I like this but I don't love it because I think the honey & shea hand cream is the best out of this line and that's also my favorite. This has a herbal citrus scent and based on the scent alone I prefer the Honey and Shea one.

I received this as a sample and fell in love! The shea butter leaves the skin very well moisturized without feeling greasy. My only complaint would be the smell, the lemon makes my hands smell like furniture cleaner.

Lovely effective hand cream, scented with lemon verbena. Effective because it contains shea butter, and heals my poor sore hands. Very French, very Provence-y spa-like fragrance. Couvent seems to be a knockoff of the L'Occitane products but they are cheaper and very good quality, so I buy them whenever I happen to find them.

I got a sample of this at dillards which I didn't think they would sell this stuff there.
when I opened the little packet I smelt this lemony herb scent which was unappealing to me. I didn't put much on and when it rubbed in it was sticky. It made my hands soft but my hands were sticky for about 30 minutes. When I read the main active ingredients I was a bit shocked on whats in it and what it does. I was surpised that there was marshmallow in it for anti- irrtation and chamomile for anti- flammatory.
If you want to try this I suggest trying it before you purchase.

I snagged a sample size of this to go in my purse at a Bath & Body sale and now that i running out of it, im realizing how much i really like it :). It has a lemon grass scent of some sort to me which isnt my favorite but its not overwhelming. The moisturizing properties are pretty decent and even better than Bliss's Body Butter which this replaced on accident. Ill be looking to go back and get another this size.

I LOVE this hand cream! I work at BBW so I basically spend my day surrounded by hand/body creams but this one is, hands down, my favorite. Working with boxes and money all day really dries out my skin and this stuff really works to quench my tired, aching hands. The citrusy smell is a bit overwhelming but it doesn't last, so I'm more than willing to look past it. I stocked up on this stuff when it went 75% off this past semi-annual. The Gardener's Nail Salve is fantastic as well!

First, I am surprised I am the first review for this terrific product. For years I have been on a quest to heal my painfully dry hands. So dry my hands get, that my knuckles and the finger webbing sometimes spontaneously bleeds. Gross right? Well, it is quite painful and annoying too.
This is the best healing hand cream I have found to date, that is both healing and fast absorbing, and it doesn't create greasy palms. It also has a pungent lemon fragrance, which I wasn't crazy about at first. I can live with the smell if it keeps quenching my dryness.
Another good healer: Weleda Skin Food. But it doesn't absorb as fast, and leaves your hands greasy.
