Review of OPI Top Coat by distinewatso123
I got this top coat at Ulta for free after purchase of two OPI polishes during a sale they are currently running. It seemed like a great deal but after using it twice I understand why they are giving it away - because no one would repurchase or recommend this junk to their friends! It took a long time to dry, didn't level out on its own, & worst of all made my polish bubble like crazy! I can't comment on the lasting power because both times I used this top coat I only kept my manicure for one full day because I couldn't stand the bubbly finish it created. I don't understand how a company that makes such wonderful nail polishes proudly stands behind & sells this crappy top coat.
