Two words ----> TOTAL HOTNESS!
Midnight in Moscow is a must if you're a fan of the vampies! This is a rich blackened red that just looks stunning on tips or toes. This is very deep and I could see this looking fabulous on just about anyone. This is basically a soft black infused with red shimmer (not frost) and 2 coats of this is IMO a gorgeous vampy manicure shade. Applies like a dream and wears well. Totally love this during the winter!
