I just noticed lately how important eyebrows are in framing your face. I've always felt that my brows were too light for my hair color (deep brown). This product makes them look darker and fuller too! The product itself is wonderful, but the applicator really is less than desirable. I feel like if the wand was smaller, it would be easier to apply. Often there is a lot of product on the edge of the brush and it gets above and below my eyebrows. This usually only happens when I'm really in a rush in the morning though. The expresso color really matches my hair well and it does look and feel quite natural.

Absolutely reduces my morning routine by half because I don't have to pencil in my brows! This is great for ladies with medium to full brows that needs little filling in, but you'd like your hairs to stay in place and have a bit dimension/color/depth. You can go light or build it up. I wouldn't recommend it for sparse brows because it can look quite fake or undone brows. At first glance, you may see little shimmer or glitters on the gel, but it isn't noticeable at all when applied. I've been told by makeup artists they just help to give your brows dimension versus just a colored gel will make your brows look dull or powdery. As far as packaging goes, I've never been a fan of anything that comes in a mascara like tube because I know I will never be able to get all the product out.

Great product, the application process takes less than a minute. I have naturally thick and full brows that have little sparse areas, this product fills them in so easily. My eyebrows are left natural looking, and not artificial. The wand however, I feel is a bit too large for the eyebrows. I would get a more precise application on the arch and ends of my eyebrow is the wand was smaller. Nonetheless, I will probably repurchase just for its convenience factor.

I really don't know if I love or hate this product. Like most reviews, the brush size of a mascara wand just makes application so hard because I end up getting it above and below my eyebrows, which I have to clean up afterwards. You have to be really careful and have a very light hand for strokes without overapplying. It lasts all day because when I wash my face, the colour slides on my face meaning it's still there! I personally would like this if the wand was smaller for me to do the job easier! Nonetheless, still a good eyebrow product.

I bought this gel because my eyebrows never quite filled in after chemo. I don't need to totally fill them in, just help them a little bit.

I love the product but hate the wand. It's way too big for eyebrows. As said before, the wand is the same size as a mascara wand. I usually end up with the gel above and below my eyebrows which I then have to wipe off. I'm pretty good at applying makeup after all these years, but this wand just defeated me!

I wish Anastasia would come up with a smaller wand because the product itself works really well. It fills in my sparse brows, and because it's a gel, keeps them in place throughout the day. Until they do, I'll stick with my Ulta brow pencil.

This brow gel is so effortless and perfect. The wand is very mascara-like, and the color is perfect for very dark brown, but not black hair. I have very thick brows and I use this to shape them like Rosie Huntington, and they turn out perfect every time. Definitely a repurchase item for me.

The product pictured is actually Brunette, not Espresso. I've had this for a few months and didn't think to review it. Previous to this, I used Prestige Brow Perfection Brow Building System. It has a much smaller wand, and one side is a perfect clear brow gel while the other tints-- with fibers in the formula. I also love the regular Prestige clear brow gel because it conditions and is not sticky or greasy feeling, plus I think it helps with brow growth. Even though this is a good product, I feel like I still need a brow pencil to work with it. This only tints them slightly and tries to fill in areas, and it also makes them appear fuller. It's hard not to make mistakes due to the size of the wand, and the formula is really slick. I don't think I'd buy it again because I've found an alternative for under $7.

The "pro" of this product is that it has no red in it - it looks more black than brown, making it ideal for black brows. The "con" is, as other reviewers have mentioned, the brush is uncomfortably large to maneuver. I have thick black brows that have thinned on the ends due to overplucking and age. I bought this hoping to fill in the ends a bit. I had been using a pencil + Anastasia clear gel, but thought the colored gel might hasten the process. (Two birds with one stone). I think this would work well if you have a little thinning in your brows and just need to fill them in. But if you have an area with very sparse hairs, it won't work because there is nothing for the gel to cling to. I also noticed that, while my pencil stays on all day, this began to flake as the day wore on. I was disappointed, as the color is great. I am sure this works for some users, but not for me. If you are considering, I recommend visiting Sephora and have an SA advise you on using it.

Lovelovelove this! I just recently gained an eyebrow obsession (lol) and now I can't leave the house without putting this on. I have medium brown hair, on the darker side, and the color Espresso is absolutely perfect. I love having perfectly arched brows, and this product really defines and fills them in amazingly; and it looks so natural. The brush is a bit big, but I just apply this carefully with a very light hand. It's amazing the difference this has made even in my overall face, my brows now bring out my features a lot more and I really love it. Especially in photographs. Normally my brows are very blah in pictures, but now they really stand out and look great. A bit pricey, but I feel like this tube will last me a long time and it's very worth repurchasing.

