Even though I answered No to whether I would buy them again, I still haven't really made up my mind. I have very thick, heavy hair and sometimes it can kind of look dead and not have any movement so that's why I bought these products. Firs of all, I LOVE the scent. The conditioner smells like candy and the shampoo smells like strawberry soda or something. They smell delicious. The texture of the conditioner is very smooth and creamy like butter and it makes my hair feel super soft. I definitely feel like my hair had more volume but it didn't make my hair any more moisturized, in fact I think it may have dried it out a little bit. I can't seem to use this all the time, I always end up going back to my Head and Shoulders Green Apple Shampoo which really makes my hair healthy and pretty. I like to use it like every once in a while when I'm going out somewhere and need something to give my hair a little more life. It's not my go to or HG product though. I think it's a bit overpriced. I like the packaging. All Bead Head TiGi products have amazing packaging. Overall I liked it but I don't know if I would spend the money on it again.

This is one of my HG conditioners, no question. I discovered it when my stylist used it on my hair, and even though I bought it that day, I was skeptical that it would make a huge difference in my hair (just figured my stylist had worked her usual magic with the round brush and flat iron).
As it turned out, though, this conditioner really was the secret - it leaves my hair smooth and soft, with a lot of bounce. (I have long hair that's wavy in the back and tends toward the frizzy side if left to its own devices.) My hair is thick, and this conditioner never weighs it down.
Regarding the scent: When my stylist used it as she was washing my hair, all I could think was, "That smell is so familiar...what is it?!" It drove me crazy for the longest time, and then I realized: This smells nearly identical to Philosophy's Falling in Love (which means it also smells like Victoria's Secret PINK: Fruity and Bright). It's a lovely blackberry vanilla scent that lingers ever so slightly on your hair - nothing overpowering at all.
I'm definitely a hair product junkie and love trying out different brands, but this is a conditioner that I'm never without. Love it!

For me, this conditioner is just "okay." I didn't really notice a big difference when I used it. I have thick, fine hair that tends to be on the dry side. I didn't feel this did much for moisturizing and didn't really give me extra volume. I would say it's "okay," but not worth the price.

Since moving to a new area with a new climate and water quality 4 years ago, I've been on the hunt to re-perfect my hair styling routine. I've tried a load of shampoo/condish combos, from high end to drugstore, and struggled to find something that left my hair feeling clean, moisturised and frizz-free. I'm through my first set of Superstar and really love the way it leaves my hair feeling, looking .. and smelling ( I'm a sucker for that creamy strawberry scent, which reminds me of my childhood Strawberry Shortcake dolls).
I'm currently trying to get through some residual bottles of shampoo & conditioner to both avoid wastefulness and clean out my bathroom closet. Once I've made it through my backlog, I will definitely be buying Superstar again. Finally, a shampoo & condish worth repurchasing!

I have been using this conditioner for about six months now and I will never switch to anything else. I have dry, frizzy, curly hair that is a bit unruly without the right products. This conditioner makes it so soft and manageable, no knots or tangles or pulling of any sort. It has also made my hair a lot stronger and does make it greasy at all. I highly recommend this conditioner!

For me its a amazing conditioner. Most conditioners makes my hair heavy and in a one day greasy. This is the first one which can make my hair beautiful, shiny and mainly so lightly. And the smell, wow. Absolutely adore it.

I'm underwhelmed by the Superstar range. The conditioner doesn't even have the edible strawberry milkshake smell of the shampoo - it's a lot more perfumey. In conjunction with the shampoo, my hair looks volumised but dry and shine-free. I just wish I hadn't bought the salon sized versions!
UPDATE: Less is more with these products. I found I was applying too much of the shampoo because it doesn't lather well. Having adjusted this, my hair now looks and feels so much better. Still doubt I'd repurchase.

I use it right not but it's not one of my favorite Tigi conditioners. I think that the Superstar shampoo is pretty good but the conditioner doesn't really do much. Even the smell is not really good. It makes my hair feel OK but for that price it's not enough.

I use the conditioner through the midlengths and ends, and towel dry my hair before blowdrying. I left it loose to air dry this time (thinking maybe that was the problem) but it's literally been 24 hours and my hair is still damp, it looks stringy and the roots don't look like they were washed. I know I rinsed it all out because my shower is a miracle (it has insane water pressure). When I blowdry my hair instead, it goes fluffy and flyaway through the length of it, and the roots look limp and greasy. The scent of the shampoo IMHO is way nicer than the scent of the conditioner (shampoo smells like strawberry nesquik, conditioner smells like Kenzo flower and generic strawberry lotion). I will keep trying to find a way to use this stuff because I hate to think I've just blown NZD$59 on a product I hate.

i've been using this in conjunction with the conditioner for several weeks and it's an amazing combination!
*about me* I have very fine (supposed to be straight) hair and sensitive skin. my hair is easily susceptible to damage and falling out, and also I have a lot of dandruff and my scalp is often itchy and dry. its a bad combination, and i got a straight perm about 3 months ago and i noticed my ends were starting to become frizzy and damaged quickly. i bought it because i wanted the conditioner so i got both.
*my results* ill update if things change, but so far i love it! the conditioner feels very luxurious when you wash. it is very thick but washes out pretty easily. my hair is stronger, more shiny, more healthy, and theres a bit of volume. i wasnt expecting much since my hair is thin in the first place. since i have switched conditioner my hair is not frizzy any more.less hair falls out when i wash in the shower. it does not weigh my hair down or make it oily.
*other info* I love the smell so much. i cant really pinpoint what it smells like, but its very girly and nice, and unique. if anyone can tell me the notes of the fragrance what would be much appreciated! also the smell lingers for a long time, i can definately smell it on me through out the day but it is in no way overwelming. the packaging looks awesome, and hasnt broke yet. this is the first time i've used a salon brand shampoo..eek expensive. but compared to other salon brands it's average. but i can forgive that because through connections i got it at 50% off ;D

