Worst foundation everrrr! No matter how I apply it, fingers, brush, sponge, it comes out looking chalky and ends up patchy within an hour tops. It rubs off on everything that touches my face, doesn't have good coverage (and I have pretty decent skin anyway), creases, is blotchy and I just HATE it! This is the first time I can say my skin looks better BEFORE I put make up on than after! Also this is the one and only make up product that burns and stings my UNsensitive skin. Horrible in every aspect except for the color choices, they are decent, so for that 1 lippie.

I was looking for a lower cost alternative to my NARS Sheer Glow for everyday use. I am a Siberia/Mont Blanc shade in NARS and bought the 405 Ivory in this TruBlend. The color matches well, and is sheer to medium coverage. I have a bit of rosacea and this does well to tone it down. The pump keeps this foundation more sanitary and it's nice to be able to control the amount coming out. The finish is more matte and looks nice with or without a powder finish. I like this MUCH more than the Maybelline Fit Me foundation. A nice drugstore alternative to high end products.

I have used this foundation ever since I started using makeup. I know this isn't the BEST foundation out there, but I have a fear of trying out new foundations because of my skin. I have EXTREMELY pale, oily, dry, and acne prone skin and this foundation has kept everything under control. It matches me amazingly, it isn't orange on me or pink, it really matches quite well. The only thing I really don't like about this is it is quite sheer. I have the color 405 and I use about 3 pumps for my entire face. I have to use quite a bit of concealer but that is fine with me. It does last pretty long for me and it doesn't make me oily or break me out. I would not repurchase this if I were not afraid to try out new foundations, but I am for some reason. I think I will continue to repurchase this until I will finally find a better foundation.

I like this product a lot. It goes on easy, and blends well. It may not be for everyone, but it matches my skintone and has not casued any breakouts on me. It lasts for a few hours depending on your environment. I live in Florida, so I usually have to do a touch up during the day because of the humidity. The colors I purchased was 1 in 205 and 210.

I used this foundation daily for about 2-3 months. On some days it was really awesome, it made me look glowy and radiant, but on some days it looked really patchy. I didn't change anything in my routine so I still have no idea why it worked so differently. But in any case, if its patchy you can fix it by applying more with any luck. It lasted quite long as well (going out for a whole day was no problem). The most awesome part was that the colour and the undertones matched my skin perfectly so it looked really natural. I stopped using it because I moved and could no longer find it but otherwise I'd definitely repurchase!

I've been using this foundation for the past year or so, and while I do like it, I've recently started thinking about switching. I have very fair skin, and this matches and blends really well with my skin tone. It provides a pretty good base for makeup and doesn't look gross and cakey like some other foundations I've tried.
Unfortunately, I have acne prone skin, and this doesn't do a great job of covering my blemishes for more than a few minutes, nor does it last on the rest of my face for more than a few hours. By mid-afternoon, I find that I have to reapply. On good skin days, I love it, but when my skin is acting up, not so much.
I would recommend TRUblend for anyone with normal, non-blemish prone skin looking for a sheer-light coverage foundation.

This was my first foundation and I have to say that even I can tell that it's not the best. It covers well enough, but it makes my face feel all... crumbly? Especially around my T-Zone. So most days I just go without it and just use some concealer for my trouble spots. I'll buy it again if I can't find anything else to suit my needs, but I highly doubt that.

This was my first foundation, i loved it for occasional uses. Around the end of November in 2011 i found a pimple on my cheek, i started using this daily. Big mistake. This product broke me out so bad, it doesn't cover up blemishes but instead leaves dry patches. It had a very pink tone to it which looked a bit odd for my yellow undertone skin. It doesn't last very long, specially around my nose area. I did like the bottle it came it, it was hygienic, it came with a pump, a glass bottle to see how much you have left and it's travel safe because you can lock it.

I've been using this foundation for about 2 weeks now, and I love it! It looks beautiful when matched with powder, but I wouldn't use it without powder. I of course love the pump, and it matches my skin tone well.

This was my HG foundation for the longest time, I've gone through bottles n bottles of this stuff! It was a nice fit to my skin, gave a dewy kind of finish that was easily gone with some powder so no complaints there! It also had a lovely pump!! The packaging was ok, nothing really speical about it. It has some downfalls. First of all, I find it slips off my face! I have oiler skin so its harder to find a foundation to stay. This was not it. It says "blendable minerals" but i found it sat on my skin rather than blending when i tried to layer it. It didnt cover much either, found myself putting quite a bit of concelar on. So if your looking for a lighter makeup (not to cover blemishes) and are more of a normal to dry skin this is definatly a foundation worth trying!

