moisturizing but again, the fact that it does not leave behind a residue is better - so I just moisturize when I hop out of the shower like I always do. The scent and quality is fantastic - a bit expensive at $13.99 and I find that it's going quickly.

OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD.
i loooooooovvvvve this scrub. I'm so picky about scrubs. they never exfoliate enough and they leave me sooo greasy. I never understand all the oil scrubs have. if i wanted moisture i'd use lotion!

But this scrub is different. It is an AWESOME exfoliator. absolute best and i've tried many scrubs. the best way to get a good result is to apply to damp skin. I turn my shower off and let my skin drip dry for a bit and THEN i apply the scrub. And man does it do it's job then! i was so freakin soft and not a bit greasy. but my skin wasn't dry either. just perfect.

Even if this product didn't give me amazing results i'd STILL use it for the smell! it's unbelievable! you have to just smell it and you'll understand. so in love. HG status all the way. BUY IT IT'S SO REASONABLY PRICED!!!!

I have dry skin that gets itchy and needs lots of exfoliation and moisture in the winter. I've tried salt/oil based scrubs but they never seem to rinse cleanly. This scrub is great. It's sugar based and exfoliates well, smells fantastic (like the name implies, like hot chocolate, but it's not an overly sweet or cloying smell), and rinses cleanly. I would definitely repurchase. It's not terribly moisturizing, but it does leave my skin nice and smooth and ready to soak up my body lotion when I get out of the shower.

This product smells like chocolate and feels nice on my skin. I use this scrub about 3-4 times a week and it does well exfoliating my body. It's not the usual oily scrub, but it still does a great job.

I love this scrub as a pre-shave treatment. Unlike the mint lemonade scrub, this scrub doesn't leave my legs irritated and blotchy and it feels like I'm bathing in hot chocolate.

I love this product! It's my favorite sugar scrub out there, and I don't even like chocolate scents. It's a gentle, exfoliating scrub that smells heavenly and doesn't leave your skin oily. The packaging is pretty good, too--it's hard to get the lid on exactly the way it came, because of the strange shape of the tub, but I've never had any issues with leaks. Not to mention it's really cheap and animal friendly!

This sugar scrub works well and doesn't leave you greasy at all. On the down-side, it doesn't leave you greasy so it isn't very moisturizing. The smell is OK, but to me it just smells like fake chocolate scent, not like real chocolate. It does warm slightly when you first apply the scrub. It is nice and grainy, but doesn't irritate or scratch the skin. It's not the best scrub I've found, but it does a good job
