I have this in the lightest color (sorry, I can't remember the name). It's a shimmery nude. No, it didn't make my lips fuller, but it gave them a nice pleasant-looking smooth finish. Also, although it is light - and although I DID layer it - it didn't leave me with frosty white lips, like those 60s lipsticks. I think I'm going to get a darker color and layer the light one on top.
UPDATE: I got Va Va Voom and used it with the first one I bought (Fully Fabulous), and yes, they go SO well together. :)

I did't think this would make my lips look fuller, and it didn't. However, it gave my lips a stained, natural look, which I like. When I first applied it, it had no shine, but a few minutes later my lips were shiny. I blotted it, and got a sheer, matte color, which is the look I was going for.
The packaging is a gold colored tube with a clear plastic cap. I wish they had more colors, though. Va Va Voom is a sort of berry, which I rarely wear, but looked good, nonetheless. It reminds me of Laura Mercier's Healthy Lips, where the color is matte, but sheer.
