I purchased the Luminess Airbrush system back in October. When I first got it I was a little worried that it would be difficult to use but to my surprise it was very easy. I had a little bit of trouble finding the right shade for me since I am pretty fair but still with olive undertones. I called customer service and they sent me a number 1 foundation which mixed with my 3 is the perfect match for me. The foundation is so flawless and looks like I came right out of a commercial. I get compliments from people everyday and it really has given me a confidence boost. I have a lot of redness in my cheeks and with this foundation, I don't even have to worry about it and it lasts all day!! The system itself was an investment for sure, but it is something that I would do again without question. Also, for the other reviews I am seeing on here, you couldn't possibly think that you would get everything this comes with for only 29.95? Just like any other infomercial, of course there are payments. You know, they say "you get what you pay for" and this was a great product. I will continue to use the Luminess Air for years to come. I also love that it is water and mineral based foundation which is really just the cherry on top for me. I look good and its good for my skin...what a WIN!

I have never been so pissed off with the customer service I received from this company, When I told them I was returning the unit the customer service person actually called me a idiot, and said next time know what you are paying for because I told her that it was false advertisement by the way the presented it on Television.
They want to charge you installments of this product each month and force you to buy their make up charging you more each month, This company is a scam and all they care about is your pocketbook. My card was hit so many times the bank thought it had been stolen and cancelled the card before the first installment could even be made.Thank god for great banks.
I was told when I return the if they didn't have it by a certain date they would refuse it so I made sure I mailed it straight out to them. So glad I am returning this product and I wouldn't use anything by them if someone gave it to me.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE….I wish I had read these reviews before, I purchased this product during the Black Friday promotion and of course now I can't get a hold of anybody. I have sent several emails and made numerous phone calls and nothing. When it comes to those refill charges, they said you can cancel at any time, well I guess if it's the same way it's now i will never be able to get rid of them. This morning after many many tries somebody picked up the phone but she claimed she couldn't hear me and then she hanged up on me. I left a comment on their Facebook page and It was removed promptly so I guess somebody is actually following up.
Gosh, let's see if I will manage to get out of this. It is very disappointing.

I would give this product a zero if that were possible. My first unit broke after a week. My second unit broke after a week also.
The foundation also did not provide good coverage. This product is a waste of good money.

I returned this in less than a week.
Cleaning the needle was a pain and it was honestly too complicated to follow the directions and get effectiveness. I can't recommend this at all.

Luminess air trick people and steal their money. They had send me exrra supplies 2 months ago & charged my account $34 already. I called and cancelled the supply they send you every 30 days, got up this morning & my account has been charged $34. Called again, they said the only reason why my account is charged because they sent me 2 big bottles (let me remind you, these bottles are no bigger then 3 or 4 ounces). I told them I have already been charged, they said I have only been charged once. So for a small bottle it cost $34. I'm cancelling this account, and I want to make sure that my cousins, friends & family members don't EVER use LUMINESS AIRBRUSH. My cousin own a salon and was going to use Luminess but at this point I HATE LUMINESS.

It is ok...I have really struggled with it...it clogged, I dismantled it correctly, worked for awhile... then was spattering. Aggravating. Anyhoo, some of the last couple reviews...You didn't really expect them to sell if for $19.95 did you? I mean that's impossible... A freaking set of Ginzu knives go for more... And returning even one day past the trial, you are risking not getting your $ back...you can't blame the company for those things...

I saw TV commercial for $19.95 and called them to buy it. Customer service was rude. Then after buying, i realized that was just the trial price, after 30 days they will charge you about $60 a month for 5 months for the full price of the product, which is $300.00 . BE AWEAR !! So i called immediately to cancel the purchase . Hope they wont charge anything to my credit card. So mad at how they did not tell you the full price . It feels like a scam to me !! I hate companies doing business without integrity like that! Customers need to know upfront how much they pay for the product they purchase . I cannot review on the product since i will cancel the order, but i will not give business to them and will not recommend anyone to !!

I purchased the Luminess Air Product for my mother at the TV offer of 19.99 trial. She never received the product. When she called to inform them. They gave her the run around. She told them that she did not want to be charged for a product she never received. They charged me the 19.99 trial fee back in July. I was willing to accept that loss, but I just looked at my statement and in October (3 months later) they are starting to charge me the 5 monthly payments of 59.99. This company is a complete rip off. I wish I could give you a review of the product, but unfortunately my mother never received it.
