I like this cleanser a lot; I just wish it removed physical sunblock (I use Skinceuticals Physical Fusion). Since Pur-Delicate Cleanser doesn't remove my sunscreen, I generally use it at, but I do use it in the mornings and really love how gentle it is. It doesn't dry out my skin at all. I have tried to remove chemical sunscreen with this cleanser and it seems to do a pretty good job (tried the cleanser when I was wearing Purlisse Pur-Protect spf 30 sunscreen). Based on reviews, this does a great job removing makeup, so if you don't wear a physical sunscreen, then this might be a good choice for you.I purchased the cleanser for about $12 or $14 at TJMaxx, so I'm not sure if I'd shell out $36 for it. I think you can find a similar cleanser with more product for less money. But if it goes on sale (sometimes on sale at shopnbc.com) or if I see it at TJMaxx again, I'll scoop it up.My only complaint about the packaging is that it's a screw top bottle. I'd prefer a flip top, but that's just me.

I have used almost every cleanser on the market (High End) and a few drug sstore brands as well, But nothing compares to this amazing cleanser. I love the texture, the feeling it leaves after cleansing and my it is very gentle on my skin and effective as well. It's worth every penny. I will never stop using this little gem.

Bottom Line: I have been using this cleanser for a little over a month and have to say that I think it is my HG cleanser! I am embarrassed to admit how much money I have spent trying well over a hundred cleansers throughout the years. I've tried nearly all the cheap drugstore cleansers (Cetaphil, Dove, Purpose, Neutrogena, etc.) as well as dozens of really pricey cleansers (La Mer, Kate Somerville, several Bliss Labs, MD Skincare, Philosophy, Clinique, Laura Mercier, Nars, Fresh, and Murad, to list just a few). So, on to the Pur-lisse product. . . I am surprised how much I love it. I saw it in my Bliss catalog and was intrigued. There weren't many reviews on MUA, so I also read all the reviews on Spalook, Beauty.com, and a few other places. They were universally positive. I decided to give it a try because I liked the philosophy of the company, and their policy regarding ingredients. The cleanser just melts make-up away, thoroughly cleanses, and leaves skin clean, but not too tight. It is very gentle. It smells amazing, but the "scent" is not really a fragrance and is so incredibly light and delicate. The cleanser is creamy in texture and little bit goes a long way. The pump system is very hygienic, and the packaging is very attractive (simple, clean lines, very Asian). The biggest reason I am surprised to like this so much is that I have always loved foaming cleansers. This has no foam/lather. It took a bit to get used to the lack of lather, but my sensitive combo skin just loves this cleanser. I was so impressed, that I purchased the entire line! So far the rest of the line is also very impressive (especially the moisturizer) but I will wait a bit longer before posting those reviews, particularly because some of the products are treatments.I was very pleasantly surprised!! I will update if my opinion changes.

I was lucky enough to actually meet the creator of this line, and she let me try her products, and honestly, I can't say enough about this amazing line! First, there are only 7 products, so it keeps things simple. Secondly, no parabens, no petroleum based ingredients, and no sodium laureth sulfate (think I said that right, the stuff that makes any type of cleanser, whether it's for your face, body, or household cleansers foam up, and DRIES your skin out!)....just lots of good stuff in here. This cleanser is amazing, it takes ALL of your makeup off, you only need one pump and your skin feels so clean and good after. I have used every line imaginable, from Murad, Revive, Clinique, Darphin, Laura Mercier, etc etc....my skin is super sensitive, break out prone, and combo and this was totally fine. I HIGHLY recommend you buy this line, it's very eco friendly too!

I have very sensitive and dry skin so when I read that this cleanser had soymilk and soy proteins, I thought I'd give it a try. If you're someone who likes a lot of lather to your facial cleanser, then this isn't the product for you. You won't see a lot of lather, but trust me your face gets very clean! All my eye makeup comes off easily. Besides, I've been told that if a cleanser lathers up too much, it dries out your skin. I used to use Clinque's 3-Step system and it completely dried out my skin and left it feeling very tight. When I switched over to this product, my skin felt clean, refreshed, and it didn't strip away all the moisture.

this is a non-foaming, milky cleanser that comes in an airless pump (bonus points for sanitary-ness!) with large dispensing head so you're not fumbling around with slippery fingers. Very user-friendly. What i love about this cleanser is that it's mild, non-fragranced, and best of all--emulsifies my makeup into dirty rivulets dripping into the sink in one quick massage, and *gasp* takes off mascara, and doesn't sting the eyes. it may just be one of the most gentle and pure cleansers i've used. I love cleansing oils like Shu and DHC but i actually find that the emulsification part takes longer with the oils (several rubs) vs. the Pur-Lisse (one minute rub). The only negative is that it's quite pricey. If i could afford this as my everyday cleanser, i would.

This is very pricey soy milk and blue-lotus based cleanser, but sooo nice. It is a very comforting gel-lotion that smells beautiful and removes all makeup and has left my face the softest ever from a cleanser (I previously used Jurlique lotion cleanser). It also calms redness immediately, which is a godsend for my acne-prone skin. Comes in a sophisticated pump and gorgeous packaging.
