I have not tried this product but notice on Sephora that one of the main ingrediants is glycolic acid. I have been using Paual's Choice 8% AHA gel on my upper arms and they are so smooth now with no bumps what so ever. Oh, and my skin has not dried out, although I do use a body lotion after I shower (Olay Body Quench). I did not have severe KP but it was enough to bother me. This product by DermaDoctor is $36 at Sephora for 4 oz. while the Paula's Choice product is $15.95, plus shipping & handling, for 4 oz. If you really are bother by KP I recommend trying the Paula's Choice product first since it is so much less expensive. P.S. I do not work for Paual!!
