Review of Laura Mercier Mineral Powder SPF 15 by indychic

Love this. I've switched from BE. The texture is beautiful and the coverage is not as shiny or heavy on me as the BE (which can be a pro or con depending upon what you're trying to cover). It doesn't make me itch like the BE but it does contain bismuth oxychloride in case anyone is allgeric.

I use it in conjunction with the mineral bronzer which is HG for me now. I'd like to try the mineral primer to experiment with how it affects the application. For now, I apply tinted moisturizer underneath if I want more coverage.

I use this with the LM brush that came out with it. Also love the moveable sifter on the packaging.

UPDATE 4/2007: I'm downgrading this a bit (5 to 4). When I started using this my skin was in decent shape but now I have a bit more to cover & I can't get the coverage I need unless I appy a lot & then it looks chalky & obvious. I still think it's nice for sheer coverage & skin that's not horribly dry.