Edit: I also added a picture of my eyebrow after applying this product so hopefully some of you can get a better idea of the color. I don't have a "before" picture, but my eyebrows are definitely more sparse before putting this on (especially after trimming a few of the hairs a little too short).

This product is OK. I wish I could give it 3.5.

I struggle with my eyebrows. They are very sparse, but that's just how they grow; I've never over-plucked and I like to keep them as full as possible. I get them threaded about once per month, and I use a Shu brow pencil every day.

I bought this brow gel to help bulk up my brows and to help them appear fuller. When paired with the Shu pencil, this stuff definitely helps my eyebrows appear more full. It also helps to keep my brows in place, though I typically don't have problems with stray, unruly hairs.

While I like this product, I sometimes have trouble using it. It's just kind of awkward to use and you have to really work carefully and slowly to avoid clumps. The product can look pretty natural if applied carefully, but clumps will totally ruin the look. Though I've not completely mastered the art of applying this product, I have learned that slow strokes work well. I also am very careful not to get too close to the root of the hairs. Also, I always make sure to wipe off excess gel from the wand before applying it.

I have naturally thick, dark brows that are on the unruly side. On both of my brows, I have small scars where the hair grows thinner, so I use a matte brown shadow and a small angled brush to fill it in, and then use hair spray or brow gel to keep the hairs in place. I bought this gel to speed up my routine... and it actually makes it longer.

The color of the gel is spot on. It's perfect for dark to medium brown hair. It does an awesome job of filling in the brows, yet the gel never seems to dry, and doesn't keep my brows in place. At all.

The appliactor for this is probably the dumbest thing I've ever seen. It's a hugeass spoolie. I totally expected a spoolie, only this is the same size as a mascara one! For anyone with thinner brows than Sacha Choen, it's absolutely useless. You seriously can't expect for this to work! I attempted tiny strokes, long strokes, using only the tip... AND NOTHING WORKS. When you take out the spoolie, you have to wipe off the excess. It's so thick on the brush that yet again... it's impossible to use.

But I was determined to make this work! So, instead of using the spoolie, I an angled brush, and it works a whole lot better.

This for me, didn't work. It wasn't worth the hassle. If anyone has a better way to use it, hit me up!

I bought this hoping it will serve as a quick and convenient brow touchup when on-the-go. I am pretty disappointed. The color is nice and natural for anyone with black hair. But the applicator is way to big for precise application. And very often lots of product will come out and I need to clean up the mess. It might be nice as an extra step for a refined look, but definitely not the kind of fast, mistake-proof tool for someone with busy lifestyle.

my favorite brow gel of all time. the color is perfect for just deepening the color of my brows and the formula is strong enough to tame the hairs and lasts all day. you do have to work pretty quickly before it dries to smooth it out, but I don't mind b/c once it dries it stays puts for 12+ hours on me. the only thing I don't love is the brush, I wish it were a little smaller/finer or at least tapered, b/c sometimes too much product comes out and it gets kind of blobby.

I actually have this product in "Caramel" and I use it almost daily. It gives a nice hold and a soft tinted look. I have had it almost a year so it lasts a long time. I would definitely re-purchase.

I love this brow gel. I use espresso, which is a nice color and it goes on easily. I like how it fills and shapes my brows making them look fuller and thicker yet natural. However, a little goes a long way. Use sparingly or it will look too dark and unnatural. Though its a gel, it doesn't clumpy or get sticky.

After a lot of internal debate I decided to get this. My brows are the same color as my hair (black/brown), but the inner corners of my brows are very light. While killing time at Sephora I decided to try out the tester and immediately liked the results. It colored the light hairs and made my brows look even, but it was subtle enough that it looked natural and my husband didn’t even notice I’d done anything different (he’s a good gauge if a product is subtle and natural looking). I use it almost everyday and love the results. This is very easy to apply (with a slightly lighter hand than mascara); I’ve never had a problem with applying too much or making it look unnatural (and if you’ve ever tried – and failed – to use mascara to fill your brows, you know what I mean). The formula is so light that it doesn’t thicken the hairs, just colors them. It also stays put, even in summer humidity or light rubbing it doesn’t come off or flake all day. It’s one of those things that I do only for me, since no one else notices, but my pale brows always bugged me, so this is worth the money for that satisfaction. I will definitely buy this again.

Great brow gel, I have the one with no tint in it. Works great keeps brows in place, kind of pricey but I like the fact that it lasts long and does not flake. Definitely keeps my brows in place!
