i really wanted this to work. i usually go somewhat sparingly on hair products and still wound up with a dry, frizzy mess. every time i used this.

however, my hair was bigger and held curls beautifully. i just didn't want to go out in public with such dry hair/frizz.

I have Asian hair that's heavy and flattens easily.

I use my fingertips to massage this product into my roots, especially crown, while hair is still wet. Voila! A more voluminous "lifted" look. Certainly less droppy.

Don't use too much, you'll get a cruncy mess.

The product delivers what it promises-even in hot and humid climates. A little goes a long way. Does not leave hair with a greasy feeling. It does have a heaviness about it.

I'm surpised there aren't more reviews of this product. My spray has lasted forever. I don't think it volumizes as well as my mousse does. However, it goes on easily and you get a ton of product. I would say this is a medium hold hair spray. A good value.

LOVE IT! This product - called SAMY FAT HAIR "0" calories pomade - has done what I've wanted other styling products to do. Don't let the name 'pomade' scare you - it's not a grease tin! I used to like KMS Molding Paste and Garnier Surf.. but both have changed their formulas, and they both make my hair greasier and do not give the effect I want.


Which led me to purchase SAMY FAT HAIR on a whim. Oh what luck! Gives me the surf hair I love. Thicker. Matte but not looking awful dry. Not greasy. No residue or buildup apparent on my dark hair. I can get height and thickness and a medium level of moldability with this product.
