Review of Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Castille Soap by bibliophile
Out of all the Dr. Bronner's soaps I've tried, this one is my favorite. This feels so great; I love the tingle imparted by the peppermint. Also, it smells fantastic, richly minty. Turns a bath into a transcendental experience (OK "transcendental" may be going overboard but you get the idea). My only complaint is that I feel like this (and all Dr. Bronner's liquid soaps) leave a slight soap residue on my skin. I use this everywhere, including my face, and just finish off with something gentle that will remove the residue. Strange, I know, but worth it for the minty experience.
My husband is the one who got me started on this, but he says the mint tingle makes him feel cold during the winter. Maybe not for cold-sensitive folks?
