Review of OPI Midnight in Moscow by hontapocasgreen

Finally, I get the opportunity to purchase a non-discontinued htf black polish with red glitter! Alas, I am let down somewhat because the red sparky goodness is NOT as visible as anticipated. In the bottle you can see the fine, red glitter. It's my experience that you are only able to see this same phenomena in direct sunlight. Indoors it appears to either be black or a blackened red.

While I am not as thrilled with the color, the application and wear has been decent. With the new "bad 3 free" OPIs, lots of long time OPI fans are finding the newer formulas thicker & trickier to apply. I may have to add thinner to this for any future use, but it was fine for this first time. I only had to apply 2 coats to get an even color. The Prowide brush certainly made it easier for me to apply.

Overall, I wouldn't buy this polish again. I probably should give it a 3.5. I rounded it up to a 4 because of the great wear and the originality of color.