I was due for a new conditioner and wanted something lightweight, yet moisturizing for my hair. I have a little past shoulder length hair that is fine yet there's a lot of it. My hair texture is somewhere between straight and wavy.
First off, I really love the smell. A previous review of this product said it smelled like Philosophy's "falling in love" perfume, which is right on the money. It has a sweet scent, with notes of vanilla and strawberry. This conditioner had a nice slip to it and you don't need a ton of it. After showering, I noticed that my hair was much softer and manageable. After I let my hair air dry, it was still soft and had nice body to it (without being super frizzy). Overall, I'd definitely buy this conditioner again. Although it's a bit pricey, I found a liter of it for 9.99 @ Ulta. Definitely will repurchase!

A good conditioner with a sweet smell. Makes my hair feel overall more healthy, easier to detangle. I don't notice anymore volume but that's not realy a conditioner's job. Very thick and i like the pump. Might not repurchase however. Not outstanding.
UPDATE
After this product ran out I went back to pantene and relized it made my weak, damaged, thin hair nicer and more healthy feeling than this ever did.
Not worth it.

I love this stuff. I have both the Superstar Shampoo and Conditoner. I bought the liter size pump bottles because the salon had the set for $22, which is a killer deal. I'm glad I got the large size because I'm going to use Superstar forever! My hair is super shiny, voluminous, and frizz free! The conditioner is thick enough to tame my highlighted and slightly damaged hair, but still maintain bounce and shine. Most volumizing products I've used before left my hair dry and stripped and most moisturizing products left my roots oily. This is the perfect balance! My hair is perfect!

Not bad, not good. Does not weight down hair, so maybe a bit volumizing. It lasts ages for me because I only need the tinyest amount for my shoulder length hair, so worth the price. For serious volume I would turn to the Aveda Volumizing Clay range or to my faithful Tigi Big & Bigger foam. But that's foam, not conditioner. But I don't really think that conditioner should be used for adding volume to the hair.

My new favorite! With the onlslaught of incredible amounts of stress due to school, lack of sleep, among other things combined to make a huge mess of my body. I started breaking out and my incredibly thick, strong hair started to thin out. It's finally getting better, but it was terrible. I'm far too young to be losing my hair due to stress. For ages I've been battling the fight between having dry hair and greasy hair. My hair was dry, so I would use a moisturizing conditioner. Because of the conditioner, my hair would be super greasy by the end of the day and all I would want to do when I got home was take a shower (damaging my hair and making my hair MORE oily). It was terrible. I went through Fekka, pantene, loreal, babaii, blandi, and other tigi products. Before my problems I used Tigi's Oatmeal and Honey, which was fantastic for my hair. It made it super shiny and strong.
Dillard's salon was having a 'get two for 20' sale and I'd already read about superstar, so I went ahead and bought the combo of the conditioner and the shampoo. They work great! They do have a strong strawberry smell in the shower that fades out after your hair dries. The conditioner does have a lot of silicones in it which coat your hair, but they don't make me the slightest bit greasy. The conditioner does, though, have a very thick texture and it may not feel like it is really doing anything for your hair. I lather the shampoo and apply the conditioner from root to tip and try to leave it in while I shave, wash my body, etc so that it penetrates even more. After blowdrying, my damaged naturally blonde hair is super shiny and smooth. If I feel the need, I use my GHD pro iron (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and it makes it even more shiny and polished looking. This stuff is fantastic. And it seems expensive, but salons ALWAYS have tigi stuff on sale. I'm going to try to get my hands on some of the huge tween bottles. The shampoo is also awesome.
PROS:
Shiny hair
Not greasy
Lovely smell (if you like strawberries)
CONS:
Bad smell if you don't like strawberries
Very thick and somewhat tacky conditioner
Lots of silicones in conditioner
pricey

I love this conditioner and I pair it w/ the Superstar shampoo. This conditioner is very thick and conditions well without weighing hair down. I took 1 lippie off due to the scent. I wish the conditioner had the same light strawberry scent as the shampoo. The conditoner smells exactly like Philosophy's Falling In Love which I don't care for. The scent is so sticky sweet with a collection of mixed berries, vanilla and cotton candy. Also, the scent stays with you but does die down a bit as the day goes on. I still love this conditoner and will repurchase.

loveee this conditioner!! smellls soooo good and also makes my hair feel soft after i blowdry it. it doesn't leave my scalp feeling oily either, which is a plus because my hair usually gets oily about 16 hours after i wash it. i used redkin all soft shampoo/conditioner before this.. which also smells INCREDIBLE, but unfortunately there was something in it that broke me out on my back. superstar is the only other conditioner that smells just as great and works with my hair!

My hair has never looked better after using this. I was a huge Redken fan but decided to try something new and boy was I glad I did. My hair looks so sleek and bouncy. I absolutely love it. I bought the duo pack (poo and conditioner 750ml each) for 25 euros at www.feelunique.com
Smells so yummy too, like bubblegum.

This has a lovely strawberry scent, and smells so much better than the shampoo!
Makes my hair quite soft and usually without tangles (actually I had a big birds nest at the side of my head after washing my hair once, but I'm not sure if it was there before...)
Makes my hair smell nice and doesn't weigh it down, so plus for that.
Even though I'm tempted because of the smell, I would not buy this again. It's a ok conditioner, but I want something better.
