I have this palette in Iced Coffee.
It is a BEAUTIFUL brown palette with a base and accent. The base contains slight shimmer. I use this in my crease.
I use this eye shadow pretty much every day because it's subtle and compliments my brown eyes and fair skin.

If I could find this product again, I'd stock up :/

I love, love, LOVE this eyeshadow. I have it in Iced Coffee, and I'm crushed because Neutrogena has discontinued this color palette. This eyeshadow goes on very smoothly and lasts all day. The color is subtle, perfect for a natural look, but with a little bit of shimmer. It's also a good product for newcomers to makeup, because it tells you which shade is used for the base and accent. I would buy again... if I could!

I got this in blue smoke and its pretty good. I like the idea of how it tells you which color is crease, base, etc. I see that they have alot of these now. The color is pretty pigmented and doesnt really crease. Maybe because I usually use a primer.

I recieved this in a swap and I'm content with this duo. I got the duo in Sunlit Sage. SS has a base color similar to MAC's Femme Fe and a accent color that is a bit darker to the typical sage color. The green is dark in the pan (appears more like a hunter green). I love greens and I like how these two colors complement each other. My only issue with this e/s duo is that It's not that pigmented and if you layer this up to show color, it gets a bit too shimmery. Other than that, I'm happy w/ this. Very nice duo to complement brown eyes.

The one shade I got was very good and showed up very well. But it looked really cheezy when it went off at first. I think it just needed to blend and settle because at night it looks amazing.

i got this in color frosted plum--with light pink/purple and dark purple.

pros: nice colors. i definitely like the dark purple; the light purple is more of a mauve pink.

cons: the light purple has a weird shimmer/ sheen to it. not as in normal shimmer, but as in a cakey look. very unappealing. also, even with a primer--I use urban decay primer potion, which is fantastic for everything--the light purple fades away after a few hours.

bottom line: the light purple is not worth it. the dark? great

I love this e/s duo. I bought it in the shade as pictured.."Sweet Dusk". Such a beautiful pink & purple! It was nice to know I wasn't putting harsh make up on my delicate sensitive eyes - but the results were even nicer than that knowledge. ;) This duo was PERFECT for my green eyes. The shades are fully pigmented & blended well. I am impressed & will definitely repurchase.

I have used so many high end brand shadows including Dior, Chanel and MAC, Laura Mercier. I think this eye shadow is just as smooth and smoother than MAC and without the fallout of Chanel and Dior, In fact the texture is very similar to my Laura Mercier shadows which are my favourite because they go on so smoothly and dont have fallout when applying. I have the plum and pink duo called sweet dusk. I am amazed how easily this blended and it was very sooth and silky. It is simply a top notch shadow and the pigment is awesome. American people are lucky to get this in their drugstores.

I got this eyeshadow as a gift in the shade Starry Night, and I must say I was impressed. It comes with a "nourishing" silver base color with a navy blue shade was the accent. I probably will not be repurchasing because it's a bit pricey for an eyeshadow duo, but I have no complaints about the product itself. It is my go-to product to get a quick smokey eye. The navy blue really opens your eyes and complements the silver. A much more day time appropiate take on the smokey eye. Overall, I would recommend this product in the shade Starry Night.

This was my first purchase of a Neutrogena eye shadow. I bought it in Iced Coffee. I'm pretty happy with it. The colors in this duo are very nice, a pretty beige and brown, not a brown that looks dirty on me. Nice shimmer, without being too much. Not highly pigmented, but much better than other drugstore eyeshadows I have tried. Actually is fairly crease resistant. (I have very oily eyelids, and most things crease on me. This lasted longer than many eyeshadows do.) Applies smoothly. I think the regular price (8.99 at Walgreens) is kind of high. I bought when they had a buy one get one free offer, and had a $3 coupon, so that made it pretty cheap. Would repurchase, but only on sale.

I have all 8 of these but haven't used them all, I used sugar plum today, and WOW. It has a pink base shade, and a deep purple accent shade, and the are so pretty together and nicely pigmented. I am a total d/s makeup girl, I have used some MAC shadows before, I own 5 of them and while I like them just fine they are to expensive for everyday wear and prefer using my d/s stuff that is just as good for a lot cheaper. This duo is awesome, I used the pink color on my lid, the darker purple in my crease and added seedy pearl by MAC as a highlight and its really pretty soft look that is wonderful for summer, there is enough color to get noticed but not ott. I can't wait to use the other colors. The packaging is nice, simple and small, something I can put into my makeup bag and take with me without it taking up too much room, the applicator is crap though, but that is to be expected. Overall I would repurchase and recommend this to anyone.

**** I have gotten the chance to use all 8 colors now and while I like all of them I don't love some of them on me, the sunlit sage, and starry night are 2 that are nice, but the looked odd on with my skin tone. But overall, still love these shadows.

* I did get mine form ebay, and I only paid about 2,50 for each of them including shipping, I know they are about 9 to 10 dollars in the store but they are worth it to me.

The color coverage for the price is insufficient. I like sheer eyeshadows but this is more of a shimmer than a color and the browns make eyes look tired. I hate that I paid $10 for it. I now use it as a base for other colors or to tone down eyeshadows with too much sparkle for day time. I want make this mistake again.

I got a sample of this in Iced Coffee as a swap extra.

PROS: Lovely colors with shimmer, and no glitter. Good colors for the workplace (moderately pigmented in pretty, neutral colors). Very smooth texture.

CONS: Only moderately pigmented. A little spendy for drugstore.

Overall, a nice product that I might buy on sale!

I am crazy impressed with thee Neutrogena eyeshadows! I have 5 and would get a lot more if only they had more colors! The shadows are very pigmented and are so easy to blend. The colors go so well together, and it lasts forever (although I do use Too Faced Eye Shadow Insurance underneath). My favorites are Sugar Plum (light and dark purple) and Sweet Dusk (light pink and brownish plum). I wear these ALL the time, and I pick them over Mac shadows any day - and that's saying something! Very highly recommended!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. I have it in sugar plum, and whenever I wear them together I always get asked what I'm wearing and where I got it. The duo comes with a pink metallic/frost and it's great. It also comes with a plum color, with a slight shimmer. They last ALL DAY. It's a pricey for a d/s brand, but my aunt paid for it, ;] mwhahahaha....

These are the perfect shadow sets for work, especially for a 30-something at a conservative southern corporation. The colors are noticeable without having an over-the-top, "oh, here comes your make-up" effect. It is the perfect amount of shimmer for an age-appropriate, professional look. (And it really is *shimmer*, not glitter, which has been a real issue with other popular brands.) I pair with UDPP, and get a good 14-16 hours of wear, even in the Florida heat and humidity. I use the dark shades mainly for liners, (applied wet with an angled liner brush,) but they do look nice as accent shades for evening too.
