This is not to be mixed up with "Donna Karan CHAOS" - this is something completley different. While Karan's "Chaos" - is wild total chaos & heavy saffron, like the capital of India - extrovert acting-out & crazy!
Ava Luxe's "CHAOS" is for someone (perhaps with an chaotic inside) seeking meditative calmness & silence. Potent, yet quiet, like meditation on the top of a mountain of Tibet. An exquisite subtle oriental incense scent that is soothing and yet sophisticated. A blend of cinnamon, clove, chamomile, coriander and oude. Earthy and relaxed.

This review is for Ava-Luxe Chaotic. I am not sure if the name has been changed since I bought this, but Chaotic is what it says on my bottle, and the description indicated it was a version of DK Chaos (at least the re-released version of Chaos, which is what I own). Although I do not find this scent to be a precise replica of Chaos, it is close, and a wonderful scent in it's own right. It seems to lack a certain herbal note in the opening that is present in Chaos, but that's not one of my favorite parts of Chaos anyway! I also find the AL version to be longer-lasting on my skin than Chaos. I also have a Ava-Luxe lotion in Chaotic and adore that as well.

Ava Luxe Chaos EDP was my very first Ava Luxe perfume, and I am absolutely delighted with it. Matter of fact, I am as happy with it today, as when I first tried it, and I can't get enough of it! Clove, Cinnamon and Cardamom never smelled so good. A replica of Donna Karan's Chaos, this Ava Luxe version has all of the spice and quiet depth as it's namesake. Like any good perfume, Ava Luxe Chaos reveals itself gradually in phases. And, the lasting power is awesome... I spritzed it this morning around 7am and at this writing (7pm), it is still very much there. love, LoVe, LOVE this.
