great concept but the smell is way too strong to use. even after rinsing with water. it doesnt seem to clean that well either.

First, these smell wonderful. I use them to freshen up on the days when I go to the gym first thing in the morning. But I don't find them useful for anything else. They leave a film on the skin, so I'm not comfortable using them as an after cleansing toner that I'd leave on my face all day long. They don't work well as a pre-cleanse make up remover, you'd have to use quite a few to be effective. All in all, I'd say these are pleasant to use, but don't really serve much of a purpose.

I do continue to buy these but I wouldn't say they are a must to my skincare. Just a nice extra to have around. Does not remove eye makeup without having to use a lot. However, if i use another makeup remover and these after the fact, they always find some makeup that wasn't removed.
I save money on these by cutting the pads in quarters. They have so much product on each pad that it a quarter of the pad is enough to pick up the left over muck on my face. Do not dry out face, I have combination skin.

UPDATE (1/22/12) I am SO done w/ ARCONA. They're systematically reformulating (and ruining) some great original products. Buyer Beware! I am downgrading and no, I would not "buy this product again." ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not a fan of Triad pads....like the gommage, these break me out.....whiteheads, of all things and I never get whiteheads. (yuck!) Perhaps it's the rice milk but I'm not sure of the culprit. However, it's no great loss IMO since I absolutely adore ARCONA's Raspberry pads ....these are more suited to my SD-prone face. The raspberry pads make my face look like polished marble (see my review of those).

Ok, so, I have been looking for a cleanser that I don't have to buy extra cotton for and don't have to use a washcloth for YEARS! Hello Triad pads! They smell amazing also! I would love to find a scent like this also as a past reviewer said. Takes all of my eye-makeup off and leaves my skin clean with a little moisture and NO wash cloths...I have a problem with my wash cloths getting rancid smelling or something like that. Can't stand it! The line is new to me and so far, I have loved everything! They are a bit expensive because it usually takes me 2 pads to get everything off at night but I expected that because it's an all in one product (and one I have been dreaming of for years), the cloths that are out, including the new Purity ones just didn't cut it for me. I couldn't keep them from drying out or I couldn't stand the scent. LOVE these though!

I am in love with the product. I just signed up with auto deliver from beauty.com because I cannot be without them.
They smell is amazing, it is refreshing. I wish they had a fragrance spray of the scent!
The product description says : This cranberry milk-based formula is a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer all in one, but I use them as a "precleanse", or if redoing my makeup.
I have noticed a difference in my skin using these. The rest of the product description which is all good!

Smells amazing and is packaged so nicely, and yet it made me break out. I really do not like Arcona's insistence, either, that it's me and not the product. Obviously it takes two to tango.

I like that these cleansing pads exfoliate with a textured pad. At first I overdid it though and my skin got irritated. I think these would be good to have on hand to use maybe a couple of times a week when my skin is not suffering from a breakout... the formulation of the toner is natural and gentle.
(for those that do not like the textured pre-moistened pad, you can purchase the toner in a bottle)
The Raspberry Clarifying pads are better if you want something to help with breakouts.

I have had these for about 6 weeks now and love them. I don't wear much makeup so the work of one pad is perfect for me. I have combination skin and keep these in my handbag so I can wipe away oils that appear by late afternoon. I also use them when I am too tired to wash my face at night. I do think they are a bit pricey, but since I don't use everyday they last.

The pads themselves are extremely rough, although it does the job and takes off the makeups. I just wish they'd make them super soft.

I workout alot and play volleyball as well so this little gem has been a saving grace to me.
Anytime my face gets sweaty or dirty, after working out I pull out Arcona's Triad Pads to refresh and get the gunk of my face.
The feel of the pads on my face was kind of weird at first...alittle bit grainy in my opinion but it's more like a face scrub trying to exfoliate my face which was I'm sure the purpose of the texture. The smell is a really delightful, not strong or alcoholy at all, just light and freshing.
My skin always feels ten times smoother and really glows after using these and best of all it doesn't dry out my skin AT ALL like most cleansing pads i've tried! It actually leaves my skin really moisturized but not oily or shiny at all.
The packaging is alittle big but I can handle that and for the amount of pads you get for the price I think it's well worth it.

This is the cranberry toner packed in pre-moistened pads, to-go. Convenient, yes, expensive ? WAAAAAY!
Age: 25-29 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium Hair: Brunette Eyes: Brown
I really really like the Triad Pads. Yes, they are a bit scratchy at first, but you get used to them pretty quickly if you use them gently on your face to remove your makeup. That being said, the pads remove my makeup very well except for my eye makeup - I need to use two of them to do so - and they tone. The only thing I would have liked was for them to be a bit more moisturizing. And they didn't break me out. But otherwise, it's hugely convinient and great. My skin loves this product.
Age: 36-43 Skin: Acne-prone, Medium Hair: Black Eyes: Brown
This product takes some getting used to. At first the pads hurt so bad it felt like sand paper, and my skin felt sticky. Now when I use one I squeeze out some of the liquid and I wipe very gently. I am very happy with the product. I found that one pad will remove my eye makeup and clean my whole face and neck. It's a great alternative to sleeping with makeup on, when I come home late and super tired.

These are basically Arcona's Cranberry Toner in pre-soaked pads packaged in a jar for convenience. My beef is with the pads rather than the toner itself. This product is billed as cleanser/toner/moisturizer in one and while they are convenient if you are at the gym or traveling many hours without access to water etc., the pads are horribly scratchy and they do not, as advertised, remove eye makeup. The toner is fine- but I need at least 2 pads to remove makeup. Next time I'll buy the bottle- it is far more economical and less painful.
