Full disclosure: I'm a .mark rep, but I review their products positively and negatively here. I'm honest. Anyway, this FFI palette is one of my daily go-to products. I have not found a better-built palette, in that I have dropped this sucker so many times with nary a chip, scratch, or dent, and it lives in my purse full-time. The lighter shade, Nomadic, is an excellent highlighter (you can now buy it as a standalone). The blush is great on my skintone and the brown eyeshadow has a great gold 'sheen' to it. The lipcolors are nothing spectacular but at least are non-drying and good for on-the-go use.

I love this. Because of this product, I ended up buying 3 or 4 other Flip For It palettes. And I got it from a sale catalog for Avon; just try getting a blush, two eye colors and four lip glosses along with a compact and mirror for under $10. LOL!

The colors are nice and neutral, and it's the first palette I've bought where I can use all four of the lip glosses. A+

I got this as a gift when I signed up to sell Mark. I love the portability and look of the product, and the shades inside are great neutrals. The shadows blend nicely and wear for hours, and the lip colors are all beautiful and not sticky. The blush is a bit too orange for my complexion, but overall the kit is great. I believe this shade set is discontinued, but still popular in Outlet. I ordered 2 at $10 each for a expo sale I did over the weekend, and they were the first things to be snapped up. I have heard nothing but great reviews for Mark's Flip For Its, and am very pleased with Sydney.

I have the Sydney Flip and I love the colors. I tend to wear mor e neutral colors and I love these! It's all the products you need to freshen up or get ready to go out for the day. I did get the mini brush set with it too, that's great to throw in my purse & go!

Got mine today in the mail. It was on saile. I am so impressed with the packaging-it is larger than it seems in the pictures. The eye colors are fantastic on my pale but warm toned skin. The lip colors and glosses are wonderful but I'm not sure about the blush, we'll see tomorrow. Very very cute set indeed.

update: Hit pan on the light eyeshadow. Love it so much! I bought a 2nd Sydney pallette on sale when I use up my current one.

I received the Fall Sydney palette as a gift, and it's not something I would have purchased for myself or that I would repurchase.

Eye shadows: This palette has two shadows, a shimmery bronze and a shimmery gold. They apply easily and blend well, but the shimmer ends up all over my skin, reminding me why I generally prefer matte shadows.

Blush: The blush is a warm peachy pink that is too warm for my fair cool-toned skin, but at least it does apply easily and blend well.

Lip colors: There are two lipstick-type lip colors (a shimmery mauve and a shimmery warm pink) and two gloss-type lip colors (a shimmery bronze and a shimmery warm pink). They are all super sheer and leave lots of shimmer and very little color on my lips. I prefer more color and less shimmer in my lip colors.

Packaging: The flip-style packaging is clever, but I always manage to get my fingers in the lip colors while flipping it, which I'm not so fond of.

Overall, not only are these not my favorite colors, but the general performance of these products has discouraged me from trying other Mark cosmetics.

I think I'd buy this again for the lipglosses, LOVE THEM! They're super cute unique colors, moisturize well, look and feel sticky on the pan but go smooth in a few minutes after application! And they last a good while. The smell is also perfect.

The eyeshadows: 1) the one on the left is a light sea-shell kind of pink with a slight sheen & glimmer/shimmer, very very fine glimmer/shimmer. Goes on sheer, not very buildable. Nice color, but dosen't show up much on my light-medium olive skin. Lasts a good while. 2) the shadow on the right is a medium purple/violet with a hint of lavender, with silver/white micro-sparkles, very nice, not too over the top. Great as a medium toned crease color. Lasts a good while and blends awesome with my other shadows.

The blush: A light peachy pink shade, think NARS Orgasm but washed out about 2 shades deeper with more peach tones than pink. Goes on sheer & is buildable. But it didn't last very long - probably saw it wear for about 6 hours, then it started to fade. (I don't like to touch up my blush thougout the day, so I'm not used to this).

The lipsticks/lipcolors: (the 2 lip pans on the top) 1) The one on the left side is a sheerish rosy mauve with more rose than mauve, with no shimmer, just shine. Flatters my skin tone nicely! 2) lipstick/lipcolor on the right side is the medium pink with gold shimmer shade, just enough shimmer. I don't like that this shade is a tiny bit gritty, but not much to ignore the whole lipcolor. And these last a good while!

And Iastly the LIPGLOSSES! They are absolutley awesome. The color on the 1) left is a cooler medium toned pink with pink and hot pink MICRO-shimmer, I mean tiny tiny shimmer, it almost has a holographic effect. The color on the 2) right is a light to medium warmer pink shade with gold shimmer, bigger shimmer than the first gloss, but still not over top, just right.

Overall - LOVE these, especially the lipglosses. And I guess I'm kinda the odd one out b/c I really liked this palette. :o)
Only minus one lippie b/c it's bulky and I didn't love the blush.

I love flip for it kits, but this one is just ok imo. I don't like the lighter eyeshadow, not light enough for me for a base. When I used them together it looked more like I was bruised. The purple is ok, will use in crease with other eyeshadows that I have. The blush looks really light & more of a golden color, but was a peach on my skin & applied darker than expected. I will use with a lighter hand next time. I like the nude lipstick (which I have similiar color in other flip for it kits) the glosses are nice. Nice for on the go, just wouldn't recommend this kit, they have had much better flip for it kits that worked better for me. For reference I'm NW20 or Med. Beige in BE.

I like Sydney--a great palette for spring, esp. for a spring/outdoor wedding or something casual to wear on the beach. My only complaint is that the new spring palettes lack eye shadow pigments (the blushes and glosses/lipsticks are stellar). The highlighter eye shadow in the palette is nice, though, like a white-rose shimmer. Overall, I love flip-its!

Sydney is one of three new FFI palettes for Spring. The case is a pretty, medium grape purple color, which is a lot of fun. The blush shade is a peachy rose that is nicely pigmented, has subtle shimmer, and blends really nicely on the skin. The e/s shades are a light pink and plummy lavendar shade. They go on quite a bit warmer than I'd expected, and look nothing like what is on the model's eyes. I used UDPP as base, but you really need a tinted base to bring out the colors IMO. Something purplish, like LM Alloy creme e/s or MAC Mauvism paint. On the other side are four lip colors - two very sheer glosses and two somewhat sheer l/s.

Overall, great value for the price, awesome packaging, but I couldn't give it five lippies b/c the e/s need a little work IMO.
