I only purchased this for the outer corners of my eye for smokey eye look. I do agree that it comes out with green/blue tones when applied, but only a little amount should be used. It does its job for that (hence 3 stars), but I wouldn't use it as an all-over shadow. I certainly would NOT use it on my eyebrows, bc of the blue/green tone.
I probably will look for another grey colored MAC shadow after this one (but will probably take me forever to finish this one bc I admittedly don't really turn to this shadow often). I rarely dislike any MAC product that I purchase, but I am half-regretting this one.

I love this eyeshadow!! I went into MAC looking for an eyeliner and the SA suggested this to my surprise. I'm extremely pale, and I have pretty dark undereye circles so many colours (black, dark browns) are just too harsh on me as eyeliner. This is the perfect colour! It also stays put, never moves from my eyes or gives me raccoon eyes. I also use it sometimes as a crease colour, but I mainly use it everyday as a liner. When I use it in my crease it blends easy. I love the grey colour. It's one of my favourite eyeshadows!!

Print is a satin gray shade with a very slight bluish tinge to it in the pan, but runs true on my lids.
Applied, it looks pretty matte. Awesome pigmentation, and lasting power. Just a tad hard to blend but isn't an issue really.
Works well as a crease or outer V color. You can rock a smoky eye with just this or pair it with something a bit more shimmery to give dimension like Knight Divine.

GREAT EYE SHADOW! AWESOME FOR SMOKEY LOOK
Age: 30-35 Skin: Combination, Medium, Warm Hair: Brunette, Straight, Medium Eyes: Hazel
Too dry and chalky, doesn't blend or apply well. Actually creased within a few hours of wear. It also turns very blue-toned on my lids. Not a fan at all.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair Hair: Other Eyes: Green
Too chalky and applied patchy. Didn't blend well and made me look dead no matter where I placed this color on my eyes. Also seemed to have some pieces of chunky glitter in it, which made it even harder to apply, even though this didn't show up once on. Weird texture.

I like this grey shadow, but don't love it as much as Typographic. I find Typographic to be more pigmented, blendable, and versatile. I personally won't repurchase Print as long as MAC sells Typographic.

This is s very smokey dark shadow that's just a touch away from being black. There's no shimmer at all. Can be used many ways including eyeliner. Love this one.

This was my first MAC eyeshadow!
yes, you must be wondering.. why grey.
BUT I bought it during march, april 2011 and it was because I was inspired my Kate Middleton's makeup! and I loved her grey eyeshadow and I thought that I needed one!
HAHA well glad I did buy it! I can use this for my eyebrows ( I have black-brown hair) and if you have black hair the most natural brows are soft black!
and I can use this for my eyes of course! works wonders!
I do recommend :)

This was one of my first MAC shadows. It is a nice shade of gray that is not shimmery, but not completely matte. I have used it for several things including a soft eyeliner and making bright colours more wearable by placing this on the outer corner of the eye.

Such a beautiful grey color. I was actually surprised at how versatile it is. It matches well with many other colors, it looks good when mixed with a smoky eye, and it looks great on its own. It's perfect to use in the crease and/or outer V to make a more toned down smoky eye. It's also great on its own only on the lid with nude lips. One of my favorite makeup looks right now is Print paired with Urban Decay's Fishnet.
The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it can apply unevenly. Choose your brush wisely. I find that it might be best to use small strokes when apply this and not to use a heavy hand. Also make sure your primer is on very evenly because sometimes even little streaks can show. Where it's uneven sometimes patting it on smooths it out.

This is one of my favourite true greys - on me, it doesn't oxidize to any other colour (ie. blues or browns), like I've found with other grey shadows. It's a pigmented, buttery and blendable colour that looks particularly lovely in the crease and outer-v. I like to match it with a very light shade for a daytime smokey eye. The shimmer, by the way, is also very subtle (which I like - less is more, baby!). Finally, it can crease a wee bit, but when used over a primer it doesn't have this problem on me. Otherwise, it's very long-wearing and versatile. I would both recommend and repurchase (I've kept this is in my kit since 2003!).

Love this! Can build color for an intense eye or can be light as well. Love using this with MAC "Later" pigment. Looks so great!

this is a great dark smoky gray this does not have a blue undertone to it like knight divine love it

Great shade of solid gray to achieve a nice smokey eye. Goes on quite well on top of a neutral base and blends nicely up to the socket line with Mac brush 239. I then use Mac Phone number eye pencil and smudge black tie eyeshadow around the upper and bottom lash line.l It has good lasting power and it's a great evening look with lavishings of mascara.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Acne-prone, Fair-Medium Hair: Brunette Eyes: Blue
I really love this color. It blends well and glides on beautifully. I've had problems with it creasing in the past though.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium Hair: Blond Eyes: Green
This is perfect shade of gray, because it darkens nicely as you add more, and has just a tiny bit of shimmer since it is a satin finish. I love pairing it with shale for a purple type smokey eye. It is one of my new favorite shades!
Age: 19-24 Skin: Normal, Fair-Medium, Neutral Hair: Blond, Straight Eyes: Green
I have not had this eyeshadow for long, however I feel compelled to write a review. This is by far the best Grey eyeshadow I have tried! and believe me, I have searched high and low for one. I started out with searching for one that NYX may carry, however as much as I adore NYX eyshadows- I find they can be inconsistent and have decided to purchase more MAC shadows. I wanted a simple dark gray, that can match up with an array of colors; from neutrals to brights. This is perfect :) I like using this in the Outer V- it provides the perfect depth and darkness to smoke out any look, and is a nice alternative to black eyeshadow.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Sensitive, Fair-Medium, Cool Hair: Brown, Straight, Fine Eyes: Brown
I use this for my outer crease and apply with MAC 242 brush and smudge with a fluffier brush. This is a staple colour for me I pair regularly with kid, all that shimmers and sable.