I bought this because my last drugstore foundation was almost finished and I decided to try out a new one. I got it in the lightest shade b/c my skin is super fair, I first put it on and it seemed to match well! The coverage was medium (what I wanted) and it felt smooth on my face. However by the time I was done doing my makeup, I'm pretty sure this had oxidized or something because my face looked waay dark and almost orange! Gross! So the next day I tried mixing it with moisturizer and applied it again. A few hours later my skin looked dark and cakey. I do not recommend this foundation even though the packaging is nice and it looked the right shade- it just turned out to be terrible. Still on the look out for an HG drugstore foundation :(

What I liked about this foundation was the light and silky texture and the smell was not too bad. I didn't like the coverage because it didn't cover any blemishes or marks on my face. It also didn't last throughout the day. I won't be purchasing this product again.

I love this and my fear is that it is about to be discontinued. Of course.
What I love: One pump completes my entire face. I press it into my skin, let it sit and then smooth it out where needed. It stays on all day. Hydrates beautifully, so I can apply a little pat of powder for maintenance at work, and the colors are fab for my very odd colored skin.
Using 415 presently and again, if you guys hear this is going off the shelves, let me know. I will buy, buy, buy....

Worst foundation I have EVER used!!! I was amazed at how horrible it was! I used it once a I looked to splotchy! I tried to reapply and smoothen the color but it was impossible. I've been doing makeup everyday for about 6 years and this by far is the WORST foundation on the planet!

I first tried this when I was on an overnight and realized I had totally forgotten to pack my foundation, so I borrowed this from a friend who (thank goodness at the time) had the same type/shade skin as me. I really liked it so when I got home I picked up one of my own (I use shade 420).
At first, I really liked it. I kind of go in spurts where I'll wear foundation daily for awhile and then I'll go awhile just wearing like a tinted moisturizer or primer and powder. Just depends on my mood and how my skin is behaving and how much coverage I need. : )
I would say over the past two months I would wear this 4-5 days per week. And little by little I noticed I just didn't like it all that much. I will say that the packaging is great--love the pump, love the kind of flattened glass bottle and cap. The makeup itself seemed like it started separating and I would have to shake the you-know-what out of it to make sure it was mixed up. And it's not like it was old--I have had it for probably 3 1/2 months total. So while that was going on, I noticed that it seemed like I needed more and more to get decent coverage. It also rubs off extremely easily. But the biggest issue for me was what happened when I started using a primer underneath (I use Hard Candy Sheer Envy which I do have a review for)...this foundation became a slippery nightmare over the primer. I admit that it was my fault for picking a primer that is heavy on the silicone, and I'm not sure what it is about the TruBlend liquid foundation that makes it act like that (perhaps the minerals?)...but it's a hot looking mess.
Yesterday I decided enough was enough with the TruBlend foundation. I went ahead and kept the bottle I have of it so if I need it in a pinch I can use it. But overall I was just very disappointed in this, especially when my first impressions of it were so great.

I bought this foundation in the lightest color--ivory 405. I use just a drop with any foundation that is too dark and it works beautifully. It doesn't change the texture of the other foundation and I can wear my darker summer foundations all year long. I've never tried using this all over my face so I can't speak to that but love it for the use that I bought it for. I also appreciate the nice pump and wish more drugstore foundations came with one.

I am just not a fan of this foundation! I used it as my back up when I ran out of MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NW15 (I used this in the lightest shade for reference). It felt sort of greasy. The coverage was average, not too bad for 8 dollars. But something odd I noticed - it must have a high oil amount or something because I left it in a drawer of makeup I don't use often and it went completely gross and oily.. After a couple months I find that a bit odd. It could be my particular bottle but it really threw me off this foundation forever! I would especially not recommend this to those who have acne issues, or those who want medium to full coverage.

I love this (and not just because of the nod to Trublood in the name.) It goes on smooth and comforting, and they make Ivory (501) pale enough for us sun-shunning types. Although it doesn't display an SPF rating, the high presence of titanium dioxide seems to be enough for day to day. Love it. (One thing - it's a little hard to get to the bottom of the bottle. The 'squirt' tap is maybe not the best construction for it.)

Picked this up on a whim. I had bought the pricey Clinique Laser focus Repairwear (improved?) makeup and the formulation had changed to bad that I had given up on "expensive" brands. This went on smooth and the color "warm beige" was perfect! It evened out my skin tone and made me look younger than my 61 years. I used a dusting of powder to set. Very happy with this purchase!

i am very pale with pink undertones. i have trouble finding foundations to suit this and therefore the very lightest colour of this product seemed perfect. i was so wrong.
it looks like it will be super pale, but it ends up "matching" your natural skin colour and it basically just oxidises and ends up looking super orange. that's if you even manage to get enough coverage. it is creamy, but it feels quite watery and has very little coverage if you actually manage to get it to blend. i think it's so hard to blend because of this consistency, but you end up with streaks and bare patches where you've tried to blend it and you just go round in a massive circle and.....ugh i can't even describe it. i may as well not have put on any foundation at all.
plus, i have quite sensitive skin and therefore get lots of random dry patches on my face. this just sat on them and made them look horribly flakey.
very disappointed. i haven't even finished the bottle. will definitely not ever purchase this again.
