I have used this cream (mostly in the winter) for about 6-7 years. It is fabulous if your skin is dry/mature and not too sensitive. It is packed full of potent ingredients -- as other reviewers have noted. It leaves my dry, dehydrated skin plump and nourished.
I don't use this every day -- more like 3x per week, often with Mario Badescu's whitening mask first. I feel like these two products work synergistically to give my tired skin tone and large pores a kick in the patooky. I like to use it at night, as it doesn't really work as a foundation base (balls up).
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with normal/oily or sensitive skin. This cream fits the needs of a specific demographic, and it is dirt cheap compared to comparable creams. Using as I described above, one $20 jar lasts me 2 years! (Available at Whole Foods, but the cheapest price is on Amazon.)

Ok. First. WOW. Close to a "miracle drug" as one could expect, I'd say. Seriously have not found anything better short of fillers for my eyebags and nasolabial folds and it's only been a few WEEKS!!!
I tired DMAE and sat with a mirror stunned about an hour later. I already saw tightening of my laugh lines and undereye area.
Started to notice skin redness but read DMAE causes inflammation action to actually work. That was ok for the benefit so far.
Skin getting redder.
Too much little tiny pimples that are escalating - HOWEVER, the tightening effect was continuing on...
Too many big pimples and irritation along edges of face, near hair line and around mouth that I stopped applying to those areas. Tightening still amazing and going strong.
2nd Week, Later on...:
Pimples and reactions going away since I'm just applying under eyes and around mouth and into laugh lines only.
I have small bottle, the stuff lasts and is cheap. I was considering and booked a filler consultion but now may not need to. It's in a month still and I'll wait til then to see what's happening. May not need to spend the extra 1k after all!
GOD BLESS THE MAKERS OF SOURCE NATURALS.
Even my child remarks about Mommy not having lines. She calls me "Mamacita, Cute Mom!" LOL!

Im suprised by the negative reviews! this is definitely for mature/dry/lined skin maybe that is why? I purchased this because of great reviews on another site, and was impressed with the list of proven high quality ingredients, it is all organic,no parabens, etc. I love the tropical scent, and it is so soothing, very rich( probably not for oily skin),I love it!,plumps up fine lines and will buy again! Very reasonable price for ingredients.

I am 44 and living in a dry environment, perhaps good to take into account because I definitely don't find this cream too greasy as the other reviewers do. I bought Skin Eternal cream on vitacost.com for about $20 to replace my MyChelle Supreme Polypeptide Cream which was great, but hella expensibe. I bought it because it got great reviews on that site. I got about 2x as much cream for less than 1/2 the price and it seriously goes toe-to-toe when it comes to quality. I swear after I put it on, my face looks radiant and seems to plump so that any wrinkles around my mouth or eyes are gone. It stings a bit but in a good way like it's helping resurface your skin. Smells like pineapple. I think it's really helping my skin. This is a fantastic cream that i will buy again and again.

I was searching for products with DMAE in them and decided to give this cream a try. It's a very heavy cream and not very moisturizing at all. It also caused an allergic reaction, so I am dumping out the jar and won't repurchase.

I bought this because I was wanting a DMAE product to help with slight skin firmness needs. I found this at a health food store. It didn't seem to produce any effect, and I felt like I gave it a fair trial, but it was just too heavy and greasy for long-term use. Here are the ingredients though if someone is interested:
